If I can rate their service being a zero I would the Glendale location needs to be retrained their entire staff one person tells you one thing and then another person tells you another you don't know which is true and at the end of the day the patient is the one that leaves unsatisfied due to the lack of their training and customer service the managers act like if you owe them something when you're the ones making their revenue customers patients regardless if something is being told to you they should honor it instead of arguing and making up excuses totally whack two thumbs down and toes they suck

I swear this spot gets worse and worse I made a pre order first thing in the morning and I'm still waiting. This maybe the last time I waste anymore money at this spot. Better off ordering from organix at least they respond back and get the order taken care of fast.

after going here from day one ice noticed a steady decline in flower. the veterans discounts are only for the low tier flower as with other places its across the board. shows how much they care. they never have the lower tiers. there are some cool dudes there. but most of the staff are slow and unproductive. the chick that always has the bandana on her head usually takes her sweet time. wasted so much time waiting for what I want not to be there. will not be returning to this location. if you want really good bud hit up debbies.

I dont think they like older ladies at this store. Every time I come it gets a little worse. I checked in same time as 2 gentlemen and they were called right away, got their stuff and were gone, I walked around a little while and then sat down to wait. I watched customer after customer leave but no one called me, I watched the bud tenders walk by and look at my card sitting in the stand but no one picked it up. Everyone was just kinda blowing me off so I stood up and said under my breath this is enough and was getting ready to grab my card and leave when a hard working bud tender finally grabbed it and called me, apologized for how long I waited to be called, if he (Derek) wasnt so nice I certainly would have left. Not sure I will be back, maybe I will go back to the Phoenix store, longer wait and drive but I was never treated this way there. You have some hard working people in Glendale but you also have a lot of people hardly working too, you need to fix this as its no way to run a business.

nice new dispensary. Long wait times, even an online order will get you a 20 minute wait once you are inside. this place and its employees need lots and lots of help on how to run a business. lots of chit chat among employees and customers

Flower is not what they show in the picture and literally is false advertising. Still good flower but any attorneys want to make a quick buck get on this. I've pointed it out twice in the last month and they don't seem to care. Even though it is not what they show in the photos there flower is the best in town. My biggest complaint if the security guards. I'm not sure if they sit outside the police academy and just get the drop out but man they sure like to throw there authority around. Asked one gentleman the first time if the line was for over flow and I can check in or if this is the wait to check in? His response was, "sit down and wait," I replied just asking a question on how things work, I got back, " Sit down or I wont let you in at all". Fast forward to 1/15/2021 someone cuts the line no security gaurd in site as 14 of us are waiting out side. We tell the gentleman that cut that he needs to wait and starts arguing. Then this lady comes out yelling all huffing and puffing with no facts or incite on the entire situation. As a few gentleman try an tell her the proper truth she just told them to leave as she will not let him in. You denied a person there medicine for defending there statement on a situation you didn't see and without hesitation just huffed and puffed. There security makes me laugh every time it's like watching a three stooges movie.

I loved the weed I have bought from here. I however, do not like the fact they have a poor sense of hospitality at this location. I do not think the parking lot is designed to be where it is, the amount of traffic and the location of the dispensary doesn’t fit. If there isn’t customers coming in to the dispensary, they WILL close before 9:45pm and they are supposed to close at 10pm.

I came here very excited for the 10 grams of shatter for $100 what I received is Unsmokeable trash. The shatter has no taste or smell and doesn’t even get you high when added to the banger it sizzles. I’m to scared to smoke it or make edibles. Just lost $100 and no meds for the week. Thanks natures medicine.

I had a pre-order and was skipped over by people that had just walked in. Some total bullshit. They should of pulled mine from preorder and rang me up at a different register.

This is by far the worst dispensary in Arizona the customer service is TERRIBLE the flower is cheap because it SUCKS! Nothing on display can’t see what you purchase DO NOT GO!

So my order was cancelled and Leafly doesn't have a system in place to tell me why. They did however text message me about the cancellation at the number on my account. Upon arrival at the store I was informed that my order was cancelled because I failed to respond to a text message from an employee. I did not receive a message because he sent it to the wrong number. When I informed him of that he argued with me that I needed to update my number with Leafly. I showed him that Leafly has no problem contacting me because I got the cancellation notice. I changed the subject and finished my purchase because I wasn't going to let someone who can't recognize and copy down 10 numbers take up anymore of my time. When I got home I checked my Leafly account and as suspected my number is in there correctly. Please train your staff better than this.

It’s disappointing they get their customers used to a certain “deal” such as the 10 g’s of house shatter concentrates for $120 and they suddenly remove it without notifying or replacing it with something else for their customers. I also disliked that every time I came in, everyone seemed rushed/upset or like they didn’t wanna be at their job, yet they still take a long time even if you pre order. This store needs better management and I will not be coming back until they have a decent price for shatter and better training.

Don’t use online ordering for delivery...an absolute joke! What you see online is never available for order and it ends up being a total runaround and waste of time ..don’t update menu to reflect what is actually available and by the time they call and inform you of this you’ve wasted hours every time and would have been easier to just visit dispensary in person...never use this place again ...very definition of ineptitude...won’t waste my time and won’t get my money ever again .

I had Danny as a budtender and he was extremely rude. He would not help me at all. He was super short and acted like everything I wanted was too much to ask. I truly don’t understand how he still has a job.

Mr.rent a cop was being rude asf, wasn’t doing his job. Telling me “it is what it is” when his fat ass can clearly do something about it, matter of fact it’s his job to do something about it. wants to be all high and mighty wearing a security badge. He let a guy in a wheelchair cut the line, and his excuse was that he was disabled, um well shit I thought we were all here cause we needed our medicine, so now you’re saying my medical needs aren’t as important. He could’ve waited just as the rest of us did. We’re all PATIENTS here . Get your shit together NAture

This story did me dirty and they don’t seem to care much. I purchased a gram of drip oils concentrates that clearly has mold growing inside the jar. After returning the product, the bud tender agrees that it is in fact mold. The manager claims that it’s a normal color and they would not do a return or even an exchange. This is bad business practice considering this is not even a safe product to consume. I would stay far away from this dispensary because they don’t care about the safety of their patients.

No reason to have a pre order system if you still have to wait to check in, and wait for the ppl in the lobby before you. whats the point of a pre order if you still have to go through the line? I'll take my money and pay extra at a dispensary that has an actual pre order system, and won't take 40 mins just to get to a budtender. Lost a customer that spends money thats forsure 🤣

Prices are good for what you get, but what you save in money, you relinquish in quality of product and service. They NEVER answer their phone, so if you expect to get any help, you will have to go up there in-person and there is a possibility that they will cancel your order without contacting you and when you try to contact them for information regarding the issue, or to provide feedback, they just ignore you. Honestly, just spend the extra $10-15 and go to a better dispensary, or go to Bloom if you're on a budget. They have a pre-roll deal that rivals these guys' discounted half-ounces (12 for $50).
