Zen continue to sell defective Stizzy products despite knowing they are defective. Avoid Stizzy full gram pods at all costs. Do not buy stizzy products here. The stizzy carts are spitting distillate into your throat when you smoke them. Been happening coming for a few months to full gram pods and Stizzy has admitted the issue yet zen continues to distribute the defective product. Food Stizzy

I love Zen! The vibe is always great, and the bud tenders are always friendly and smiling. Great deals throughout the week. My only thing is I wish you offered a loyalty program. That would be awesome if you did.

All the bud tenders are super cool but I swear zen leaf has the worst quality control.. I never have issues with disposables or carts from anywhere else, but I’ve gotten numerous disposables as well as carts that just burn. Doesn’t matter the brand, last one I picked up was the torch 2g, didn’t even last a day before the coil burnt and now it tastes like garbage.. you’d think they would test the products before bringing them on.. $70 for a couple puffs that didn’t even taste good and the most upsetting thing is the oil in the cart actually looks really good, but the hardware is awful.. Also it says there’s only 20% left and it’s still basically full.. I hope they can at least swap it out for me but I’m really not trying to drive all the way over there.. Nothing on the people who work there, I just think Zen leaf is kinda garbage as I can’t even count the amount of duds I’ve gotten. Flower is usually old too.
