Herbal Wellness Center - North (Med/Rec)

I love the drive out there to deer valley. It calms me and i love the scenery. even though i live much closer to the phoenix hwc location. my bud tender was on go lmao. he was so energized and he told me he only smokes idicas i was impressed as i am a satiava type of girl. the deer valley has faster service i really never have to wait long. thanks hwc deer valley for the awesome quick service.

Worst place to go. Anywhere else is better

First time visiting this dispensary and walking in I was not impressed with the male manager who was sitting up front, basically had a dirty look on his face and was not very friendly. I’m not sure who my bud tender was but she was an older woman and she was just the sweetest. I asked if they were hiring and she was very sweet and told me that the manager was up front if I wanted to speak to him. So I went and asked him and he didn’t say a single word to me just nodded his head and went back to being on his phone. Glad I never applied here because to work with a manager who is so unpleasant and unprofessional like that it would be a living hell.

Used to be a great shop until they threw the medical people under the bus,did'nt learn anything from the other big box store did the same thing just recently, now look where there at.Nature's med's

I'm just beside myself. I have been trying to purchase lil g's since Monday Aug 28th HWC had a selection less desirable. I called both locations with the same result. I'm a medical marijuana patient. The gal I spoke with said to check back so every day I checked and on Friday September 1 finally choices and plenty in stock. So I made an online order. My order was around $260.00 When I arrived at the North location the doors were being repaired, the lobby was packed with costumers and a vendor with goods samples. I asked if I would receive a gift perhaps a free preroll or a pkg of lil g's as my birthday was on Aug 29th! Much to my dismay the bud tender said no you can't have anything as you passed the last day of the month. I can not believe how incredibly horrible that is. I spend a good amount of money in your store. I'm disabled and I live on a fixed income. You all couldn't do right by me for a birthday gift. Wow. I can't believe I was not treated better than that. Very disappointing Herbal Wellness Center. Shame on you 😡

When you arrive at the budtender dont ask about dates, don't ask to see any product, in fact, the fewer questions you ask the more convenient it will be for your budtender. I made the mistake of asking those questions to help me narrow my choice between 3 products (absurd of me, I know). Thankfully the budtender informed me dates don't matter so I could make a more educated decision. Lucky me.

There are two Herbal Wellness location and honestly the north location is no close to me at all but I will go to this location every time because the customer service you receive before you get back to the floor or even once you are back there is always great. I can not say that I have the same experiences when I am at the West location. Guess it too they the second time to get it right.

wow so farm fresh rosin at 80$?! this stuff is complete garbage, oxidized crap and they charge 80 for this......i dont know if its their supplier pr what but 80 for sub-par rosin is ridiculous considering grow science doesnt even charge that much and is a much better product. im amazed that companies can get away with overcharging on trash meds and think this is OK......absolutely terrible

Dre was my bud tender and he was awesome! Got me killer deals and was super fast! Great space to come to when in Phoenix!

My favorite place to go. But I've noticed their deals slowly getting worse. Don't really see bogo anymore. Just a bunch of 2 for 90 deals, not to mention the 2 slabs for $120 is a joke deal compared to their bogo slab deal just 2 month ago 🤷

Literally just left this place. I got a half OZ GDP, ended up getting serpentine OG. Brought it back to exchange it, I receive GDP DRIED OUT COMPLETELY! Not only does the actual Manager get the bud for me, but tells me once I bring it back in there’s nothing he can. He can’t accept the bud, I tell him you can keep this DRIED OUT BUD & the $$ b/c clearly you obviously think I’m a goofy. You purposely grabbed DRIED OUT BUD & didn’t think I’d check it. You a clown you’re staff are clowns & the fact you the nerve to tell me since I am leaving it there, there is you can do it w/ it. Throw it away b/c clearly you finesse people & picked the wrong one do that w/. Literally just came from health for life & they stuff for was trash & HWC is implementing the same desires. AGAIN KEEP THAT $$ & KEEP FINESSE PEOPLE W/ DRIED OUT BUD. I'm a med patient and came in looking for a potent hybrid flower. I asked the DA what he recommends as I was unfamiliar with the brands and some of the strains available. He straight up told me he doesn't like any of their strains and to try this Shango Chem Fusion saying its a "heavy hitter" and proceeded to tell me the industry is a just a cash grab now and no one cares about quality.. There's truth to that.. but what a shitty experience as a patient to hear only negative comments and not once asking what I need or prefer. Dude had 0 skills as a DA and didn't introduce himself so don't know his name.. but this is who you have representing your company? With all the Rec patients, you don't know how to provide good service to Med patients anymore?? Anyway the Shango flower was straight GARBAGE! Worthy of flushing in the toilet. NO smell, NO taste and NO EFFECT for $60. How can this even be sold as a medical product?? Pathetic

Skimped me on a whole gram of bogo. Only got 17 when I should have gotten 18. I spend decent amount here only for them to mess up? They counted the drinks in front of me but not the concentrates. Very disappointed do not know if will go back. A whole gram of terp sauce skimped?

My bud tender was awesome! And it takes very little time to get your meds! Everyone at the North Vally location is awesome.

Been shopping here since like 2018, I love it, they always have crazy deals. Lately though the new employees have been really going down hill. I’m in here right now and they’re playing horrible drill music , everyone is swearing, and the security is on his phone watching videos behind the desk. You can’t even go in there anymore and not expect to spend at least half an hour with nobody else waiting. I’m just disappointed, I guess. I’ll continue shopping here but the store has lost my respect, my generosity, and my support.
