Trulieve use to be the best but lately they do not have it together, especially at this location.. The last few times I placed an online order they failed miserably. The site said they had what I ordered. Apparently they did not. I wait ALL day when I could've just went somewhere else and they don't even have the decency to give me a courtesy call. Its a 2 hour drive to the nearest store for me so when they cancel my order without letting me know its very inconvenient and costly for me. My wife works retail and if it was common that her store was empty with no products she would not have a job. You can't call yourself a medical marijuana dispensary if you never have medical marijuana. If I wanted CBD I would buy it from the gas station. Also my wife doesn't sell products people need to survive. It seems like someone should be fired or management needs to be replaced at this location. It sucks to say cause everyone who works there is so nice and friendly and most know me by name.. But people being nice and knowing my name doesn't help me sleep at night and does not relieve my chronic pain so fire em. Also I need MM for my anxiety and panic attacks.. Shopping at trulieve lately has been the main source of my anxiety and panic attacks. Also if you try to chat with them online and say the word shit they claim its offensive.. LOL.. Shit doesnt even get censored on TV anymore.. and pardon my language and anger but if they had some weed then I wouldn't be angry and using "offensive language" as they say.. They are offended that I said they treat their customers like shit.. Well we are offended they treat us like shit.. They are more worried about censoring people than they are about keeping products on their shelves. Priorities. SMH.
