Story Cannabis - Grand Glendale

Customer service is horrible. No one looks you in the eye or smiles. They don't explain anything, they just assume you should know how it works in their store. The "budtender" if you can call them that, showed no interest in our transaction, rolling their eyes and rushing so they could go hang out in the check in room with the other half dozen "budtenders". This is what happens when you hire people for their look instead of their knowledge of your product. You are at a Walmart level of customer service in your cannabis dispensary, good job. Just keep hiring those twenty somethings that don't know jack about cannabis and don't train them in how to interact with people and you're sure to never improve!

Placed an online order from a deal seen on Leafly. Apparently Leafly had the wrong information posted and Story wouldn’t exchange so I could purchase the correct product. Bad customer service and the experience left much to be desired. I won’t return to this place nor will I be using Leafly to find deals.

I went today which was a waste of my Gas to come see some small buds not worth the price. buds looked like they were from the bottom of the tree. budtender was real asf though. mad props for that. I had to walk out and go to SOL FLOWER. I only had intentions to buy from natures but yall got the worst bud ever. you will not get my business nor will I refer anyone to this bs.

Nature’s Medicine Glendale is hands down an incredible experience overall. The staff is friendly, pick up orders are always ready on time, and it’s very clean! This place is amazing I always have the best experiences here than any other dispensary in Arizona.

I love the whole atmosphere and one of the agents at the window is especially nice.. and from the mask up she’s got pretty eyes..👁👁 I’m a big Lucifer fan and when I seen her I thought she favored the character’Eve’😍

Decent prices for the quality. Still my favorite shop. Only place I buy from in Glendale.

Shout out to the Fernando for hooking it up and being a great a** budtender! Because of service like his it makes me want to come back and get served up here straight up. Good looks 🤙

I love this dispensary. Super close to home and the lines are never long. I perfer this one over the McDowell location.

Worst flower in valley......tasted like hay, rolled 2 fatties which basically had no effect except a headache.....also picked up gram of wax that tasted like burnt popcorn.....only thing worth while that i got from there was a soda (probably because it wasnt store brand)

I love this dispo but the last few visits, the shatter was not good. It taste like how stinky feet smell! I know, I get what I pay for but damn there’s no quality in your own brand wax? I feel like unless I pay $50 a gram, I will always get shatter that taste like crap! I also know it’s kind of a hit and miss with any product you buy but come on, I buy at least 5 shatters at a time and each one taste gross? It’s not right and for that I no longer shop here. I’d rather get my money’s worth.......same price with way better flavor!

Dispenser has a great selection of flour and free rolls are off the chain plus the atmosphere is super chill and I would definitely come back again I rate five stars and recommend you do the same

I liked it I just dint like how they don’t sell wraps they are new tho everything is upgraded from the other one but I like the other one cuz it’s just more ghetto this one is more comfy so I would recommend

Love the location from my house, love staff at the Glendale Grand Location, I can go in and spend as much time as I need to make sure I have eveything that I came for, coming out I am very satisfied with the product and the prices. This has been my go to dispensary in glendale but I enjoy going to. Thank you so much for your king service.

I usually shop the Phoenix location. The only time I have been to the Glendale location it was late and I did not have time to get in with the long line. Last Saturday (3/20/2021) I ordered delivery from Glendale because of my zip code even though the Phoenix location is closer (about half the distance). I tried to order online but the system would not let me complete it, so I called in about 2:30 p.m. and received a text about ten minutes later saying my order was successfully placed. I called back to add some dry tincture to my order and was told it was confirmed. About 5 p.m. I got another text saying my order was being prepared. At 5:30 I got a text that my order was being scheduled for dispatch. Then a phone call about 6 p.m. and another about 6:30 saying my order was about to go out for delivery about 7:30. Then a text about 8:15 saying the driver was on route that included a tracking app that showed 7 deliveries ahead of me. Each update showed a later ETA. About 11:20 p.m. I got another call from the driver to make sure I was still awake (the previous customer had gone to sleep) and tell me he was about 20 minutes away. I also received a text to the same effect. He arrived about 11:45 and with no receipt and in the dark, I tried to remember and confirm my order 9 hours after placing it. I did not notice until the next morning that I did not get the dry tinctures that were added late to the order. Since I do not have an itemized receipt, I do not know if I was charged for them.

Seriously, wtf happened to this place? You can't keep your menu updated, no test scores on packaging, and your employees and managers have no clue what's going on. Whoever is running this garbage dispensary would be better off driving an ice cream truck.

gonna be a while before returning despite this being one of my favorite dispensaries. Raising the price like you guys did (60/half to 80/half) has driven away me and many others. what a shame, hope things change back to normal so I can come back.

I love the atmosphere and the staff are very helpful. I love the flower and pre rolls the most. I also love that they started offering delivery.
