I shopped there last night and I must have got the shittiest budtender y'all got there on your staff. I like a lot of people there but this guy I will refuse him if he call my name again when I go in there. I can't remember his name but I know his face. Oh 1 more thing spread out the flower like organize it or something so people that walk in can know sativa is here Indica here hybrids here cuz that guy last night really pissed me off. I didn't know which was what so when I asked him was this good his answer I don't smoke sativa I didn't even know it was sativa.

This center is a great customer experience! Shout out to Steve Pichardo. He was knowledgeable about the products and helped me select the best fit for me! There are dealers, then there are healers. 🙏🏼Thank you for healing me Steve! Great Center with amazing selections and service. Highly Recommend!

Awesome flower and budtenders ! Front desk not so much ! Hire new front desk workers that are not incompetent please !
The weed here is starting to taste like nasty natures medicine weed. Something has definitely changed in the quality. I had to start going somewhere else.
There are two Herbal Wellness location and honestly the north location is no close to me at all but I will go to this location every time because the customer service you receive before you get back to the floor or even once you are back there is always great. I can not say that I have the same experiences when I am at the West location. Guess it too they the second time to get it right.

The fluctuation in price points make it nearly impossible to rely on for affordable cannabis. Nor do the daily deals create any sort of discount worth having.

Great dispensary, quick service as a medical patient. Good weed with honest prices. I pass by a few other dispensaries to come to this one!

Friendliest bud tenders in the city!
The customer service was amazing the customer really matters and the manager was awesome!!
Been going here since 2019. Will not be referring a friend or anybody at that, I had already and now they can't give me the 8th since my medical card is expired. After a specific employee said I can get it. Very disappointed! Treat me like a existing patient instead of a recreational one.

I waited an hour and a half just to be place in the waiting list. Then when I finally get call I wait another 20 minutes in the actual waiting room. The product was OK for “top shelf” products but when I was very displeased to hear they did not have the deal anymore after I waited so long for. Staff was very friendly but being organized and on top of things us their down fall. Will not be coming back again. Definitely a waste of my time and money.

This became my go-to dispensary once I visited for the first time! The service is always awesome here. Every visit has been quick and smooth, and the staff is very friendly. And they always have GREAT deals and a great variety of products!

I usually dont write reviews but I am still in Awe of my experience and this visit must be known to all. This review is about Ryan.
My good friend is a new patient who is a stage 4 cancer warrior going through chemo. She is new to cannabis. I am a patient as well but i have no idea what what be good for her. She can't smoke and I am not experienced in any other forms of cannibis. She had tried gummy s but they weren't working for her. I brought her here because she didn't know what questions to ask amd again is New to all of this. Because of covid 2 people cant be assigned to 1 budtender and I really wanted to go back with her. I explained why I wanted to go back amd they brought an ANGEL up front to chat w us. It was Ryan
Again I am a patient for yearssss and I have never had the experience we had today. He was soooooo knowledgeable and nice and took so much time answering our questions amd really helping my friend. He didn't rush us... He took his time explaining everything she needed to know... And then came out amd explained everything to me and her husband so we understood too. Like im still in aweeeee hours later.
Ryan thank you so much for being amazing.... Patients deserve people like you... And you deserve a raise Sir! Please dont ever stop being you because you are amazing.

The staff was very nice. I prefer to have the tiers of flower on display and price. I’m really glad I asked to see the flower before I purchased. Actually I’d like fresh deli cut flower again but I know that’s asking too much. I will go again due to great customer service. I do like the product now that I’ve used it.

This place has great fast service. I wish the express window was more private. Anyone can hear sitting in lobby what your buying which I don't like. I also wish on their website, and Leafly as well, they listed flower by tiers. I would like to see Private Veserve,Top shelf, and premium labeled as such when online ordering, so I know which one I would get.

My order was canceled with no explanation given. None of the notification texts came through, I was told my order was canceled once I got up to the counter AFTER I updated my medical card. Which I was informed to do by the intake rep from building 1. I went to building 2 and the receptionist updated my information and apologized for the wait. The budtender was very nice and he was very patient while giving me the update and the follow up of asking what I'd like to order.
Since no reason was given for my pick up order being canceled, I left. Thanks for letting me know the following from my most recent visit:
1. How you feel about mmj female veteran patients
2. That my money is no longer good there
