Trulieve - Jacksonville

My first time buying from any dispensary, I bought 2 cartridges and a Mystica Vaporizer. I didn't like one of the vape cartridges I bought. It was plastic and after just a few uses began to smell and taste like burnt plastic. They exchanged it for me, no hassle. I will only buy the ceramic vape cartridges from now on. They have a good line of products, but call ahead or order online for pick up, as they are often out of the popular products. I give them top marks all around as they seem to be responsive to customer feedback, have polite and friendly salespeople, and they have a fair return policy.

On my first visit to this location, Derek spent his time explaining everything and answering all the question I had.

Got my hopes up to high 3 different ones not strong enough saving money to buy more sad about can’t afford to take resk like this anymore

Really cold in front room, but excellent service.... the bud tenders know the correct information and are able to give good, personalized information for each patient.

Love this place don’t go anywhere else but this dispensary!!! I have visited other dispensaries in Florida and trulieve is my top favorite best prices as well as products!!

I went and picked up an order and I knew that the flower would not be discounted (which was cool with me) and I am a veteran and I am also over 55, so between the two I get 30% off and when I put this order in I ordered gels (I have always gotten both of my discounts), so I picked them up I was told by the person that I cant have a discount on the candy because they were on sale (they werent, the gels cost 30.00 each (regular price is 30.00). So I called and was told that they dont discount the gels and when I mentioned that I have always gotten my discounts on the gels, the person I was talking to on the phone told me that they dont discount the RSO candy and yet there is nothing on the website stating that and that it was up the the individual dispensary to honor the senior and the veterans discount. I have heard 3 different reasons why they didnt give me the discounts. IF THIS IS HOW TRULIEVE DOES BUSINESS FIND A DIFFERENT DISPESARY. THEY DONT HONOR VETERANS OR THOSE THAT ARE OVER 55. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE GOTTEN TO BIG TO CARE ANYMORE.
