Longest online waite time out of any dispensary in phoenix. There is nothing express about there online express orders takes 2-3hrs to get confirmation to pick up then you have to Waite another hour once you get there it is ridiculous.extremely small waiting area waisted building next door that never has hardly any business. Product quality is good but not any better than most other dispensary around they have good deals but really slow staff that can't handle large crowds. There is no other place in town that has online ordering system so flawed as this one.

Mary's muscle freeze was $13.50 for 75 mg why is it now 70$ for 200mg... Can someone teach Herbal Wellness some basic math please?
13.50 x 3 = 40.50. Why is there a 30 dollar increase in price? From where it was???

Got there 45 min before close with an online order and wasn't able to get it before they closed. The people working tonight were being completely inconsiderate and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I come here 2 to 3 times a week so to be treated like that is unacceptable. There should have been messages sent out as soon as they knew there was going to be an issue getting everyone in. POS communication and rude employees.

The Vapen top shelf shatter has the consistency of goop. I had other top shelf shatters before from HWC and it was not all goopy ever since the price drop on the shatters the quality has gone out the door. I guess I'm stuck with 6 grams of goop :(

they take forever and there's no point in phone orders because you still have to wait with the walk ins. plus if they know you you get to go first that's not fair I seen it for myself! I've been here 40 minutes and still waiting.

Now that they serve recreational customers, medical patients are being skipped left and right from poor regulation and customer service. This was 1 of only 2 dispensaries I used before prop 207. I will never go back.
Love the Wednesday deals for medical patients, however I am I little confused on why medical patients stand outside while the recreational patients are able to to wait in the lobby next door....

He was friendly, he was very informative, he also assisted with my order communicating with other staff about my situation, showing how professional and awesome Herbal Wellness Center and its staff members are. Every now and then I get a bug up my ass and have to try a new dispensary, this time it was HWC. This was my first trip so I decided to pick up 3 eighths, Gelato, Emerald Cookies and Sunset Sherbet.
I'll start by saying that the waiting room is pretty grungy, so is the back parking lot. That's not unheard of because of where these businesses are zoned.
My budtender was awesome. He seriously added a star or two to my review. Two things stuck out when I spoke to him. 1. HWC doesn't stand by it's low shelf. "may contain stems and seeds." Man that's kind if sad and doesn't say a lot about your grow. At Nature's Medicine the 6dollar grams buds are still damn good, and they don't have seeds. 2. The dude was a customer service pro. He gave me highest priced with for free instead of one that was five bucks less. It might be a small thing but it was the kind of thing that would have made me a loyal customer.
On to what everyone is wondering, how were the meds? They were ok, hence the three stars, possibly a slightly generous three stars. So what was the problem? Let me break it down.
The buds aren't served deli style. No real biggie, but it's something I've grown accustom to. So I didn't find out until I got home just how wet they were. Seriously most nugs, not just sticky, but so wet they probably weren't cured right. They sure looked good though, so the question became how would they smoke.
So over the course of the next couple days I dipped into all three 1/8s. The Emerald Cookies was my favorite, but it's hard to really judge it. The weed was so wet my first vape session went badly. I ended up leaving the buds exposed to the air for about 6 hours just to dry them out.
All three strains had a funny after taste. I don't know how to describe it, accept to say that it almost tasted like a funky water vaper. Kind of like that taste when you drink water out if the hose in summer, not great. The problem is that's all you taste, and even after drying out the buds they still ha e that same weird taste.
I'm happy I went to try HWC, but I'll be sticking with Nature's Medicine for the foreseeable future.

I bought 2 ounces of there Friday special since I'm on a budget and need it for arthritis in my neck. got a strain called baby kush. so far I have found 1/2 ounce of seeds. in order to get medication for my arthritis I now have to worry about getting headaches from seeds. now I understand why they said I couldn't touch it before I bought it. I wish I was able to attach a picture of all these seeds. I thought I was getting quality stuff. there
preroll was also the same wack quality. would not recommend to anybody. will never go back.

I used to really like this dispensary but I'm pretty frustrated with the right now. I understand we are all adjusting. I really do not understand the purpose of doing an order online which took me personally about an hour until it was processed from the time I submitted and maybe 15 minutes after that I received a text that my order was ready. I come to pick up and the VERY nice gentleman checking people in told me it was going to be an additional 45 minute wait for my order to be ready that brings my grand total time excluding driving to TWO hours. It would have been faster and with equal amounts of exposure to have walked in at 11. The negatives experience is only based on HWC current protocol and NOT the workers. They were nothing but nice. The other dispensaries I've been to have not done this, when I receive a "your order is ready" message it means my order is fucking ready.

