I used to love hwc but what’s up with your consultants not applying discounts correctly! Not to mention you guys could be a bit more friendly for the short time I come in for... it’s about the experience in a dispensary let alone the money we spend there.

"3 Kinds of Wax EXCLUSIVE! $25 off High Quality Crumble Wax, $55 a gram this weekend Print this special While Supplies Last." This is in reply to a review I made about false advertising. This is the special that I saw on your printable specials and it's word for word. It says "3 kinds of wax" and "$25 off high quality crumble wax". Then when you look at the menu it listed 3 kinds of crumble wax that were NOT $80 a gram. In fact there was no $80 grams of wax listed at all. This ad in know way at all specifies that you must buy an off menu item and outrageous prices to redeem a special that I was first told didn't even exist until I informed you that I was looking at the coupon at the time. So I see the coupon, call to ask, am told that no such coupon exists, am told then that it does in fact exist but only applies to items that are not on the menu which will draw in patients looking for a deal that they are not going to get. This is one of the finest and most blatant examples of false or misleading advertising and "bait and switch". This is just bad business ethics let alone practices. Then I'm offered a pre-roll in exchange for any misunderstanding? I'm in my 40s, I know what trim and shake are used for and what they taste like and every dispensary in town uses the last pickings of anything just to make an extra $10 on pre-rolls and each tells you they use whole flowers. Not to mention that I have NEVER had a single pre-roll that didn't run the whole way down so no thank you on the pre-roll. Hey, a pre-roll is about the same as a gram of nice flower, why not offer that? What I wanted though is offered but not given. A pre-roll is an insult.

I bought the $20 8th ghost og. I got home opened it up and it smells like mildew/mold. I rolled a blunt, and took 2 hits. Taste like mildew/mold. I've gotten some fire from here before so I know you have good stuff. This time, not so good.

This used to be my go-to dispensary. But over the past year to year-and-a-half this dispensary has went downhill. The selection is no longer there. Where they once had 30 strains they now have 13 strains! One of the reasons I went here was because of the Herbal Wellness grown weed. Which I considered top notch. But nowadays you rarely see it. What happened to the Herbal Wellness Center growing weed such as ghost OG or mary OG. It's really a shame because I really like this dispensary and was loyal to this dispensary for many years.

Some people complain about on lines and the wait time and they been waiting for hours and all this let’s be honest you did the order from the comfort of your home, or while your working so no you have not been waiting for hours you placed your order then come but you just walked into the building and sometimes 10 expressed come in with you and you waiting 10-15 mins to be moved over the the express waiting room witch unfortunately only can hold 6 people, also unfortunately COVID has to have it spaced out it’s the LAW walk-in is 40 mins wait witch they seem to understand so I think waiting 10 mins as a express isn’t bad at all . So how about let’s be understanding to our amazing herbal wellness fam and wellness spot fam, and bud tenders. They brought back the deals witch we ALL asked for so of course better deals there going to be busy more people ,I know it’s stinks waiting but if I can save money!! Get bomb deals and be around group of great people, we all just need to be patient like we ask them to do for us when we as customers come in upset. They are humans an people to like us ! Spread love , weed , peace 🙏❤️

This is the second time the person ringing me in for my online order refused to punch my card when my total was 104.25 Are y’all ok?? Takes forever to wait for online, people are screaming in your lobby and your service keeps declining. On top of your office lobby always being dirty even now during an epidemic. This may be my last straw I think I’m done with y’all - Curaleaf and Muv have way better service !!!

"Seems to me that you may have more of an issue with our dispensary than our meds... I know our meds will never be dry, we keep them at 68% humidity to ensure a nice even smoke. Our favorites around here tend to be OGs def not a flavor for everyone. Our patients know and will read the other reviews, yours sticks out like a crying baby on an airplane to Vegas. We always try to correct any issue a patient may have, but it looks like there is no fixing your issue. Your screen name says it all, good luck in your quest. a day ago - Herbal Wellness Center, Inc " Whoa! As a patient looking for a location to obtain my medicine, I read reviews before making the drive but the way in which you have addressed a complaint is less than professional to say the least. If I were the patient who posted the reply to which you responded, I would be looking to make it be known to the state. "We" patients are not purchasing a baggie off someone in the back ally, we are tax paying, credited medical marijuana patients and should be treated as such. If you don't wish to be a dispensary that cares for it's patients, then get out of the business and back in the ally where you have customers instead of patients. Unbelievably rude and very disappointing.

I was very disappointed in them today. I have been a patient for the last 3 or more years and I travel very far to come to this dispensary. I had a free punch card for a 8th of flower and no were on there website or weedmaps or leafy dose it state that you are unable to get any flower and I spoke to the manager on staff tonight and she was no help. Post it on your website if thats the case it was some bullshit. Needless to say I did not get any flower because they pissed me off with no help.

it's messed up that this place sends an email 2 days in a row with specials and don't honor it i can understand the first day but come on 2 days in a row this sounds like a selling ploy to get people in the doors to make them buy other product at top dollar this is a waste of my time i.went yesterday and today and they just say sorry which is bull shit never going back again I used to like this place there are plenty across the valley we all can go to.

