All the employees are very kind and helpful. I have anxieties with leaving my house and they make it very easy process going there.

It seemed busy but customers were being helped quickly. Very efficient. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, from sign in to checkout.

Location was very convenient. Customer service was exceptional. Facility was clean ~ very nice.

No loyalty to customer, will make an order get a confirmation number, then get a call saying sorry we are out of stock..

More seating would be a great addition.

Tony was very help full. He explained everything to me which was very helpful.

The staff members are remarkable, from the front desk to the back. Everyone is positive, with great energy. I've never had a bad experience and I've been going there faithfully since 5/19 I was assisted by Noha Perez, and he was extremely helpful, patient, & knows his the product! Thanks Again Trulieve!!!

I came in about 2 weeks ago ready to purchase and unfortunately I had run out of enough milligrams. So , Noah Perez, quickly allayed my worries contacted my doctor and I got right there everything worked out so I could buy my medicine. I never had to leave . Awesome. He really helped me out BIG time that day. Trulieve saved me life over a year ago.

Tony was not there to just have you pay and leave. This guy was amazing, his whole "salad" intro pitch to a new user was official. Very informative, very personable, and i will be back. 100% there for customers, and it was greatly appreciated.

I wasn’t too sure of what I wanted and the man behind the register (Peyton) helped me to find the perfect strains for me, I have been smoking for years but I feel like I got high for the first time all over again. (But a bit pricy)

Yessenia waited on me and she was very pleasant and explained what medicine would help me with my pain. I recommend this store and will go back there regularly.

The location is in a pretty central part of town being on Beach Blvd. near University Blvd.

Great visit. Very short wait time with only 3 people in the lobby. Lee was great and assisted in tracking down the product I wanted and answered all my question. Overall a great experience.

Got my hopes up to high 3 different ones not strong enough saving money to buy more sad about can’t afford to take resk like this anymore
