This place is filled with fake reviews ever since rec opened up and you stopped caring for med patients. This used to be the best place to go for your deals and now this place has lost touch. If you like dry popcorn for their private reserve shop here.

Went to the Halloween party that hwc put on and was a part of.. very disappointing. The bud tenders at hwc were telling me that you get a bag from vapepen filled with stuff like a inhaler and some cartridges. The flyer that they gave me also said you get a bag filled with "goodies". Lies. They give you a empty bag right when you get there to go to different booths they had set up. There wasn't even anything to get from the booths! Just a couple pre rolls and a .25 of wax. They had a few dab stations set up but the lines were insane. I got there at 730. I feel like I got hustled and burned out of 20$ lol. And most of all let down. Don't buy in to the hype of their party's!

I've been going to herbal wellness center for 9 years now And I've never been so embarrassed and Mistreated they turn me away because I do not have a mask I have a doctors note because of the medical issues I have I cannot wear a mask that is discrimination and since I have spent as much money and time with you that I have to be treated that way I am seeking a lawyer to Sue for discrimination learn the law

Seems like their private reserve shatter is just trim and they're charging $50 for a g of nug run shatter? Please tell me how this is appropriate when even the bud tenders thought the private reserve was nug run. Y'all got rich off some shady practice. This place used to rock and I don't know, it's just been going downhill. I'm in the lobby now and all of us in here just watched two people who got in after us get seen and taken back too. The girl at the front said one of them was a VIP because of something they did their first year in business. Overpriced for trim and the service is deteriorating to the point of me not coming here at all anymore. Find another spot, as much as it pains me to say, HWC has turned the corner to a profit hungry, low end dispensary.

we're did the flavor go? went on in to try some new stuff and it's beautiful but my god it's flavorless! is it the price drop? Because this isn't that sh*t 4 years ago.

Used to be the best dispensary in the west valley hands down . Now I can no longer say the same . Left the loyal west valley med patients out to dry 😑😑😑

Honestly, don’t even bother, I put in my order at 11, it’s almost 8:30 and they’re telling me I’m on page 11 of 14 and still have to wait to get serve, why pre order then? The dumb girl in the front has the worst costumer service skills in the world. You want to get mad about the questions being asked and dealing with costumers? Why work with people then? You guys need to get your act together, and don’t use the excuse of the virus situation to excuse your poor customer skills, never coming back here.

MOLD!!!! This is my fourth time reposting this because they keep deleting my reviews! I am not going to stop!! And the guy right below me will probably have his review deleted too, several times a day I will be screenshotting the reviews and replacing mine to make sure they can’t cover up the REAL reviews that aren’t incentive for a moldy preroll!!! You can rest assure these ‘cleanest dispensary ever’ posts are fake too considering the lobby is nasty and sticky and hardly clean at all. What a joke. All I ask is for the manager to call me back and rectify thing but they won’t. Manager won’t call back, deleting everyone’s reviews regarding mold! I have submitted the bud to be tested for mold and will blow up the results as soon as I have them, as well as letting Matt from the department of health know asap!! Knowingly selling contaminated flower and ignoring year long customers is apparently what they do now that they lost their grower! Shady business won’t work for them and they will be held accountable! Shame on you HWC! And whomever is deleting these reviews will be exposed! I will not let this go! You’ve got your work cut out for ya!! BTW sure enough, MCDchavez123’s post got deleted as well! Thousands of patients now know about this!

so i came in for some flower and my husband was picking up and usually we go back together, but due to all the BS. it made things extra uncomfortable. so as my husband gets called back , i was told by the bue tender only he can go back. which was fine we both have cards but. So as i sit there. uho let me add that i was in the facility for 15minutes now. so im sitting and i make eye contact with a girl behind the counter who looks at me like i kicked here dog..... so i look away because she did not look welcoming or inviting, not more then 3 mintes later she comes from behind the counter to tell me i need to leave. because guest arnt allowed in. very rude and again unwelcoming. moral to the story is. its not what you say but how you say it... Im not gonna say youre name but. very unprofessional an demoralizing. shitty additudes make shitty people

