Zen Leaf - Chandler

I have been coming to this dispensary for over 2 years. I have never been disappointed with anything that I have purchased. The bud tenders are some of the best in the business that really know what they are talking about. When I ever I purchase concentrates, I tell them that I would like an indica for pain releif, from there I give them full reign to choose what I am going to get. These bud tenders know what is good, and they know what I like. Walking into this dispensary is like walking in to "CHEERS", everybody knows you and are truly happy to see you. All in All this is a great dispensary. 5 STARS!!

You guys gotta figure out the mask BS. I love the loud music for the atmosphere. However, I can't understand the budtenders when they speak because I can't see their lips moving. On my most recent visit yesterday I felt like a jerk because I kept asking the budtender "what?" over and over because I couldn't understand a word she said. I kept saying what after whatever she said cuz I couldn't hear a goddamn word. She acted like she was getting frustrated - but it was quite obvious she wasn't going to remove that mask for anything. Simultaneously other budtenders are pulling their masks down to speak to each other because they can't understand what each other are saying either. If I want the in-store experience, and good customer service, I want a knowledgeable budtender that I can communicate with freely. During the time I was in the dispensary half the budtenders had to pull their masks down to speak to each other. Since the mask wearing is not being strictly enforced among the budtenders, may I request an unmasked budtender on my next visit that I can actually hear and speak to about your products? I would really appreciate that. I have no fear of getting sick. I know others are scared, but I don't have a problem taking my chances. If c-19 kills me it is only because something else didn't get there first. 👍 Also, the security guard with the DEA SWAT/terrorist mask is not a good look for your front door. I'm sure it effects anyone with PTSD from getting arrested for MJ in the past. The security guard should be wearing a medical mask instead of looking like the cowardly DEA agent that doesn't want to reveal his identity. If he wants to look like the DEA he should join the DEA.

Cool location. But don’t honor their own deals!!?? Went in and all of a sudden the strain I chose doesn’t apply for 20% off!?? Crap Won’t be going back jus because of that. Thanks

I have been to this location a few times now and they are always very helpful and fast. They have great deals, quality products, and knowledgeable staff. This is the only dispo I've been to and I keep returning.

The pura earth bogo are getting old... it’s been everyday this week... pura is butt We love carts but not throwing money away... even if it’s bogo pura is butt, waiting for select or timeless. Will change review then

This is by far my favorite experience in arizona, these people give you feed back on what your buying and even their own experience with the stains and how it made them feel (i understand the sweet green hits different for everybody) but my favorite in AZ!

I like the location because it is conveniently located close to the freeway.

Territory treats you like family starting the moment you walk in the door. There are great specials every day, and the awesome staff is always helpful and engaging. This is my spot!

When I arrived I was meet by a door that didn't open how rude. Then once in the lady helping me (budtender) was a space case. I ordered 300.00 worth of flower and cartridges and edibles. I get home about 40 min away to open bag to find that one cartridge was completely wrong size I paid for a 1000mg have a 500mg and no edible candys. so looked at receipt sure enough no edibles even rang on bill and all cartridges were rang up as 1000mg. but I had a 500mg. called store they had me drive back 40 min to just trade for right cartridge. What customer service. give me something for my problems 80 min drive to swap for a cartridge why not say hay were sorry take A picture of the products and a picture of the receipt and we can make it right on next visit. where are my edibles? I asked for? flower is so dry and old you touch the flower it turns to dust. Ever Tried to roll a joint with powder good luck. Ever tried to smoke a bong hit with powder there that goes. Ever tried to smoke flower without breaking it up you can with this dry flower. I should have called some high delivery service to Maricopa at least I wouldn't have had to make two 80 min round trip drives that's cost me 11.00 extra in gas and time but I guess my time is worth nothing just Territories is. Thanks Territory Chandler Yes first visit was not impressed. I should have got a free pre roll for first time patient.(I should have got 2 since I spent over 100.00 also) only time you see me is when there is, when a good deal on timeless cartridges.

Don't bother place an order that have no like Express window you have to wait as long as anybody else would have to wait besides that everybody's very friendly and they no longer do tax include it which really sucks

I love Territory. They are the only dispensary I go to. Prices are amazing staff is friendly and knowledgeable

Sharon was very helpful and friendly. I love when my bud tender is knowledgeable as well. Territory is great and always has great flower! For sure worth checking out. One of my top dispensaries to go to.

Shawn was extremely informative, not to mention patient. It can get confusing when presented with all the options but he made recommendations based on my needs.

Flower selection sucks and top shelf is way overpriced! They were much better the first year they were open.

The security guard took my very small pocket knife and made an absolute scene of it…. Dude I get not allowing weapons in the building but he was waaaayyy to serious about it. You work at a dispensary not a night club chill out. Friendly bud tenders tho and good quality flower just not a good person to have welcoming guests into the building.

Placed a pick up order twice they canceled me both times with no explanation so I drove there and it took them 10 minutes to check my med card and let me back, then the product was crap. To me, this dispensary is the worst in Arizona and I will not return.

The absolute worst dispensary in the whole valley and the craziest thing is the FlowerShop is literally better and they're the worst. This is one of the closest dispensary to maricopa and I truly hate wasting gas, time, and money going into this store Overpriced, the customer service is off and on good and the budtenders act absent minded I'm more irritated at the fact that you can't have people pick up orders for you if you're busy and when I do get the time to go in they can't provide actual assistance. When I walk into a dispensary I expect to leave with at least something in hand a pre roll or something I'm horribly irritated that I walked out of a place i was ready to spend my money on empty handed, Mad, and upset that I had to waste gas money place an order at a whole different dispensary just to at least get something to pass the time. As a person who works heavily on sales a simple call of the manager could have worked all this out but no the employee was inexperienced and just said she couldn't help me. Zen leaf seriously do better this is really sad and very frustrating and time consuming just do better.
