You guys gotta figure out the mask BS. I love the loud music for the atmosphere. However, I can't understand the budtenders when they speak because I can't see their lips moving. On my most recent visit yesterday I felt like a jerk because I kept asking the budtender "what?" over and over because I couldn't understand a word she said. I kept saying what after whatever she said cuz I couldn't hear a goddamn word. She acted like she was getting frustrated - but it was quite obvious she wasn't going to remove that mask for anything. Simultaneously other budtenders are pulling their masks down to speak to each other because they can't understand what each other are saying either. If I want the in-store experience, and good customer service, I want a knowledgeable budtender that I can communicate with freely. During the time I was in the dispensary half the budtenders had to pull their masks down to speak to each other. Since the mask wearing is not being strictly enforced among the budtenders, may I request an unmasked budtender on my next visit that I can actually hear and speak to about your products? I would really appreciate that. I have no fear of getting sick. I know others are scared, but I don't have a problem taking my chances. If c-19 kills me it is only because something else didn't get there first. 👍 Also, the security guard with the DEA SWAT/terrorist mask is not a good look for your front door. I'm sure it effects anyone with PTSD from getting arrested for MJ in the past. The security guard should be wearing a medical mask instead of looking like the cowardly DEA agent that doesn't want to reveal his identity. If he wants to look like the DEA he should join the DEA.

I noticed a missed call on my phone from AZ Natural Medicines after I left earlier today without buying anything. I had an issue with their group text sale I felt was misleading. I returned a few hours later to see why they called and they hooked me up!!! Very satisfied. I refer all new patients to this place for this reason.

Text message sales are bait and switch. Once again I show up for a text message sale at noon and they're out of the sale product. Yeah, right. All the devoted patients called in sick to work and invested every dime in their pocket to clean out the sales products in under 3 hours...on a weekday??? I feel like Sky deliberately texts a flash sale on a product they're already low on just to get people in the door. Once checked in they hope they'll just buy something else instead. The sad part is that strategy probably works. I'll never be a regular at this dispensary for these reasons.

Local Joint just lost a long time PARC regular. I'd rarely spend under $100 per visit too. I just found out today that I lost around $100 in points rewards from PARC's old system. Like a fool I still dropped $380 today because I already made the trip. This is the second place that has screwed me out of my reward points. I should have learned the first time and never let points ever rack up past $5-$10 in the first place.

My only problem with this place was finding it. The parking lot is soooo dark. I walked in 10 mins before closing and got my FTP deal. Shatter was bomb. Flower was some of the nicest I've seen on the east side. Budtenders were knowledgeable and cool AF-especially since I probably kept them after their shift a few minutes talking. I was so caught off guard by the flower quality I might have chatted them up too long. Sorry dudes. I'll be back-saving my allotment for 4-20. I'm hoping for the bomb deal on the KIND Shatter!

I did their 5 gram shatter special last week. I felt like I got what I paid for. I have only tried 2 different strains but both are about the same. Taste is tip top imo. The buzz didn't pack the same punch as a couple other brands I've had for similar pricing though.
