I mean its been years talking about the same thing with this place. Can they hire better corporate management? No one has time to wait 30 minutes every single time they come here. Its as easy as hiring more people or paying OT when your dispo is blasted. Like get it together. They are already raising their prices back up too😂😂

Dosent matter what order you come in. They skip you for friends and others who made express orders no matter how long you been waiting. Fix your customer service and create some rules.

My whole experience was awesome recommend it to anyone the staff was very friendly and helpful deafly going back.

Love the new place!! Its very clean and friendly staff. Amanda was very helpful and even gave me a tour around the store.. I purchased a quarter of 818 OG for $25 and I must say it is amazing! Great deals and nice staff! 👌

Beware there deals aren’t what they say they are. “Vapen Extracts BOGO” doesn’t include cartridges. Drove all the way down there just to waste my time. Should be a lot clearer in your wording...

Love True OG and wish they would have more availability on that product . Never been in store only delivery experiences but they had the most amazing respectful young man wish I recalled his name but I promise if you meeet him you’ll know he was peaceful and patient and kind very young and just seems like he has great people skills I recommend this place and that dude whoever he may be everyone

My favorite place to go. But I've noticed their deals slowly getting worse. Don't really see bogo anymore. Just a bunch of 2 for 90 deals, not to mention the 2 slabs for $120 is a joke deal compared to their bogo slab deal just 2 month ago 🤷

Budtenders who LISTEN...Thank God. Not a fan of them no longer saying what flower is on sale on the daily texts...but still good quality weed 95% of the time. Customer Service ROCKS when I had massive surgery and they changed the flavor to something that made me retch...they replaced several carts!!! Service!!! Literally go weekly and look forward to it!!!

Allison at HWC in Deer Valley is a baddie. As a retail manager, let me tell you— people like her are one in a million. Don’t mess this up, she’s worth gold! Otherwise, I’ll end up hiring her.

If you know exactly what you want and desire quick service, this is your place. If you want advice, knowledge, and a quality bud tender, there are better options.

FROM 1 ⭐ TO 5 ⭐ This is a revision of my original post. I had a mix up on my order and the situation was not handled properly by the on call manager at the 17th st and Deer valley location. The general manager followed up the following day with an amazing solution to the error. I understand prior make mistakes, and the budtender was giving me product advice and skipped over verifying the item. The issue aroused when the on call manager wouldn't resolve the matter as a new customer on their second visit. Thanks to the expeditious response from the GM and the GMs willingness to help, I will be returning as a customer! I selected this dispensary because I am medical patient who just had 4 vertebrae fused with 2 more to be done this month and can only get relief with MMJ. My doctor took me off flowers to prevent blood clots and speed up my recovery. If it wasn't for their restriction, I would continue to patron the dispensary that boarders my residence. The Herbal Wellness Center has great prices and a great selection on edibles, tinctures and drinks as well as flowers, carts and concentrates! The daily deal looks have been the best I've seen in a long time! It's a total win! PLUS!!!! Everyone there was nice and friendly, which is the cherry on top! It is only fair that I give a full review of my experience and not just focus on the one bad part of the experience. This is a good spot or at least has the potential to be a new favorite dispensary!

Been shopping here since like 2018, I love it, they always have crazy deals. Lately though the new employees have been really going down hill. I’m in here right now and they’re playing horrible drill music , everyone is swearing, and the security is on his phone watching videos behind the desk. You can’t even go in there anymore and not expect to spend at least half an hour with nobody else waiting. I’m just disappointed, I guess. I’ll continue shopping here but the store has lost my respect, my generosity, and my support.

The past 3 months this has been my 'go-to' dispensary. They have great deals every single day. It's always very fast. Highly recommend to everyone

This shop was a ways away from the area I was in but definitely worth it just for their Vapen cartridge deal!

I'm a med patient and came in looking for a potent hybrid flower. I asked the DA what he recommends as I was unfamiliar with the brands and some of the strains available. He straight up told me he doesn't like any of their strains and to try this Shango Chem Fusion saying its a "heavy hitter" and proceeded to tell me the industry is a just a cash grab now and no one cares about quality.. There's truth to that.. but what a shitty experience as a patient to hear only negative comments and not once asking what I need or prefer. Dude had 0 skills as a DA and didn't introduce himself so don't know his name.. but this is who you have representing your company? With all the Rec patients, you don't know how to provide good service to Med patients anymore?? Anyway the Shango flower was straight GARBAGE! Worthy of flushing in the toilet. NO smell, NO taste and NO EFFECT for $60. How can this even be sold as a medical product?? Pathetic

Ordered online. Arrived when text said order was ready. Was told the online window is closed due to short staffed. That's fine. But I was put at the back of the line, behind REC folks, and everyone else. Went up to ask why. She had forgotten me entirely. Didn't say sorry or anything. Just blamed it on being short staffed. But the staff didn't forget. She did. No discount for waiting 30 minutes, no apology. Alot of the staff here seem like they have high egos and that they work at a place that's made of gold. Online seems pointless here. Products are pretty good. Service is going downhill really fast unfortunately. Get some nice people. And use the online the way it should be. I pay alot of money for my MED card. I expect to bypass the 15 REC people in the lobby when I order online.
