When I first went years ago they were on point with service price and knowledge of meds. Went there a while ago and flower was Trash be careful of the finessing Budtenders they will sell Trash to you and lie about the quality of it. I would think.ypu want customers to return not for them not to. Never been back been going to Jars Never disappointed it used to be Debbie's. PLEASE try Yall Always Deals and rarely go wrong with Mohave brand of flower. I don't go no where Else now.

I did a delivery order and I'm not gonna complain on how long it took because I understand that this is not a pizza delivery service but when they call you and they don't have something and you switch it out for something they say they have and then they call back two hours later saying they don't have what you switched for... what is happening to my order and why is the communication between their own staff so shitty. I am pretty disappointed with the way this was handled if you are replacing something don't say you have it without checking that is like rule number one for any business don't say you have something if you aren't looking at it with your own eyes

First... waiting in line, medical patients should go before recreational customers but they don’t.. they let 3 recreational go before medical or online..
Second.. once entering the back there is multiple people walking around not being helped. Took 20 mins to get helped. No greeting upon entering. Sat down for 20 mins waiting to be helped.
Third.. I never been to the happy valley location only the Glendale I was getting texts from happy valley location. Went to see about the deals and they would no honor it.

Might want to inform your new patients on your page there that they can't place online orders that they need to be in the system to place online orders. I mean hell, if I was running it, I would inform the patient about it. It's called good customer service which you do not have.

Thank you for canceling my order and then telling me to wait in line 45 minutes after making it. I really appreciate it. Worst first impression I've ever had of a dispensary. I would be out of my mind to think about coming back here.

they don't want to look anything up, but rather ask someone else for their best guess.
Products-
tropics rosin (for story) I had to go to insta to find a strain name, no info on the packaging. Fade co. Is added terps, same line as their pcc back in the day, i know those headaches.
Atmosphere-
I preferred nature's open, no line, able to look around. Story feels like they don't want you looking or sitting.
a 30 minute wait just to pick up an Express order is ridiculous I won't be shopping here again

this place is awful! I made online order for 420 I know they were bzy but they never let me know my order was ready, same with my husband. I placed my order at 9:30 am they said it was received then a few mind later they sent another text saying it's being worked on. this is the reason my husband stopped going there in the first place.

Gave this place a second chance and was disappointed again. I bought 2 different strains and when I opened each they looked and smelled the same. They both smell and taste like the containers they are kept in. The taste and smell made me nauseous and still does when I go back to it (I have to because I don’t have money to just get rid of it). The budtender was not able to answer my questions about terpenes and instead told me that the “terpene experts or specialists” weren’t there at the moment. I kind of thought that he would’ve known that info. I’m not sure what else to say about this place except that I was disappointed. Good luck to everyone and have a nice day.

Avoid this place if you want to avoid covid! I had to register as a new patient, they required me to do it at the window, no big deal. Of course there was a dude sitting in a chair directly next to the check in window? Why was he allowed there, nobody cared and there was no security. There was also the lovely couple that wanted to complain about masks, the man who walked in blaring music on his phone and randoms waiting outside, giving it am unhealthy atmosphere. When I was finally let back, there were 10 to 12 people just meandering around the showroom. I was told anbudtender would "find me". Cmon man there is a global pandemic, can you pretend you care? Steer clear if you have any standards

Got here 9:50PM ... they CLOSE AT 11pm... Per Gary manger unless I had an online order... I can’t come in.. reminded him of his hours AND IM A MEDICAL CARD HOLDER... IN PAINNNNN WHO LIVES IN MARICOPA AN HOURRRR AWAY ... HE SAID NO... WHO WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! EVERYONE INCLUDING SECURITY WAS OUTSIDE TALKING!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!! SIMPLE

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any business...they are either under staffed or run by someone who has no idea how to run a business..tried numerous times to order online and it’s a nightmare to say the least...never works...put you on hold for so long ...horrible experience just like every time I’ve tried their service ...Avoid at all cost is my advice ! Waaaaaay better dispensary options out there ! Never Again for me ...I’ve had and seen enough !

Last review never made it. 4/20 day at least for me was a flop. Seems to be that way with big deals. Rec users get priority and med users just gotta deal with that. Even placed online order that was never touched. Rethinking how I buy product now. Perhaps there should be a med holder day? I cannot stand in line like that for a long time. Also, allow these reviews, good or bad. My last never even got thru.

Been here a couple times and everytime it is just dry weed that is harsh to hit. They aren't practicing social distancing they don't sanitize the tablets that patients use to search through their product all you see is just finger prints smudges on the tablet. The customer isn't great by any means. No seems to be educated enough to know the products they are selling. There a better dispensaries in especially in safer areas. Don't bother with this Nature's Medicine.

I am a budtender and my wife and I both have our cards. she has anxiety so I usually go to the dispensaries but she wanted to pick out a half ounce. I am sad to say that the budtender ripped my wife off in dollars and quality. She deprived my wife of a discount so she would not have to trim a deli half oz. i am truly disappointed, her name is Hannah.

I pre-ordered and a walk in was in and out before me. This was already upsetting enough. I don't care though.. call me back say sorry for the wait give me my order and I'll be satisfied. That is not what happened.. I walk back and the lady did not even say HI. Just had my product out, named it, totaled it. Said here you go. Didn't say Hi, sorry, thank you or have a good day. I worked 8 years customer service. There is no excuse for that kind of service. Most disappointing visit ever and I'm so upset. I go there because I love that place and that's how I was treated!? I know I was upset which is aggravating from a workers standpoint.. but your job is to bite your tongue smile and get me out the door. I'm not sure I'll ever go back. 😔 I don't feel appreciated at all. Thanks for the good times though. ❤

I had a pre-order and was skipped over by people that had just walked in. Some total bullshit. They should of pulled mine from preorder and rang me up at a different register.
This is by far the worst dispensary in Arizona the customer service is TERRIBLE the flower is cheap because it SUCKS! Nothing on display can’t see what you purchase DO NOT GO!

So my order was cancelled and Leafly doesn't have a system in place to tell me why. They did however text message me about the cancellation at the number on my account. Upon arrival at the store I was informed that my order was cancelled because I failed to respond to a text message from an employee. I did not receive a message because he sent it to the wrong number. When I informed him of that he argued with me that I needed to update my number with Leafly. I showed him that Leafly has no problem contacting me because I got the cancellation notice. I changed the subject and finished my purchase because I wasn't going to let someone who can't recognize and copy down 10 numbers take up anymore of my time. When I got home I checked my Leafly account and as suspected my number is in there correctly. Please train your staff better than this.

It’s disappointing they get their customers used to a certain “deal” such as the 10 g’s of house shatter concentrates for $120 and they suddenly remove it without notifying or replacing it with something else for their customers. I also disliked that every time I came in, everyone seemed rushed/upset or like they didn’t wanna be at their job, yet they still take a long time even if you pre order. This store needs better management and I will not be coming back until they have a decent price for shatter and better training.
