Really cold in front room, but excellent service.... the bud tenders know the correct information and are able to give good, personalized information for each patient.

Great facility. Jose was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Best products out of all the dispensaries.

First time using Trulieve and I was impressed by the facility and the staff. Reception desk was fast and friendly. I spoke with Miranda in the dispensary and she was very upbeat and knowledgeable on the different strains and gave me some good info on the usage. I have been using Knox and wanted to try Trulieve as I have heard good things about it. I will review the products once I have used them a bit.

Very nice dispensary. Staff is easy to talk to, very knowledgeable. They have worked with me to try and fine the best strain for my needs. Would recommend highly.

On my first visit to this location, Derek spent his time explaining everything and answering all the question I had.

The staff is knowledgeable, always willing to take the time to answer my questions, and since they gave me a he Leafly website, I’m learning so much and figuring out what works best for me.

Always friendly customer service is top-notch. They always take their time with you and will answer your questions and do not rush you. Parking isn't great but the customer service is!

No loyalty to customer, will make an order get a confirmation number, then get a call saying sorry we are out of stock..

More seating would be a great addition.

I came in about 2 weeks ago ready to purchase and unfortunately I had run out of enough milligrams. So , Noah Perez, quickly allayed my worries contacted my doctor and I got right there everything worked out so I could buy my medicine. I never had to leave . Awesome. He really helped me out BIG time that day. Trulieve saved me life over a year ago.

Tony was not there to just have you pay and leave. This guy was amazing, his whole "salad" intro pitch to a new user was official. Very informative, very personable, and i will be back. 100% there for customers, and it was greatly appreciated.

Yessenia waited on me and she was very pleasant and explained what medicine would help me with my pain. I recommend this store and will go back there regularly.
