Amazing people that are all friendly. They don’t care about how much money they can make, they genuinely care about getting you medicated at the lowest possible price. Also I had the best bud tender I’ve ever had at any dispensary in Arizona here. Matt was helpful, knowledgeable, and straight up a great guy. I recommend this dispensary to anyone.

First visit in and theres a sign that says to tip your budtender or be cursed. Are they only concerned about money and not their patients? What if we are on disability and cant tip? Made me uncomfortable, will not be returning. Product was extremely dry as well

Disappointed in the price increases now that rec patients are now customers. Their competitors up the street lowered prices,,?
Shop at your own risk online. They will change the price on you for the same strain you ordered online after they filled what you ordered online! Waste of time and gas would never trust this dispensary again!

Bought (2) 1/8ths. That came in bags already sealed as soon as I smoked a film of mold and swamp water was all I could taste and smell, weed needs to go back to being illegal so people quit selling shit weed it's been too industrialized, complete dog shit I will never go back.
this used to be my go to for the bombest flower but now everything tastes nasty and is super weak . where's the tahoe diesel , serpentine, snake eyes, ice cream cake ? all the fire fire . my last purchase was purple punch I regret it its not good . smells like Reggie

Just go anywhere else. Won’t go back there. Incredibly rude budtender and bad experience. Dude literally slammed the door behind me. I called after I left because I was so upset at the way I was treated and the female manager I spoke to could not care less. My good friend raves about this place to me and I cannot believe the way I was treated, just for asking about new patient specials?? Which they did not even honor… Also, it’s pretty shady practice to not allow customers to see the flower they are buying. This place uses “samples” in the cases and even with those I wasn’t allowed to look very closely at the product. I should be able to know what I’m buying.
I usually love coming to this place, but I tried to place an online order and it was cancelled because it didn’t meet the minimum. When I tried to explain to the girl checking me in that I didn’t know about the order minimum, someone else rudely informed me that the information was on the website. Um, okay, well excuse me for not reading everything on the website every single time I place an order. I’ve had no problems previously when placing orders under $40, but I guess I’ll have to analyze everything online every single time I want to order something. I verified with the super friendly bud tender that this IS a new policy, and I didn’t exactly see anything online stating that they only accept online orders over $40, so there was literally no reason for the person to be rude to me.
This location does not have online ordering. I go here weekly and they never have online service open. Their common excuse is that they are short staffed. Short staffed for four months straight ? Management is an issue as well. Destiny has the worse attitude. She was a manager at the “west side” location and now she’s at north. Makes sense why the service is slacking. Hope you guys fix the staffing issues soon.

I’m leaving all one star even though the person who helped me was great, their supervisor was not helpful at all. Overcharged me 20% They’re running a buy two get one sale on everything that’s full price basically for the new year. Pure also happens to have a standing deal that’s three for $84. One item is $35. So I should be able to buy 2 at full price for $70 and get one free, right? Wrong. They won’t allow you to use their promo on anything that A different promo going even if it is better. Fix your advertising or fix your system
I used to love this place, especially for all their Vapen products they carry. However, I will not be going there anymore. They no longer require masks. In fact, I had a Bud-tender ensure me I could take off my mask if I wanted to (while wearing two masks)

The budtenders are very professional and know their craft. Ryan was so helpful and provide great insights into the strains they had today. Furthermore, he helped educate me on vape systems as I’ve never used one.
Thanks Ryan, because of you I will now become a regular customer.
Just got a half ounce. Was told AFTER I made my purchase that I had a $20 credit. Definitely would’ve preferred to use that towards my initial purchase at the time. Why not bring that up PRIOR or right at the beginning that I have that? Thanx for the Meds Priscilla but you definitely dropped the ball on that.

I loved how they attend you at the front desk, really appreciate the advice of education they've given me. I recommend everyone to come to the new HWC!
I was at the north phoenix location yesterday. based on advertised deal 30.00 for a half on copper state brand. ordered online confirmed sale. when I arrived I was told the order was canceled. when he rang me up it was 40.00. I questioned the bud tender and manager. she told me I was wrong, that the other location has the deal... not theirs and that there was nothing they could do to honor the ad sale price. needless to say I was not happy suggesting to update the leafly app to prevent other customers. I just checked again today, still advertised as 30.00 halves.i feel you need better customer service for issues not caused by the customers.

First time visiting this dispensary and walking in I was not impressed with the male manager who was sitting up front, basically had a dirty look on his face and was not very friendly. I’m not sure who my bud tender was but she was an older woman and she was just the sweetest. I asked if they were hiring and she was very sweet and told me that the manager was up front if I wanted to speak to him. So I went and asked him and he didn’t say a single word to me just nodded his head and went back to being on his phone. Glad I never applied here because to work with a manager who is so unpleasant and unprofessional like that it would be a living hell.

Awesome flower and budtenders ! Front desk not so much ! Hire new front desk workers that are not incompetent please !
I’m a regular here as you can’t find a better dispensary for quality,service, and best deals. Today they really showed what a family feel it is there. I went in after a life changing event happened to me today and they recognized I wasn’t my usual self. I left there feeling like they truly care about us as customers. My thanks go out to them for the kind words gestures and Hugs

I shopped there last night and I must have got the shittiest budtender y'all got there on your staff. I like a lot of people there but this guy I will refuse him if he call my name again when I go in there. I can't remember his name but I know his face. Oh 1 more thing spread out the flower like organize it or something so people that walk in can know sativa is here Indica here hybrids here cuz that guy last night really pissed me off. I didn't know which was what so when I asked him was this good his answer I don't smoke sativa I didn't even know it was sativa.
