Why bother offering a point system or punch cards if these are never acknowledged while shopping here. Used to have a great quality staff but looks like things have certainly changed since prior visits.

Been here a few times and the meds are horrible quality. Top shelf is over priced, and looks dry. And the dude that helped me told me two different occasions that the strains he told me were really good, both times the meds were disgusting. The top-shelf is not even dispensary quality. And the other strains are garbage. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

this place has really gone down the shit pipe, I buy hundreds of dollars a week at this place only for them to cancel my order repeatedly, I am no longer coming here after it being the only place I have gone since I've got my card

Really nice people. I stopped in and got some E-7,Blue Og, and a free gram of that northem which was more than a steal! Guy took his time to show me things they had in stock ! Will be back soon ! Made my day!

First off I'm going to say I really enjoy the products they are top-notch / top quality. that being said I do not appreciate the recreational dispensary atmosphere going on. this is a medicinal state and I think they forgot that. several times I have tried to get my favorite products only be to be told they are sold out, after watching people in front of me buying up to a hundred cartridges at a time we all know that is not for personal use!! if they were truly catering to patients not customers they would at least put a cap on these dealers!! it takes hours and hours to receive a text reply saying they are out of the product that I was ordering.and doing away with the buzzers is quite possibly the worst idea ever the spot they have next door is very comfortable and anxiety free for waiting but they have taken that away ..your little waiting room is repulsive and anxiety ridden!! believe it or not there are people with actual medical problems just trying to get the medications that soothe those issues. I for example am a chemotherapy patient and found temporary relief from The vapen pod cartridges too bad they all go to Street dealers instead of truly legitimate people that need it..

Every time I went here(over 6 times)the wait was over 30 min. The waiting room was packed every time! And the quality of flower is really dank looking but every time has an off taste to me. Like something with the cure, dry, or possibly environmental. Like it has almost a sulfurish after taste. Like it's just got a different smell and taste, that you can taste and smell on the back end of every strain. From the Bubba Skywalker to their GG4...it's just something there. And I have heard someone mention it on reviews before...so they noticed too. Hopefully it's clean meds. If you base quality upon looks alone then you'll think HWC has the firest meds around. Those of us that know true terpy/greasy, loud fire know!

Was my go to place for 3 years - today - new bud tender oversold me my allotment - BUT had already punched my card for purchasing over a $100 - wanted to give me a new card - frankly I was insulted and said it was his mistake why should I have to get a new card - especially when I spend about $1000 a month here - well he had to get the manager Brittany - who told me it way MY fault and she was being nice to me and was going to let me keep my punch and she made it clear I should be grateful for that - I threw my card to them - took my money and went elsewhere - and NO TIP JARS - quality better cheaper and service beyond belief - just east of this location and MUCH CLEANER - so thank you brittany and HWC - wonder how much money this one is going to cost you -- I had made MANY referrals to your location - stopped today.

Dan was very knowledgeable and helpful. I got a free gram for being a new patient, the prices were a bit cheaper to average/competitive and they carry lot more strains than most dispensaries in town. Will definitely be back!

So far my favorite dispensary yet. great service, great environment, strains that blew my mind and to top it all off my server Daniel was the cherry on top. He made me feel very comfortable and he is the reason i will be coming back

Amazing place to go. budtender rocked it and OMG the quality is the best I've seen, even comparing more expensive bud from other shops. honestly the only negative i can give is their parking lot is easy to miss

This place is awful. Selling $40 grams of trim run concentrates but calling it "live resin" Lol. Prime example of a dispensary caring more about profits than patients. Boooo.

