Trulieve - Jacksonville

First timer, Miranda was very patient and helpful. Extremely clean and professional all around. A bit cramped, especially in the back. It was odd having a medical conversation with a line of people 18" away. Parking is extremely limited so try to time it for the slower hours.

I love the atmosphere and friendliness at the Jacksonville Trulieve dispensary. All the staff members are great. Despite the limitations that the state of Florida has put on products, Trulieve is striving to offer the best with what they are allowed to work with!

better parking and more variety of flower

This was my second visit and it was amazing. Plenty of parking, plenty of seats and the front desk staff was super friendly. My wait time was 15 minutes or so and then I was greeted by Brian Bernhard who was so nice with a great smile on his face that eased my anxiety. Not being knowledgeable Brian was extremely helpful explaining everything and answering all my questions with such a pleasant attitude. I almost was not going to return after reading negative reviews, but thank God I did. Brian made my visit so easy, he was beyond helpful and had everything I wanted in stock. I hope when I return Brian is available to help me again. I hope Trulieve knows what an amazing employee they have in Brian. Thank you Brian!

My very first visit to this location, I was tended to by Noah Perez. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He allowed me to ask as many questions needed to find what strand was best for me. He has solely solidified my business with trulive in a very competitive/ saturated area.

The Orange Park location is by far the most friendliest,courteous down to earth and caring group of individuals. Incredible truly. First let's talk about the budtender Mario, he automatically told my girlfriend and I of our loyalty rewards and discounts. Took the time to explain the strains and the terpenes in each and what we can eat along with them to intensify the effects. Wow..smart man. Very educational. Then how about the product coordinator Lester he remembered us and treated us like old friends and was very kind in "hooking"us up with swag. The smiles were sincere and genuine. That made our trip from Jacksonville to Orange Park worth it. I am grateful for the hospitality. Thank you guys ...an exemplary Trulieve Location.

Adam was great. Took his time to explain process on my first visit. Very knowledgeable and patient. A good experience overall.

I love the staff, some will go above and beyond helping and (very few) others just want to get you out of their face and on to the next person. The manager is awesome- she’s very attentive & empathetic when the online orders get messed up. Sadly their stock fluctuates & if they have less than 20 of a product in stock, you’ll have to go in to see if they will look for it. Some workers will others refuse. Seems like they are always having system issues or updates before major holiday sales. If they lose me as a customer- it’ll be because of 4 of my last online orders were totally whacked. If I decide to stay a customer, it’s because of the manager.

This is the 2nd time Truelieve has surprised me with their service. Their products have always been great but the wait times were insane. Well, not anymore. I ordered flower online, they texted me within minutes that the order was received, thirty minutes later, the order was ready and I was told to come in and get it. My office is around the corner, 15 minutes later I was walking out of Trulieve with awesome Gorilla Grapes & Mandarin Dream. Thank you once again Trulieve for outstanding customer service. Your service was untouchable last week!

Love the host some more then others but all pretty great at this location and most tenders are awesome
