So sorry you shut down your Leafly online ordering, I was just getting to know you. I will keep checking back to see if you open the online ordering for medical. Until then I will have to go to a dispensary that still allows Leafly online ordering.

Shame on all the cureleaf locations for forgetting all your loyal medical customers, most with serious and painful conditions. What a slap in the face. You need to change your name to DollarLeaf. I know it really does not matter to you because you are raking in fists of $$$ now but what goes around comes around. Just terrible but now we will find out what dispensaries were really just all about the money and not the cure. Not sure I could ever stomach shopping at a leaf again. Serious stab in the back.

I had a good experience here but the Leafy pick up ordering has been closed ever since so wont be back until it reopens. I have tried to order a few different times and each time says its closed for pick up. I tried to call and the girl on the line said they have no idea about the Happy Valley Natures. :/

Friendliness and quality are tops here, which is everything to me.

New patient discount was not what it seemed on flower but was still a good deal and the service was very friendly.

I dont think they like older ladies at this store. Every time I come it gets a little worse. I checked in same time as 2 gentlemen and they were called right away, got their stuff and were gone, I walked around a little while and then sat down to wait. I watched customer after customer leave but no one called me, I watched the bud tenders walk by and look at my card sitting in the stand but no one picked it up. Everyone was just kinda blowing me off so I stood up and said under my breath this is enough and was getting ready to grab my card and leave when a hard working bud tender finally grabbed it and called me, apologized for how long I waited to be called, if he (Derek) wasnt so nice I certainly would have left. Not sure I will be back, maybe I will go back to the Phoenix store, longer wait and drive but I was never treated this way there. You have some hard working people in Glendale but you also have a lot of people hardly working too, you need to fix this as its no way to run a business.

Shopping at Jars is always a pleasure, Riley was friendly and courteous.
