I'm 68 yrs old, suffer from chronic pain and depression. The staff all seemed very nice and caring. They have a good variety of products and discounts. Love the BOGO deals, Keep up the good work. I will return.

They should have a med line and a reck line I have a med card and payed for it. We med people should be first in line before rec people. I payed 249 for med card

Still no 1000mg carts ?!?!?!?

Placed an online order to save some time. When I was heading to the dispensary I received a message that they no longer do online orders over $40. No biggie since it’s Sunday so I waited in line. Finish my transaction and saw an advertisement on a tv in the sale area stating a free pre-roll with a $50+ purchase. Made a $70+ purchase and was told that I did not qualify and that it was changed to $100. Then why is it clearly advertised behind their head that I get a free pre roll at $50?

Just got a half ounce. Was told AFTER I made my purchase that I had a $20 credit. Definitely would’ve preferred to use that towards my initial purchase at the time. Why not bring that up PRIOR or right at the beginning that I have that? Thanx for the Meds Priscilla but you definitely dropped the ball on that.

This dispensary was amazing when they first started. Within the past year, they have gone full corporate, got rid of all of their good bud and now have mid to low level medical bud now. Its absolutely terrible.

Place is nice and so are the people BUT the flower quality is garbage in my opinion I have gone twice and quality just went down and not up on my 2nd visit I picked up a half and so far I’ve pulled 10 seeds out of it and I’m not even halfway through it I literally have pulled more seeds out of this half then I have in the last 15 years if you are a flower person I recommend moving on to the next dispensary In my 2 visits I bought 4 or 5 different strains from 2 top tiers and honestly they were all garbage I expect way better quality for being the top 2 tiers they literally have the quality bottom tier outdoor

I texted them with a couple of questions Was texted back in less than a minute With the pertinent info Communication 100% Beautiful modern interior- Huge waiting room-very happy Vibe 2 unisex bathrooms 110% !! Matt was my budtender This man is personable / Hilarious / and knows his stuff If you’re lucky enough to get Matt As your budtender it will make your day Service 1000% But what about the products ? Great selection of flower and edibles too Definitely the shiznet loud& proud!! 1st time visitor .. free 1/8 with purchase of 1/8 Plus ton of swag I don’t write reviews usually but the North Valley really needed a new place like this!!! If the computers are down and you can’t sell, you should prolly relay the word to the security guard up front to at least warn people no transactions can go through or send a text/ email . Plus the quality of the flower is declining as we speak. The most convenient dispensary for me feels like it’s losing its sauce😕 Won’t be back anytime soon.

I look for specific items, not a specific dispensary, I have visited here 6 times over the last 2 months. The experience has become increasing poor everytime. The last time I will go was 02192021, the reference of Med patients time and rec users time was a very small font, I missed it. So I showed up 3pm to 20 people waiting, confusing time and no, repeat no sign that this was rec users time. Left. Next am, was there when open, my account has become corrupted with another patient, the security was heavy handed and hostile, then the final issue, on-line orders are not carried over, I just reviewed their site and it does not see this. Never visit again, but they are going to lose much of their medical business, the overall operation was incompetent, ill organized and not at all customer focused. In a business that lives and dies by it service, I am expecting they are, failing. I see issues if the security is as heavy handed as loan shark collectors, I pick vendors by what I am look for, not location.

Trash management always unorganized worse enerytime is worst then last been going for years. Now i dont have an account and no points. Just came few weeks ago. Time before this express took.longer then walkin. I was driving from Mesa but not worth anymore wont come back.

I’m a regular here as you can’t find a better dispensary for quality,service, and best deals. Today they really showed what a family feel it is there. I went in after a life changing event happened to me today and they recognized I wasn’t my usual self. I left there feeling like they truly care about us as customers. My thanks go out to them for the kind words gestures and Hugs

I was at the north phoenix location yesterday. based on advertised deal 30.00 for a half on copper state brand. ordered online confirmed sale. when I arrived I was told the order was canceled. when he rang me up it was 40.00. I questioned the bud tender and manager. she told me I was wrong, that the other location has the deal... not theirs and that there was nothing they could do to honor the ad sale price. needless to say I was not happy suggesting to update the leafly app to prevent other customers. I just checked again today, still advertised as 30.00 halves.i feel you need better customer service for issues not caused by the customers.
