The building is very well designed and the staff is awesome. They really know the details of how certain strains are used and in what ways. It is always a pleasure to visit.

Entire building was exceptionally clean and staff was very knowledgeable, this was my first visit and Miranda took time with me to explain all of the options. Highly recommend Trulieve

Good products but unfriendly atmosphere and the wait time is too much.

The prices are not fair nor are their MG sizes for cartridges. They have either 250mg or 600mg and if you buy the smaller one for Finacial reasons you lose out of 50mg because even after 3 I had 150mg left and they don’t have any products that fit that mg size. They need to stop using the street names of products and go with a better system because it’s confusing. I stopped going here and switched to a different dispensary and won’t ever go back.

No need to visit other dispensaries with the continuous strain development here at Trulieve. Was fortunate to obtain the new Sunset Sherbet and Gorilla Glue #4 from a limited first batch. Some of the best pain management and relaxing strains I've had yet. Keep up the R&D

Although the location might not be the best, this Trulieve did not fail to deliver the quality experience I've come to know and love from Trulieve. Corey was very helpful, quick, and knowledgeable. The dispensary was clean, and all of the staff was warm and welcoming. Thank you guys for helping this Army vet. Marijuana has saved my life.

Great professional and quick service!

I live in Fleming Island so this location is a bit of a drive for me. However, the dispensary is clean and the staff is super helpful and always friendly. I was totally ignorant the first time I went and they really made me feel at ease and explained everything so well.

Love the stuff

I have been to the dispensary twice now. Both times where easy and painless. My first visit the man behind the counter took plenty of time to explain the process to me. He never made me feel rushed and he answered all my questions. I already knew what I wanted on my 2nd visit so it was a quick visit. I will shop here again and I will definitely recommend this dispensary.

I'm sure I drove Corey crazy! It was my first time, so I knew nothing and he patiently re-explained everything HALF-A-DOZEN TIMES! He was very friendly, the information was overwhelming. I probably should have done some research before I went. Place feels like the shop or check-out at a really expensive Spa. Very clean, calming, not too load. And they have an ATM right there. Of course, there is a $3.50 processing fee to withdraw cash - but how much are you withdrawing? $3.50 is worth the convenince.

Trulieve use to be the best but lately they do not have it together, especially at this location.. The last few times I placed an online order they failed miserably. The site said they had what I ordered. Apparently they did not. I wait ALL day when I could've just went somewhere else and they don't even have the decency to give me a courtesy call. Its a 2 hour drive to the nearest store for me so when they cancel my order without letting me know its very inconvenient and costly for me. My wife works retail and if it was common that her store was empty with no products she would not have a job. You can't call yourself a medical marijuana dispensary if you never have medical marijuana. If I wanted CBD I would buy it from the gas station. Also my wife doesn't sell products people need to survive. It seems like someone should be fired or management needs to be replaced at this location. It sucks to say cause everyone who works there is so nice and friendly and most know me by name.. But people being nice and knowing my name doesn't help me sleep at night and does not relieve my chronic pain so fire em. Also I need MM for my anxiety and panic attacks.. Shopping at trulieve lately has been the main source of my anxiety and panic attacks. Also if you try to chat with them online and say the word shit they claim its offensive.. LOL.. Shit doesnt even get censored on TV anymore.. and pardon my language and anger but if they had some weed then I wouldn't be angry and using "offensive language" as they say.. They are offended that I said they treat their customers like shit.. Well we are offended they treat us like shit.. They are more worried about censoring people than they are about keeping products on their shelves. Priorities. SMH.