Your Mango Kush Shatter, in my opinion, is quite awful. Now don't get me wrong, I frequent this location several times a month and am usually satisfied with their low-cost, top-shelf selections of shatter. The flavors, colors, and consistencies are usually always, at least, acceptable. Alas, my most recent purchase of their 3g, for $59 offer was unsatisfactory for me. My purchases of the MK shatter were bitter, and the color was quite dark. The Super Lemon Haze was very unstable, and lapsed over the wax paper, which required me freezing, and carefully handling the "shatter" until it was situated into a container that was more suitable. Also, I received erroneous duplicates of the same, awful Mango Kush shatter, when in fact I had ordered Sour Diesel. Selling sub-standard products like the ones I received is antagonistic towards the Vapen Extracts brand which is usually known for high-quality, very flavorful cannabis concentrates. I can understand the blight in your product, unfortunately it has tarnished my pristine image of your extracts brand, which I imagine means little to you. Though I must say the Fire OG wax was phenomenal. The terpenes, texture, and color are exemplary, which perhaps means a little bit more. Here is hoping your products return to their former perceived-glory in my future trials, cheers!

I don’t know what is going on but the carts Have been disgusting they literally smell like diarrhea and taste like there’s chemicals in them I called told him about it they said we are having multiple calls about this problem come in and trade it out I did just that and they gave me the same flavor but a different bitch still the same thing it tasted like there’s poison in chemicals in it and smelled really bad so I called again they told me they were trade out for a different flavor in strain and still this whole different one smells like diarrhea taste like poison so I don’t know what else to do besides call and complain again and risk getting another nasty cart I am seriously upset I come there for Bogo carts And have never had a problem until just recently I drive 45 minutes just to go there and had to go there three times within the last three days because this problem. Every other time I’ve been there the carts have been fine. I do not want another cart if I’m offered one I would like something else because I do not want to risk a fourth time of it being disgusting in maybe poisonous. I don’t know what to do should I call a testing company and get tested to see if there is deadly chemicals in it should I call the channel 3 news and have an investigation going on? I just don’t get I have been coming here for months to get the carts and has been no problem and then all the carts just taste like there’s chemicals that should not be in there

online ordering but no express check out? hour and half wait for ready online orders. poorly run and disjointed setup. 3rd issue I've had.
Another bad experience, waited almost 2 hours for my online order I made several hours ago, it sucks when you see people come in after you and get served first

im in here 3-4 times a month and love there products but im almost positive one employee has told me i had change coming back to me and just never gave it up, just hit me with a "have a good day" granted i probably would have just tipped the change, but that is my choice, and to just "forget" to give me my change back is not only unprofessional, it is morally wrong.

Why bother offering a point system or punch cards if these are never acknowledged while shopping here. Used to have a great quality staff but looks like things have certainly changed since prior visits.
I loved coming to Herbal wellness but tonight was HORRIBLE. Deals are great yes but not worth the headache. The place is PACKED, no social distancing. They don’t allow walk ins so you have to place a mobile order, & 45mins later when you finally receive a text that your order is ready you have to check in when you arrive. After arriving I waited 30mins outside, it’s hot. After getting impatient I asked how much longer, they said there was 22 people AHEAD of me no time estimate. Wait what? The lady responds that people change their orders sometimes when they go back so it takes longer, then why is there a sign up front that literally says you can’t do that & you’ll be pushed to the end of the line if so? Enforce your rules & if not then at least warn a customer that placed a mobile order that it’s still going to be another hour and 1/2 til’ they receive their order. I’ll never get this time back. I’d rather spend more money than be treated like this.

waited 15 mins and someone walked in and for some reason they came in before me as soon as they put their card down and i hd to wait another 15 mins i went in and ask for hella stuff and not gettin any.
this is a business and a dispensary, not a place you hook up a short line wait for people you know. everybody should be treated equal. and their bud is all HYPE super dry the next day like powder and i got the too shelf gelato. wont be back will never be back

I called twice, to make sure my order was there and waiting for me. I was assured it was waitting for me. I drove 2@1/2 hours. I then waited an hour, was told it would be 30 min. It didn't help that it was either a crowded room, or outside. With Covid 19, I chose outside. The room was sweltering as well, it was over 100° in the shade but I waited because I'm stupid. I was so relieved when I was escorted inside. Then the shit show was on. I had ordered Gelato, thank God I had my confirmation of that order from Leafly, because someone had taken it off my order, and sold it. If I hadn't had it, I'm sure I'd have trouble PROVING IT. The 2 calls were documented as well. They gave a bag full of vapen give aways. Sold me other stuff I didn't order, and wasn't what I'd ordered, and that I had called to make sure it was available. Twice. I was told it was waiting for me to pick up. I left drove 2 and a half hours home. What a messed up experience that was. So I guess the honeymoon is over. All I want is to never waste another day getting bummed out.
