Zen Leaf - Chandler

The absolute worst dispensary in the whole valley and the craziest thing is the FlowerShop is literally better and they're the worst. This is one of the closest dispensary to maricopa and I truly hate wasting gas, time, and money going into this store Overpriced, the customer service is off and on good and the budtenders act absent minded I'm more irritated at the fact that you can't have people pick up orders for you if you're busy and when I do get the time to go in they can't provide actual assistance. When I walk into a dispensary I expect to leave with at least something in hand a pre roll or something I'm horribly irritated that I walked out of a place i was ready to spend my money on empty handed, Mad, and upset that I had to waste gas money place an order at a whole different dispensary just to at least get something to pass the time. As a person who works heavily on sales a simple call of the manager could have worked all this out but no the employee was inexperienced and just said she couldn't help me. Zen leaf seriously do better this is really sad and very frustrating and time consuming just do better.

All the bud tenders are super cool but I swear zen leaf has the worst quality control.. I never have issues with disposables or carts from anywhere else, but I’ve gotten numerous disposables as well as carts that just burn. Doesn’t matter the brand, last one I picked up was the torch 2g, didn’t even last a day before the coil burnt and now it tastes like garbage.. you’d think they would test the products before bringing them on.. $70 for a couple puffs that didn’t even taste good and the most upsetting thing is the oil in the cart actually looks really good, but the hardware is awful.. Also it says there’s only 20% left and it’s still basically full.. I hope they can at least swap it out for me but I’m really not trying to drive all the way over there.. Nothing on the people who work there, I just think Zen leaf is kinda garbage as I can’t even count the amount of duds I’ve gotten. Flower is usually old too.

Sol And Morgan did a bang-up job putting down the customer service. I gave them their choices and let them bring the greens. Their choices and picks were on point. Thanks Ladies. Give them a raise.