I haven't had any bad experiences AT the dispensary. The flower is pretty good but I usually go for their cartridges. Unfortunately reception can be pretty rude over the phone. To be honest, if somewhere close had exactly what I was in the mood for I would have gone there instead.

Your Mango Kush Shatter, in my opinion, is quite awful. Now don't get me wrong, I frequent this location several times a month and am usually satisfied with their low-cost, top-shelf selections of shatter. The flavors, colors, and consistencies are usually always, at least, acceptable. Alas, my most recent purchase of their 3g, for $59 offer was unsatisfactory for me. My purchases of the MK shatter were bitter, and the color was quite dark. The Super Lemon Haze was very unstable, and lapsed over the wax paper, which required me freezing, and carefully handling the "shatter" until it was situated into a container that was more suitable. Also, I received erroneous duplicates of the same, awful Mango Kush shatter, when in fact I had ordered Sour Diesel. Selling sub-standard products like the ones I received is antagonistic towards the Vapen Extracts brand which is usually known for high-quality, very flavorful cannabis concentrates. I can understand the blight in your product, unfortunately it has tarnished my pristine image of your extracts brand, which I imagine means little to you. Though I must say the Fire OG wax was phenomenal. The terpenes, texture, and color are exemplary, which perhaps means a little bit more. Here is hoping your products return to their former perceived-glory in my future trials, cheers!

dont fk with yall at all waited 15 mins and someone walked in and for some reason they came in before me as soon as they put their card down and i hd to wait another 15 mins i went in and ask for hella stuff and not gettin any. this is a business and a dispensary, not a place you hook up a short line wait for people you know. everybody should be treated equal. and their bud is all HYPE super dry the next day like powder and i got the too shelf gelato. wont be back will never be back

Every now and then I get a bug up my ass and have to try a new dispensary, this time it was HWC. This was my first trip so I decided to pick up 3 eighths, Gelato, Emerald Cookies and Sunset Sherbet. I'll start by saying that the waiting room is pretty grungy, so is the back parking lot. That's not unheard of because of where these businesses are zoned. My budtender was awesome. He seriously added a star or two to my review. Two things stuck out when I spoke to him. 1. HWC doesn't stand by it's low shelf. "may contain stems and seeds." Man that's kind if sad and doesn't say a lot about your grow. At Nature's Medicine the 6dollar grams buds are still damn good, and they don't have seeds. 2. The dude was a customer service pro. He gave me highest priced with for free instead of one that was five bucks less. It might be a small thing but it was the kind of thing that would have made me a loyal customer. On to what everyone is wondering, how were the meds? They were ok, hence the three stars, possibly a slightly generous three stars. So what was the problem? Let me break it down. The buds aren't served deli style. No real biggie, but it's something I've grown accustom to. So I didn't find out until I got home just how wet they were. Seriously most nugs, not just sticky, but so wet they probably weren't cured right. They sure looked good though, so the question became how would they smoke. So over the course of the next couple days I dipped into all three 1/8s. The Emerald Cookies was my favorite, but it's hard to really judge it. The weed was so wet my first vape session went badly. I ended up leaving the buds exposed to the air for about 6 hours just to dry them out. All three strains had a funny after taste. I don't know how to describe it, accept to say that it almost tasted like a funky water vaper. Kind of like that taste when you drink water out if the hose in summer, not great. The problem is that's all you taste, and even after drying out the buds they still ha e that same weird taste. I'm happy I went to try HWC, but I'll be sticking with Nature's Medicine for the foreseeable future.

im in here 3-4 times a month and love there products but im almost positive one employee has told me i had change coming back to me and just never gave it up, just hit me with a "have a good day" granted i probably would have just tipped the change, but that is my choice, and to just "forget" to give me my change back is not only unprofessional, it is morally wrong.

they take forever and there's no point in phone orders because you still have to wait with the walk ins. plus if they know you you get to go first that's not fair I seen it for myself! I've been here 40 minutes and still waiting.

Now that they serve recreational customers, medical patients are being skipped left and right from poor regulation and customer service. This was 1 of only 2 dispensaries I used before prop 207. I will never go back.

Wow, I really made a mistake picking up the special today. It was my fault for going against my better judgement but this is really terrible. It also expired a month ago according to the jar and was harvested in mid April. It tastes like chemicals, burns terrible, overall it was a mistake. I'm bummed you guys sold me this really. The staff here is really cool but there is a bit of a management / inventory issue and some things about the pricing that just need to be fixed. Best of luck to you guys but those aren't even mids they are mistakes.