I figured out what's drying your buds the new plastic containers don't close all the way sometimes by the hindges letting air dry up the budz. Next time your there watch the budtender they will do there best and place them upside down pushing the lids close they do care. Saw someone say the night sky was dry I got that the first day it arrived there it wasn't dry and it was flame but I've had other strain that have been dry and notices the lids not fully closing near the hindges not too big of a deal to me at the moment can easliy be fixed. I'll be down there to see you all today. Thank you all you guys are doing a good job even under so much construction and keeping people happy.😀

Wow!!! Tahoe 4x4 took me where I wanted to be! I got a 20% discount, free pipe and T-shirt for their grand opening. These guys are awesome over there. Highly recommended!! Their friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

There Wax & Flower are always good, but it's super busy all the time. I waited like 30 mins just to see a budtender😫

Great atmosphere. Great staff. Great vibes and Great Meds! Im a regular customer and not because they're close. I could live in Chandler and I would Still come to this location. If you havent been there, then you should drop by. Never a disappointment.

The front room was a little bland. Need for decor to liven up the front. The back is amazing. Cool lay out. Chill atmosphere. I totally dug the vibe.

As a customer that has spent thousands of dollars with this dispensary. Had the worse customer experience with the manager Brittany she was very unprofessional and lied to the customer on the phone, Very rude and uncaring manager.

Incompetent. Waited over an hour while people arriving later were served ahead of me, really a frustrating experience.

This despencery is ran terrible. I did a online order. I received a notification stating my order was ready but when I got there I had to wait 1 hour to get my order. Why would they tell me my order is ready them make me sit there almost a hour. Thats why people do online order so they don't have to be in there around a packed room where I can catch covid. Also a worker there was rude and out of line. I will never go back to that poorly ran despencery.

came here after my usual place was shut down due to dispensaries complaining about them taking business now I am forced to expand my search for my medicine I come here hopeful to find some good og kush strains I smell the whole lot. the high grade smells like green house/ markers and almost gagged. donated for the top shelf OG kush smelt okay but when smoked it was like inhaling a chemy airy smoke tasted like I just smoke advanced nutrients as it says on their container. disappointed will not return although the atmosphere and service were cool...

Quality bud amazing prices amazing staff. Just make sure you request to have any budtender except Mark T. He's the gorilla looking guy. With a huge attitude. Send this man back to sensitivity training. He has to shave too looking like he came out of 27th Ave n Indian school. Please evaluate this employee.thanks

Second Visit (on Kentucky Derby Sunday) not sure I'll be back. If I lived in the area, it might be worth it. However, do not bother placing a phone or online order- you still have to wait AND will get skipped over for first time patients or people they know. I placed an online order and when I arrived they told me it would be 30-35 minutes, even though I had an online order. When I asked why, the woman taking the names told me, "That's how we do it." I watched and waited as they called people who had walked in after me- after they announced the first timers they were taking back as well. After 50ish minutes I was finally called and waited another 10 minutes in the other building. When I finally reached the budtender, I asked him what was up with the online ordering and this was how our conversation went: Me: I placed an online order and was told it was ready at 2:30, but I just waited roughly an hour to finally get in. What was the point of placing my order online? BT: When you place your order online, you are reserving the product you want. Me: Yes, and since I was told it was ready, I assumed I would be able to pay and pick it up, when I arrived. BT: Well, then everything would sell out and it wouldn't be fair. Me: Then what was the point of me placing the online order? Is what I ordered available or sold out now bc I had to wait an hour? BT: No, what you ordered is secured for you. Me: Then why couldn't I just pick it up when I got here? BT: We do not have enough people to pack the online orders. Me: Who is filling the orders now? BT: ..... Me: I'll leave a review for your managers. This is for the managers.

I went back to refer a friend and candace said that she could get her 8th next visit, we go back and they refused to give her the referral 8th she was promised by candace!!!!!!! I asked to speak to candace and when she came up she acted like it never happened and that she didn't say that and I told her that was not what she said last time. there policy is all fucked up for refferals they always say diffrent shit. Looks like she got a promotion because she was rude af this time and lied and gave horrible customer service she didn't even handle the problem and got an attitude. Love the flower here but the employees suck. The girl at check in with tattoos is the best she should be budtending not those other losers.
