Giovanni and the gang are on point. If you've got any trouble you'll never be disappointed. New products coming out and upgrades on the regular. The full metal cartridges and the sky walker concentrate can't get any better.

Great! I've been to several locations in other states because we happen to travel a lot with my husband's job. So I know what dispensaries are like on all sides of the country. And Trulieve is a great place, especially the Jacksonville location. They've got a pretty good setup. The staff was super awesome, too, not just the budtenders, the front desk help as well. My two fav budtenders I've used that were SO knowledgeable, and I secretly hope I get them every time I go in, are Jeremy and Giovanni. But like I said, everyone was super awesome.

The patient experience has become abysmal in the 18 months I have been a registered patient. Order fulfillment, surly employees, and hidden products barely touch on the scant signs of concern for patients. This was my first dispensary, but I have moved on to find effective medicine at all the other local dispensaries. Take note: When you see former Trulieve employees at other dispensaries, ask yourself why they left.

I was very pleased. Jeremy is very courteous and professional. I had several questions he took time to explain and helped gain significant product knowledge. Though he was a bit short of familiarity on one question I asked about using RSO for skin cancer, he made a note in his journal to learn more and I'll bet he can answer on my next visit. Trulieve and staff are extremely professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. Their products are fairly priced and consistent. I couldn't ask for more, this has been a great experience.

This facility uses MCT oil in their vape cartridges aside from the trustik. Similar to the way a cocaine dealer cuts cocaine with baking soda. There is no medical benefit to MCT oil and is potentially carcinogenic. If you opt for the Trustik version with no MCT then be prepared to clean your bank account like a crack addict who needs they’re overpriced crack! And potentially carcinogenic artificial terpenes in some “flavored” products? How does this company not have a lawsuit yet? They also shout your patient information loudly enough for everyone else to hear it whilst still bringing customers in the back of the dispensary to hear all of your personal info and waiting at a red line. What a joke. Jacksonville needs more dispensaries instead of Trulieve being able to hold a monopoly. That’s not fair for patients who need quality medicine.

I have been going to Trulieve for almost a year as I was going to another dispensary before. The product is way better when they actually have it in stock which is almost never as of the past 4 months or so. I have had three bad experiences now all in a row. They have all included but not limited to me calling them and them saying they have something then 45 minutes later when I get there they really don't have the product I drove there for. Then the last time I was there the clerk didn't let me complete my order before closing it out and taking my 500 points for my 10% discount and lying to me about it. The last time I went they again told me they had product and after 45 minutes one way of driving AGAIN, they didn't have ANY of the product they told me they had. So I message them and I get a crap load of excuses about they are growing, although they have been in business for while. Then I'm told to check inventory on truck days which I did because this is a truck day!!!!!!!! But that really doesn't matter because their online inventory NEVER matches the in store inventory and the employees know that. So I took the day off work to get my medication that they said they had and NOTHING!!!!! This dispensary is losing a customer, this is NOT compassionate care. So now I still have to battle my PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Chronic Pain, and another really bad condition and they don't care! I'm extremely disappointed in them as they were my absolute favorite which is why I put up with the crappy service!

Service was awful!! everyone in the pka2ce knew. what I was purchasing and that it was my first time so I didnt know to much about products. I will never go back to this place! I knew lwss Bout thw products whwn I left than whwn I walked in!! No help wirh information!

This is the worst dispensary in Jacksonville. The only reason to go there is for the new patient discounts, but after that don't bother with them. When I got there today no one even said hello when I approached the desk, I just handed them my card and asked for a menu. They said they didn't have one, but that someone would be with me shortly. About 10 minutes later I found it in a binder on a random table in the waiting room. I waited 45 minutes to get to the back, and of course they are out of what I wanted. They have a very limited selection in Vapes, and it is mostly strains I have never heard of. The customer service in the back wasn't bad, but it was rushed and it seemed that they just wanted me to get in and out quickly. After seeing how expensive it was for product I didn't really want, I said screw it and went to another dispensary where I was actually taken care of. I think my favorite part though is the fact that after talking to more patients these seem to be issues that everyone has, but for some reason who ever responds to these reviews doesn't bother responding to the negative ones. Good job Trulieve, for taking up useful space that another dispensary that actually cares about it's patients could use 👍.

Terrible - you wait a minimum of 1-2 hours only to get in the "back" where there is hardly any product. Thank goodness options and competition are finally arriving. I went to the MUV Grand Opening and the difference in quickness and quality is amazing!!!! Never going back to Trulieve again.

I just moved down here from the North East. I’ve been a MMJ patient for >4 years. I know MMJ was very recently legalized here, but here’s what they need to work on. *Get budtenders(saying this loosely as they can’t sell flower here) that actually know marijuana. If I tell you I HATE sativas, don’t suggest I get a strain like Super Silver Haze. At least learn the few strains you have on your menu *Get more inventory-If out of 100 things on your menu, you don’t have 1 indica OR hybrid, that’s a problem. And don’t lie over the phone saying you have it in. Overall for a newish MMJ program, they’re OK. I’ll be curious to try Curaleaf since I used them up north & they have some great product. But since this is literally the ONLY dispensary (besides a tiny one, with literally no menu & double the price) in Jacksonville, I’ll obviously be going back. Until something better comes, or they fix these problems. I don’t wanna sound like a bitch, but get people who don’t have to look on Leafly anytime someone asks about a strain on their menu.

The prices are not fair nor are their MG sizes for cartridges. They have either 250mg or 600mg and if you buy the smaller one for Finacial reasons you lose out of 50mg because even after 3 I had 150mg left and they don’t have any products that fit that mg size. They need to stop using the street names of products and go with a better system because it’s confusing. I stopped going here and switched to a different dispensary and won’t ever go back.

I hate to say it, but trulieve is the comcast of dispensaries. they know we co plain but all in all we will come back. I go for the flower, so far I get the best quality for the price. anyways their customer service is just pure horrible, but on a certain day it wasnt so bad once I got in the back. Zach took care of my transaction and was very kind. If more people were like that higher up, maybe things would move along smoother.

Corey is awesome. I've been to other dispenceries and he is the best yet.

Great professional and quick service!

I live in Fleming Island so this location is a bit of a drive for me. However, the dispensary is clean and the staff is super helpful and always friendly. I was totally ignorant the first time I went and they really made me feel at ease and explained everything so well.
