Trulieve - Deerfield Beach

Trulieve Deerfield Beach is such a pleasure to visit with a very knowledgeable staff. Don, is especially amazing, he always answers all my questions and help me make the right decision about products.

Amazing staff, clean and open atmosphere, and fast! Best quality product in Florida. Especially this location.

I have been to Trulieve before. I prefer Trulieve, over some of the other dispensaries. I am always greeted in a kind, friendly and engaging manner. Previous agents have always been knowledgeable. Today, Melissa M was exceptional. She took the time to give me a thorough description of all the different possibilities. She answered all my questions clearly, in a way I could understand. I left with a much better understanding of where I am in the process. And how I am to proceed. I would recommend Melissa M for a promotion and a raise.

Saw Mitch the other day. Good guy. We had a good conversation about strains and categories and their effects. Another good experience. Quality products. I am starting to see more Indica strains, which is great. I would like to see more Indica concentrates. Good visit! Wait time is getting better.

Loved my experience at Trulieve in Deerfield with Louis (Lu)! Every walk-in visit has been wonderful, honestly probably my #1 favorite place out of all the dispensary's. Super-friendly Staff! Terrific Service! The atmosphere was phenomenal. I was impressed with the wide Variety of Products to choose from all at reasonable Prices plus first few times include awesome Discounts. Lu is my go to person and I personally recommend him. He has guided me through every visit and answers all of my questions. He's very knowledgeable and has the best suggestions. He is attentive and friendly, while remaining efficient and professional. Lu made me feel at ease and doesn't create any pressure at all. I'm a very indecisive person so I struggle making a decision sometimes but Lu understood me and has the patience of a saint. Lu is amazing and so is the place so I will be coming back!!

very professional. I drove out of my way for this dispensary because the variety is bar none compared to other local businesses. I will say though try not be there during peak times, I had to wait almost 1 hour on a Monday night. Definitely worth the trip

I visited the store again for the fourth time….Mildred was amazing….the staff is amazing….from day one….the staff has been the most courteous, knowledgeable, informative and simply awesome. the strains are incredible….much love to the indica strain….Lemon OG Krush……Sativa…. that's exactly what we want…and more….Trulieve rocks!!!!!

Love stopping by the Deerfield location they treat me and my partner very good. Today Jovanie and Kayla served me and helped me with choice for a specific ailment. Other times Erica and Delaney have served me as well as Kevin. They all know their products well and all have been very helpful in choosing the right product. Thanks to all at this location.

This store has been working more efficiently . I love all the products I get from the store. The Manager Abdullah and Ana the sales lady did a great job in assisting me with a big order that I thought was ordered on Line. They were patient with a smile on their faces. The place was clean and sanitized at all times.

They have the worst procedures and customer service I have experienced in a long time and they couldn't care less. I have my card to relieve my stress & PTSD. Dealing with this dispensary has caused me more stress than the medication relieves. I kept hoping they would improve but it has gotten worse. I placed an order on line. Later I received an email that my order was packaged. I was given a link allowing me to check in online. After checking in they showed a timer that I should be there in 20 minutes which was perfect because I was 20 minutes away. I also received a text that someone would invite me into the lobby when it was my turn. When I arrived, I waited 15 minutes in the parking lot. When no one came to get me, I went inside. Found out I was still supposed to check in when I arrived & that the wait once checking in was an hour & a half. Fuming, I left. An hour later I was told to call because they did not have what I order even though the email said my order was already packaged . After sitting on hold on the phone for over an hour so I gave up and went to another dispensary. After emailing them, I received no response at all.

This is the 4th dispensary that I've been to in Florida and by far the best. The Boynton Beach one is nice also but this is closer. Anthony was so helpful. He was really patient and educated me as well. The variety of products here is fantastic. I was even told that if I try something and it's not OK, box it up quickly for an exchange. I won't need to do this but it's good to know! Great quality product. The Truberry is my new favorite. It's uplifting and relaxing at the same time.

This place is amazing. They were so informative, thorough, and expressed a genuine interest in making sure I left with the right product for me. I will definitely visit again as well as recommend to a friend!
