Herbal Wellness Center - North (Med/Rec)

Was really happy when I initially found the north location. Preordered 2 carts because I saw BOGO, went to pick up and was told the total (which was clearly for 2 full priced carts). When I said I thought they were bogo today, he responded “nope. Rec only”. When I confirmed if I had walked in and said I was recreation instead of med, I would get the deal? He responded with “if that’s what you want to do”. The other tenders tried to explain how it’s more expensive for Rec and the taxes are higher, which I let them know not 50%. They said “oh.”. I paid the bill and walked out. On the way out my tender “apologized” that herbal wellness chooses to offer specials, and that patients should be happy they even offer deals because other dispensaries stopped and they didn’t have any deals at all for 5 days. They went low guys... real low.

just shows how shady u guys are erasing all the bad reviews to keep your stars up huh. what a joke everybody knows u sold out but keep trying to hide it. Can't wait for the tabkes to turn ill never be back again take your crappy overpriced dry ass bud I will grow my own

I have had my med card for over 4 years & today was told I can’t get a deal because I have my card? What since does that make? NONE. Just money hungry for business of rec only people.

They used to have great deals. They said nothing would change for medical patients. Many things have changed, none of which benefit the medical patients. Leafly, please add a filter for MEDICAL patients only dispensaries.

This dispensary is totally corporate they don't care about medical patient it's about money not medical needs they jumped the price of medical to compensate the recreational. Wil never use again . and I know these bad review can be bought of site's by cash

This place does not deserve your business. Flower is D grade on most days and these people absolutely do not care one bit if you are a medical patient or not. They will simply treat you as another number. Bud tenders are not accommodating and always looked annoyed when you ask questions. Do not waste your hard earned money here.

Didn’t honor their deal and then the manager offered an eighth for the inconvenience but then didn’t even honor her own word. This place USE to be worthwhile.

Another medical patient that is mad about prices going up I get it you make the same on every purchase its the state that gets the extra taxes. Knowing that you figured why not raise prices but the ones who suffer are medical patients who can barely afford meds now. And when i go to your medical only hours im greeted by a 20 person line that was not monitored and not distanced and am told that was the med only line. im sorry bit i will not risk my life to stand in line for an hour for my medicine. PS goód luck with that line when it's 110 degrees enjoy your corporate dreams (nightmares)

don't ever do a online order you will wait longer then everyone else while people walk in get 1st priority I don't get it ?? I watch the whole dispensary clear out before I was served that's some bull get your business In order!!!

Extremely disappointed. I’m a long time HWC patient and I always boasted about them with pride. But recently their flower quality has been on a dramatic decline. I just spent $80+ on a half of White OG that pertains none of it’s listed qualities. It’s probably one of the worst “OGs” they ever sold. Not only does the product not match its description. It’s terribly dry, this stuff has been stocked away for months. You can just tell by how it immediately crumbles like dirt. It smells and taste like the soil they used for potting. There’s nothing OG about this. I’m sincerely heart Broken. Like being betrayed by a loved one. How can a clinic that I revered so highly do this? How can they put their name on something that isn’t true? That’s a direct insult to patients like me who rely on people like you to guide us. And this isn’t the first batch of flower that came back questionable. Even the 818 OG is terrible. Plz stop abusing “OG”. Don’t just label it that so you can make an easy sell. Bait and switch is a moral crime and this won’t be the last time I will call this out. This is abuse and it has to be stopped. Please don’t sell expired medicine. You wouldn’t buy expired medicine from your health doctor, why should we pay over priced for product that seen pass it’s date. Jordy, y’all better than this... <\3

erasing all your negative reviews doesn't make you look legit or professional. and flagging people so they can't leave a review, be it positive or negative, is shady. oh, and I'm sure no one wants to buy buds below 16% that have been sitting for nearly 6 months. you guys were awesome when you first opened and then, well, ya petered out like the last hit that burns your finger. sorry folks, but sooner or later the truth comes to light.

Staff is always nice. Bud is always trash though when it comes to the house bud or truthfully any of their packs under $40. it’s like the have had the shit for months and it’s like a powder at this point. Sonoran roots, 22 reds and a few select others seems to be okay buds but with that they display absolutely no testing. You’re paying $50+ for a fancy glass jar at that point. Tbh after 207 you’re better off picking up from a grower or a plug.

All the HWC bud they sell here has a distinct chemical taste to it regardless of the strain. The bud is usually dry but that's probably why its so cheap, and they have been canceling my mobile orders after purchasing so I don't receive any points.

You aren’t allowed to say anything or they’ll be triggered and throw you out and security makes threats I literally waited 45 minutes was only 2 workers the one worked with one person the whole time while over 20 people were waiting this place is literally a joke

Extremely loud. Cant hear anyone over the music normally. Extremely long wait usually. A manager (?) Came out to pretty much lecture everyone waiting on the benefits of preordering today and said they'd be handled faster. Normally have a minimum limit on that so I attempted to get his attention to ask if they were waiving that; made eye contact with me, turned around and shut the door behind him. Cool. Not certain what the point of his lecture was if we can't even get follow-up details before he continues to ignore the people in the lobby.

First visit in and theres a sign that says to tip your budtender or be cursed. Are they only concerned about money and not their patients? What if we are on disability and cant tip? Made me uncomfortable, will not be returning. Product was extremely dry as well

Amazing people that are all friendly. They don’t care about how much money they can make, they genuinely care about getting you medicated at the lowest possible price. Also I had the best bud tender I’ve ever had at any dispensary in Arizona here. Matt was helpful, knowledgeable, and straight up a great guy. I recommend this dispensary to anyone.

I usually love coming to this place, but I tried to place an online order and it was cancelled because it didn’t meet the minimum. When I tried to explain to the girl checking me in that I didn’t know about the order minimum, someone else rudely informed me that the information was on the website. Um, okay, well excuse me for not reading everything on the website every single time I place an order. I’ve had no problems previously when placing orders under $40, but I guess I’ll have to analyze everything online every single time I want to order something. I verified with the super friendly bud tender that this IS a new policy, and I didn’t exactly see anything online stating that they only accept online orders over $40, so there was literally no reason for the person to be rude to me.

I’m leaving all one star even though the person who helped me was great, their supervisor was not helpful at all. Overcharged me 20% They’re running a buy two get one sale on everything that’s full price basically for the new year. Pure also happens to have a standing deal that’s three for $84. One item is $35. So I should be able to buy 2 at full price for $70 and get one free, right? Wrong. They won’t allow you to use their promo on anything that A different promo going even if it is better. Fix your advertising or fix your system