20% off for medical patients who have been tossed aside for rec users? Excuse me? They first take away the very deals that kept a majority of their PATIENTS coming back, but now PATIENTS have to pay the same premium for the same 💩 as recreational..how is a 10$+ spike in medical prices justified? ..how does that work?🤔 Shouldn't recreational users eat the increased cost since they are recreational after all. This just shows the true motive for HWC which is $$. #sorrynotsorry #EXPOSED P.s. This used to be my first choice of dispensaries in this town and now unfortunately is at the bottom along with AZ Organix.

I drive from Gilbert to get this stuff. It used to be the best. Great smell and great product. Last few months, dry as dirt. Not sure what happen, it was like it was left out. So bummed.

I'm sorry. I went to the Phoenix branch and it looked like a speakeasy. The outside was torn up, it was dirty. Inside , dirty and dated. The tender barely took an interest in me or my purchase. Talked me into something absolutely terrible called Presidential Kush. it tasted like dirt.

I'm at work during your so called priority hours for medical patients, so how does that help me? I guess it's worth losing 📉 a bulk of your loyal medical patients, cause I'm one of those patients. I will not refer anyone to HWC ever again.

the lack of a designated Bud tender/ Pick up order cashier completely defeats the purpose of a pick up order, waiting 45 minutes at the actual dispo for something I ordered 2 hours before. two thumbs down 👎👎

This place is the worst run dispensary I’ve ever seen. Check in is next door and every time they need someone, the bud tender walks all the way over to accompany the patient to the back. Even if you have an online order, be prepared to wait hours. If you have an issue with your order, DO NOT BE PATIENT! They won’t call you up to tell you about it and will just put you in the back of the regular line and you will end up waiting longer. If you ask them about why, they will lie to your face and tell you they did call your name! I’ve been here like 10 times and each time has been an awful experience. They don’t care about your sob story. Everyone here has one. They’re like the Zia Records of service here.

Every time I come in the complain about giving me my monthly pre roll . They claim to have deals but it ain’t! Staff is so disrespectful once you ask for a deal! No wonder a couple ppl smashed the window in lol. Some staff is chill tho they get the one star

I’m a fan of this place and appreciate the consistency and the deals.. with that being said I got an 8th of emerald cookies which is supposed to be an exclusive strain and burned a joint of it and not only was the ash almost 100% black but it was super harsh at the same time.. disappointed to say the least

Stress seeds in the top shelf flowers. Not just one. I have been before and was not disappointed. Though, stress seeds on the top tier is unnerving. Too many great locations and true varieties to be upset.

Wasted my time driving an hour each way. They can’t seem to keep good product since the new year and are pushing garbage. After a year of dedication I’ve finally switched up. They always tell you sorry like they care all they have is schwag but if they did they would give you a discount. Def my last visit

This place is skeeve palooza, with degenerates littering the parking lot and the dispensary. They didn't offer pickup orders on an extremely busy day. The line was far out the door. I bought my first flower with my mmj card here, and vowed never to come back. Three years later, I braved the rough neighborhood bc Herbal Wellness Center was the only place offering 818 OG. It's the best buds I've ever used for chronic, debilitating pain. No one was answering the phone, so I had to come down in person. The wait was 50 minutes, and there was no place to sit. I'm standing weakly, leaning on my cane when I asked what the wait time was, etc. The receptionist just giggled and shrugged when I answered incredulously. Really? Customer service sucks here. Apparently, so does management. You can't get one or two budtenders to work on pre-orders and a manager to make the flow of traffic not so dense? Please. I ended up going to another dispensary and getting my backup solid, Gorilla Glue #4. HWC cares more about making money than caring for the sick clients that need meds. ✌
