Trulieve - Jacksonville

Friendly staff and management, always eager to help or resolve problems with their products. I live in Melbourne and drive to Jacksonville for treatment at the Mayo Clinic and this is the second time I have stopped at this Jacksonville location and they have once again impressed me! I always think I know what I need, but then I tell them I need a consultation because once I start talking with the dispensary representative, today I worked with Kevin, I learn something new! Trulieve has always treated me like family! Even when my new $60 product broke (due to my unfamiliarity with the product) that I bought at the Jacksonville dispensary on my first visit, the Orlando Trulieve dispensary replaced my product for free which was extremely gracious and unexpected, especially for a company in this economy. Thank you Trulieve for providing such a wide variety of options to patients suffering from Chronic Pain, PTSD, Epilepsy, Cancer, and the hundreds of other medical conditions that CBD and Medical Marijuana can treat effectively.

Easy access in & out of the facility. Very simple to find the building

Very clean store. Knowlegable staff, good selection.

No inventory on ANYTHING other than CBD creams. 3 items ordered (1- Indica, 1- Sativa (or a blend), 1- CBD 1 to 1). Trulieve had ZERO stock in ANY FORM OR STRAIN.They could not even say when/if more inventory would arrive. Unbelievable! Does anyone have ny insight as to why this continually happens at this location? Is it location or company specific? Inventory levels is my ONLY complaint. BUT- THE MOST IMPORTANT: IF YOU DON'T HAVE STOCK I HAVE NO NEED TO COME TO YOUR STORE!

First timer with an attitude walking in, Great attitude and feeling good about this product and the establishment. They were so nice and did not push me aside when I didn't know what they were saying. They took their time and even allowed me to call my primary and the young lady talked me through the conversation. I did not lose my place in line. Then I was called back to be introduced to my sales lady. If I asked a question that she did not know the answer, she would ask the supervisor (I think) and he would answer me so she could hear also. All in all, I would recommend my friends and strangers to check this place out. I am Happy

Trulieve use to be the best but lately they do not have it together, especially at this location.. The last few times I placed an online order they failed miserably. The site said they had what I ordered. Apparently they did not. I wait ALL day when I could've just went somewhere else and they don't even have the decency to give me a courtesy call. Its a 2 hour drive to the nearest store for me so when they cancel my order without letting me know its very inconvenient and costly for me. My wife works retail and if it was common that her store was empty with no products she would not have a job. You can't call yourself a medical marijuana dispensary if you never have medical marijuana. If I wanted CBD I would buy it from the gas station. Also my wife doesn't sell products people need to survive. It seems like someone should be fired or management needs to be replaced at this location. It sucks to say cause everyone who works there is so nice and friendly and most know me by name.. But people being nice and knowing my name doesn't help me sleep at night and does not relieve my chronic pain so fire em. Also I need MM for my anxiety and panic attacks.. Shopping at trulieve lately has been the main source of my anxiety and panic attacks. Also if you try to chat with them online and say the word shit they claim its offensive.. LOL.. Shit doesnt even get censored on TV anymore.. and pardon my language and anger but if they had some weed then I wouldn't be angry and using "offensive language" as they say.. They are offended that I said they treat their customers like shit.. Well we are offended they treat us like shit.. They are more worried about censoring people than they are about keeping products on their shelves. Priorities. SMH.

This place takes forever !!! Even with online order I usually have to wait a minimum of 30 mins. This place needs better staffing or management.

This place rocks!! They can only do what the state has approved. Pro - The staff is awesome and very knowledgeable. Medicinal MJ has allowed me to get off pain,anxiety and seizure meds. Con - Parking at this location is a challenge. Pro - Thumbs up 100%, as this stuff works. I recommend to talk to your doctor & begin to live and enjoy your quality of Life. First time ever to a dispensary. Angel was extremely knowledgeable and was able to recommend several products based on my needs. She was also patient and worked me through the process. Great dispensary and great operation.

Perfect location!

The location is not in a very good area, it's in a low income zone. I'm glad to use the Canpay so I don't have to carry much cash. At this time I don't have option to go elsewhere.

Always great to talk with the very knowledgeable staff. They are so very helpful with information.

This place is always nice. The staff is knowledgeable about the products. The only thing i wish they would change is to have the strain colors reflect the Leafly colors

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Quality and customer service is very high. I have used their delivery service which is quite convenient given this dispensary's location.

my first visit here I felt so uncomfortable and the wait is pretty long also they had some issues with there system so it took even longer to get my medical cannabis but I'm glad that this place is here to help thx for coming to Jax
