Great atmosphere. Great staff. Great vibes and Great Meds! Im a regular customer and not because they're close. I could live in Chandler and I would Still come to this location. If you havent been there, then you should drop by. Never a disappointment.

The last few reviews have been excellent examples of what you get into when going to herbal wellness center for your meds. Herbal Wellness Center: your responses to these patients legitimate critiques is unbelievable; you continue to justify having meds that are unsatisfactory! Learn how to grow proper meds from start to finish or get left in the dust. Simple as that. And adjust your attitudes. LISTEN TO THE PATIENTS, only advice.

The guy Aaron checking you in doesn't know anything!!! Skips people on purpose! He throws time sheets out so you can't see what time you checked in!!! Refuse to deal with him at all!

I actually told the site manager I would give them a second shot before roasting. After a terrible first experience I went back. Same s*** different day. Wait times are extreme(expected due to the deals) but to constantly change wait times is not good. No issues with staff or product. But I will think before going back.

The Deals on Monday??? $100 oz, today 5/25/20 I attempted to purchase your special. But there was NO name on the oz special in the deals. So I didn't know which strain it was. I searched and couldn't find anything. Then I get the text message at 8:11 about the deals and the name of the special oz. Now come on. You guys know that we have to order right at 8 to get the special. Super sad....... :(

Wow!!! Tahoe 4x4 took me where I wanted to be! I got a 20% discount, free pipe and T-shirt for their grand opening. These guys are awesome over there. Highly recommended!! Their friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Really nice people. I stopped in and got some E-7,Blue Og, and a free gram of that northem which was more than a steal! Guy took his time to show me things they had in stock ! Will be back soon ! Made my day!

So far my favorite dispensary yet. great service, great environment, strains that blew my mind and to top it all off my server Daniel was the cherry on top. He made me feel very comfortable and he is the reason i will be coming back

Was my go to place for 3 years - today - new bud tender oversold me my allotment - BUT had already punched my card for purchasing over a $100 - wanted to give me a new card - frankly I was insulted and said it was his mistake why should I have to get a new card - especially when I spend about $1000 a month here - well he had to get the manager Brittany - who told me it way MY fault and she was being nice to me and was going to let me keep my punch and she made it clear I should be grateful for that - I threw my card to them - took my money and went elsewhere - and NO TIP JARS - quality better cheaper and service beyond belief - just east of this location and MUCH CLEANER - so thank you brittany and HWC - wonder how much money this one is going to cost you -- I had made MANY referrals to your location - stopped today.

Dan was very knowledgeable and helpful. I got a free gram for being a new patient, the prices were a bit cheaper to average/competitive and they carry lot more strains than most dispensaries in town. Will definitely be back!

The front room was a little bland. Need for decor to liven up the front. The back is amazing. Cool lay out. Chill atmosphere. I totally dug the vibe.

As a customer that has spent thousands of dollars with this dispensary. Had the worse customer experience with the manager Brittany she was very unprofessional and lied to the customer on the phone, Very rude and uncaring manager.

Been here a few times and the meds are horrible quality. Top shelf is over priced, and looks dry. And the dude that helped me told me two different occasions that the strains he told me were really good, both times the meds were disgusting. The top-shelf is not even dispensary quality. And the other strains are garbage. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I've been a customer since you opened. I still have the old VIP card & only purchase from HWC. Today I ordered online around 10am came to pick up at about 1:30pm and not a single parking place to pickup(what a waste). Also the wait once inside is to long for those of us in pain to suffer in those hard chairs for more than half an hour. Real talk

Man I have only heard good things about this place so I was pumped to go and get my 1st time visit BOGO. Went on a BOGO cart day so it was packed. They told me I could use my 1st time patient special on the carts but then when I check my receipt they screwed me out of my 1st time patient deal. BOGO...buy one get one free...I bought 3 and should got 3 free. They gave me my two BOGO specials and then on that third BOGO they used my 1st time patient BOGO instead! So they use my 1st time patient BOGO to give me something free that WAS ALREADY FREE. Brought it up with a "supervisor" and they said it is how it is. I would've used my 1st time patient speacial on flower if I knew that. Guess this will be my 1st and last time at HWC.

Well, First-time patient. Got three good strains and one moldy one. Billy B. the guy that helped me was great. I called and informed them of the mold. They told me next time I come in to buy something else. The return call was very unprofessional. They don't care? Don't think I will be back.

Absolutely the worst dispensary in all of PHX!!! Low quality flower, and they can't seam to figure out every other dispensary is going back to normal, explane how it takes 2 hours to fill a small Leafly order and then you still have to wait in a line of 50+ people even though the sign next to them says Leafly orders skip the line, absolutely rediculos and so not worth my almost 3 hour wait for 3 grams of wax

Second Visit (on Kentucky Derby Sunday) not sure I'll be back. If I lived in the area, it might be worth it. However, do not bother placing a phone or online order- you still have to wait AND will get skipped over for first time patients or people they know. I placed an online order and when I arrived they told me it would be 30-35 minutes, even though I had an online order. When I asked why, the woman taking the names told me, "That's how we do it." I watched and waited as they called people who had walked in after me- after they announced the first timers they were taking back as well. After 50ish minutes I was finally called and waited another 10 minutes in the other building. When I finally reached the budtender, I asked him what was up with the online ordering and this was how our conversation went: Me: I placed an online order and was told it was ready at 2:30, but I just waited roughly an hour to finally get in. What was the point of placing my order online? BT: When you place your order online, you are reserving the product you want. Me: Yes, and since I was told it was ready, I assumed I would be able to pay and pick it up, when I arrived. BT: Well, then everything would sell out and it wouldn't be fair. Me: Then what was the point of me placing the online order? Is what I ordered available or sold out now bc I had to wait an hour? BT: No, what you ordered is secured for you. Me: Then why couldn't I just pick it up when I got here? BT: We do not have enough people to pack the online orders. Me: Who is filling the orders now? BT: ..... Me: I'll leave a review for your managers. This is for the managers.

WACK customer service. Tried the “refeer a friend” plus as a first time patient. employees served other patients that showed up 20 minutes well after I did and when asked why the wait for a first time patient and was told because of the “refeer a friend” and it would be another 15 min. I won’t spend my money somewhere where they don’t value customers time or money.
