Herbal Wellness Center - North (Med/Rec)

Happy to see their house flower back but they rushed the crop . , flower not cured properly, they messed up the batches, gelato smelled like nothing, dry as shit . Tree wasn’t ready to hit shelf . That goes for all their “PR” strains . But in and out fast service . I be back in a few months check on the flower again, the ishh you got now not it, ( house flower) .

Got grand daddy purple - quality wasn’t super great this time around (dry) will stick to the Sonoran roots stuff. Still my fav place Ryan’s a pleasure always.

I look for specific items, not a specific dispensary, I have visited here 6 times over the last 2 months. The experience has become increasing poor everytime. The last time I will go was 02192021, the reference of Med patients time and rec users time was a very small font, I missed it. So I showed up 3pm to 20 people waiting, confusing time and no, repeat no sign that this was rec users time. Left. Next am, was there when open, my account has become corrupted with another patient, the security was heavy handed and hostile, then the final issue, on-line orders are not carried over, I just reviewed their site and it does not see this. Never visit again, but they are going to lose much of their medical business, the overall operation was incompetent, ill organized and not at all customer focused. In a business that lives and dies by it service, I am expecting they are, failing. I see issues if the security is as heavy handed as loan shark collectors, I pick vendors by what I am look for, not location.

This dispensary was amazing when they first started. Within the past year, they have gone full corporate, got rid of all of their good bud and now have mid to low level medical bud now. Its absolutely terrible.

I love the drive out there to deer valley. It calms me and i love the scenery. even though i live much closer to the phoenix hwc location. my bud tender was on go lmao. he was so energized and he told me he only smokes idicas i was impressed as i am a satiava type of girl. the deer valley has faster service i really never have to wait long. thanks hwc deer valley for the awesome quick service.

Love the BOGO concentrate deals and happy they opened the Express window. I was in and out minutes.

They should have a med line and a reck line I have a med card and payed for it. We med people should be first in line before rec people. I payed 249 for med card

Place is nice and so are the people BUT the flower quality is garbage in my opinion I have gone twice and quality just went down and not up on my 2nd visit I picked up a half and so far I’ve pulled 10 seeds out of it and I’m not even halfway through it I literally have pulled more seeds out of this half then I have in the last 15 years if you are a flower person I recommend moving on to the next dispensary In my 2 visits I bought 4 or 5 different strains from 2 top tiers and honestly they were all garbage I expect way better quality for being the top 2 tiers they literally have the quality bottom tier outdoor

Placed an online order to save some time. When I was heading to the dispensary I received a message that they no longer do online orders over $40. No biggie since it’s Sunday so I waited in line. Finish my transaction and saw an advertisement on a tv in the sale area stating a free pre-roll with a $50+ purchase. Made a $70+ purchase and was told that I did not qualify and that it was changed to $100. Then why is it clearly advertised behind their head that I get a free pre roll at $50?

If the computers are down and you can’t sell, you should prolly relay the word to the security guard up front to at least warn people no transactions can go through or send a text/ email . Plus the quality of the flower is declining as we speak. The most convenient dispensary for me feels like it’s losing its sauce😕 Won’t be back anytime soon.

I'm 68 yrs old, suffer from chronic pain and depression. The staff all seemed very nice and caring. They have a good variety of products and discounts. Love the BOGO deals, Keep up the good work. I will return.

Place is terrible they cater more to garbage recreational than us loyal medical patients that have paid for their access to dispensaries. Never coming back

Used to be a great shop until they threw the medical people under the bus,did'nt learn anything from the other big box store did the same thing just recently, now look where there at.Nature's med's

I'm just beside myself. I have been trying to purchase lil g's since Monday Aug 28th HWC had a selection less desirable. I called both locations with the same result. I'm a medical marijuana patient. The gal I spoke with said to check back so every day I checked and on Friday September 1 finally choices and plenty in stock. So I made an online order. My order was around $260.00 When I arrived at the North location the doors were being repaired, the lobby was packed with costumers and a vendor with goods samples. I asked if I would receive a gift perhaps a free preroll or a pkg of lil g's as my birthday was on Aug 29th! Much to my dismay the bud tender said no you can't have anything as you passed the last day of the month. I can not believe how incredibly horrible that is. I spend a good amount of money in your store. I'm disabled and I live on a fixed income. You all couldn't do right by me for a birthday gift. Wow. I can't believe I was not treated better than that. Very disappointing Herbal Wellness Center. Shame on you 😡

When you arrive at the budtender dont ask about dates, don't ask to see any product, in fact, the fewer questions you ask the more convenient it will be for your budtender. I made the mistake of asking those questions to help me narrow my choice between 3 products (absurd of me, I know). Thankfully the budtender informed me dates don't matter so I could make a more educated decision. Lucky me.

This center is a great customer experience! Shout out to Steve Pichardo. He was knowledgeable about the products and helped me select the best fit for me! There are dealers, then there are healers. 🙏🏼Thank you for healing me Steve! Great Center with amazing selections and service. Highly Recommend!
