Trulieve - Jacksonville

My very first visit to this location, I was tended to by Noah Perez. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He allowed me to ask as many questions needed to find what strand was best for me. He has solely solidified my business with trulive in a very competitive/ saturated area.

I'm just going to go ahead and say what everyone else is thinking... they're not rude like Knox. Lol, but seriously 😁

First timer, Miranda was very patient and helpful. Extremely clean and professional all around. A bit cramped, especially in the back. It was odd having a medical conversation with a line of people 18" away. Parking is extremely limited so try to time it for the slower hours.

It was convenient. The gentleman who waited on me was very professional and explained everything thoroughly!

my first visit here I felt so uncomfortable and the wait is pretty long also they had some issues with there system so it took even longer to get my medical cannabis but I'm glad that this place is here to help thx for coming to Jax

I love the atmosphere and friendliness at the Jacksonville Trulieve dispensary. All the staff members are great. Despite the limitations that the state of Florida has put on products, Trulieve is striving to offer the best with what they are allowed to work with!

The product vape and oil is awesome. About my forth time , Kevin who happen to know sign language and he is awesome. I highly recommend everyone shop there ! I hope to see Kevin again.

I order home delivery well every order they ship is always missing something from the order And they don’t care they always blame on someone else so maybe you want to try another store

Yes, sometimes there is a wait but it isn't bad. People are pleasant, staff are very helpful and product is great.

My visit this morning was smooth as silk!The place was packed,but the manager,Mason,had it organized and a great flow going with all of us waiting,online and walk-ins.Every employee,from the check-in staff to the greeter who called us back to our budtendress,Hannah with the nails to die for,was doing what they do with positivity and grace!!My niece and I loved Hannah's nails,we vote monthly staff manis and nails as part of employment package,but nice hands and nails looks good on your 'tender,just sayin' trulieve....anyway,the product itself is amazing and relieving my pain.It is Master Kush O-pen vape cart,400 mg.Indica.It has helped relieve the pain on my spine.I have a tumor that will never go away.I feel like a semi is constantly parked on my back.This cart and the THC cream together is a huge winner for me as far as the pain that can literally lay me down for hours,not helping the situation.Also helps with inflammation.Shout out,Trulieve and Thanks again.Means a lot to us who hurt,please believe that one.Much appreciated!

The Orange Park location is by far the most friendliest,courteous down to earth and caring group of individuals. Incredible truly. First let's talk about the budtender Mario, he automatically told my girlfriend and I of our loyalty rewards and discounts. Took the time to explain the strains and the terpenes in each and what we can eat along with them to intensify the effects. Wow..smart man. Very educational. Then how about the product coordinator Lester he remembered us and treated us like old friends and was very kind in "hooking"us up with swag. The smiles were sincere and genuine. That made our trip from Jacksonville to Orange Park worth it. I am grateful for the hospitality. Thank you guys ...an exemplary Trulieve Location.

First time ever to a dispensary. Angel was extremely knowledgeable and was able to recommend several products based on my needs. She was also patient and worked me through the process. Great dispensary and great operation.

I feel comfortable going into the dispensary. They have a very good variety of products to choose from. Only problem is that they tend to be out of stock on things. Very nice representatives and very helpful. Conner at the Jacksonville location was great yesterday when I visited.
