The time from check and the service was sub par at best. Not my favorite stop but it’s close to home. Tonight reminds me why it isn’t my first or preferred stop. Hopefully $70 qtr is worth it

Bud tender girl wasn’t very pleasant. Seemed in a massive rush. IMO seems she should look into another job as she surely wasn’t customer service focused. No veteran discount even though they advertise they do. As well no first time discounts. I’ve been to dispensaries in CO, OR, CA, NV. let me tell you of almost rather fly/drive to any of them to get better service/pricing. Prices are much too high. I give a 3 star for quality as I don’t know yet. But based on aforementioned won’t be shocked if lower.

Treye was awesome in helping me today. But Territory should carry Select CBD! I love the stuff and was disappointed they did not have it.

I had an order from Leafy today they had a 8th for $15.00 so I ordered and when I went to pick up my order they stated that was an error and will not honor the price. even tho I took screen shots they still didnt honor it very disappointed. So went to Natures medicine for they great deal 14 grams for 60.00.

Got first time patient special .thank God because one strain I got the og dlux tasted and smelled funky and not the funky I like is nothing like an og at all you can immediately tell when you open the baggie og lovers know og this strain taste and smells like the green love potion strain it is an acquired taste and smell which I will never acquire az dispensary very hard to find good og taste and smell every cali dispensary has 50 different ogs and can't even get any in az so if you getting it because you like ogs don't do it .the Topanga is a pretty good decent one if you like og .i am a grower and og lover people shouldn't name a strain or sell something as an og if it doesn't taste or smell like one very misleading

I really appreciate the service I receive when I visit Territory. Rachel went above and beyond her role to make sure I was a happy customer. The other staff there are the friendliest and budtenders are very knowledgeable which gives me reason to return.

The Chandler location is wonderful! Budtenders are knowledgeable of their products served, the product alone is absolutely fire and never have been disappointed with my purchases. The flower are fresh and sticky which has been a issue with other despensaries. I live 10miles away and the drive is very worth it. Very clean facility and practicing the social distancing as required but still feel at home with the employees like family. Love love love this place!

After receiving a notice that my online order was ready, I still had to wait for 30 minutes. While you had 4 bud tenders on duty ,with 1 customer being helped, the wait was still excessive. I feel that you shouldn't have to wait that long for a over priced, inferior product. Customer service at this location can use some serious improvements.

I’m a first time medical patient and I appreciate how much y’all are still taking care of medical. Second I want to give a shout but to my budtender daniel or Dan I think? Tall dirty blonde guy. SO NICE AND INTELLIGENT. That’s the service and knowledge I want from every budtender at every dispensary. He really sets the bar. Thank you territory!!!!

Meh, been there twice. I think it's very pricey, especially for flower. And never thought it was if good quality. Honestly, why is flower so expensive at these dispensays anyways? Shouldnt be. There is an MMJ dispensary every few miles. They're always cross breeding and coming up with the next best hybrid, that in my opinion is not as good the parent.

I have been a patient at Territory since it first opened and this was the first time that I was severely disappointed. They had more people walking around staring at the people waiting than they had budtenders assisting patients. I requested what I wanted but they were out, so asked for something that was similar, specifically a sativa or sativa hybrid but I was given an indica. Total opposite of the effect I was looking for. Now instead of being productive, I'm doing nothing and irritated. I was afraid it was an indica because it's purple punch and my experience with purple punches that it's an indica but they had it written on their menu as a sativa, I questioned it multiple times if it was an indica, he swore to me it was a sativa, because that is what their dispensary had it listed as. Totally disappointed, irritated and this will the last time I go there. After waiting 30minute the least they could have done was give me the correct product. I used to be able to depend on them for that and always got quality, but I guess now that theyake so much off recreational it doesn't matter what the patients are there for....sad (and the flower is dry to too it off)😡 sore throat and a bad buzz
