Trulieve - Jacksonville

I went and picked up an order and I knew that the flower would not be discounted (which was cool with me) and I am a veteran and I am also over 55, so between the two I get 30% off and when I put this order in I ordered gels (I have always gotten both of my discounts), so I picked them up I was told by the person that I cant have a discount on the candy because they were on sale (they werent, the gels cost 30.00 each (regular price is 30.00). So I called and was told that they dont discount the gels and when I mentioned that I have always gotten my discounts on the gels, the person I was talking to on the phone told me that they dont discount the RSO candy and yet there is nothing on the website stating that and that it was up the the individual dispensary to honor the senior and the veterans discount. I have heard 3 different reasons why they didnt give me the discounts. IF THIS IS HOW TRULIEVE DOES BUSINESS FIND A DIFFERENT DISPESARY. THEY DONT HONOR VETERANS OR THOSE THAT ARE OVER 55. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE GOTTEN TO BIG TO CARE ANYMORE.

A bit of a drive like most others have said but everyone there is very professional. The process is still a little long but that is not there fault, just be prepared to be there at least 20-30 mins.

I've tried the others, once, and once was all it took to prove that Trulieve is definitely the best. Whether it's delivery or in store pick up, nobody in the market has the products or service that can compare to Trulieve.

This was my first time there and Jin helped me out. Shes very knowledgeable and informative about their products. It's just a very welcoming atmosphere and staff there. Will be making a visit again

No loyalty to customer, will make an order get a confirmation number, then get a call saying sorry we are out of stock..

Sam and Levester were amazingly patient and helpful with me and my mom. As newbies we were clueless, but everyone from the front desk associate to the manager was personable and informative. The service, selection and price points were great.

Fast and friendly

Everyone is nice, helpfull and knowledgeable oboutthe products. Parking is at a premium however I must say that each time I found a spot right away. I wish there was more information about how cannabis and THC affects cancer and cancer prevention, not just the symptoms. This is not a reflection on trulieve this is a reflection on our politics (which is thank God changing gradually) and medical system that has not developed this amazing product

Trulieve is a great dispensary. Their products are extremely high quality, especially the Truflower Entourage vaporizer cups. Their cartridges also are excellent quality, unlike some others whose cartridges leak and burn up too fast. Their Mystica vaporizer is fabulous because it alleviates the need for screwing and unscrewing the cartridge from the battery, which oftentimes causes cartridge and battery failure in my experience, but never with the Mystica. The Staff definitely knows what they are talking about. Also, the CBD carts are great for instant pain relief.

I came in about 2 weeks ago ready to purchase and unfortunately I had run out of enough milligrams. So , Noah Perez, quickly allayed my worries contacted my doctor and I got right there everything worked out so I could buy my medicine. I never had to leave . Awesome. He really helped me out BIG time that day. Trulieve saved me life over a year ago.
