Trulieve - Deerfield Beach

First time at a dispensary in Florida. Amazing service. My bud tender Andrey was great. She answered all my questions and made great recommendations.

They have the worst procedures and customer service I have experienced in a long time and they couldn't care less. I have my card to relieve my stress & PTSD. Dealing with this dispensary has caused me more stress than the medication relieves. I kept hoping they would improve but it has gotten worse. I placed an order on line. Later I received an email that my order was packaged. I was given a link allowing me to check in online. After checking in they showed a timer that I should be there in 20 minutes which was perfect because I was 20 minutes away. I also received a text that someone would invite me into the lobby when it was my turn. When I arrived, I waited 15 minutes in the parking lot. When no one came to get me, I went inside. Found out I was still supposed to check in when I arrived & that the wait once checking in was an hour & a half. Fuming, I left. An hour later I was told to call because they did not have what I order even though the email said my order was already packaged . After sitting on hold on the phone for over an hour so I gave up and went to another dispensary. After emailing them, I received no response at all.

I was help by Kim in your Deerfield location. She is a great listener and found me exactly what I thought was effective and has worked for my medical issues. She is professional, outgoing and made me feel comfortable even in Covid times. Her service was excellent and I recommend her strongly.

Kim and Melissa helped me out and both were courteous and enthusiastic to serve and help me with my products. I was "in and out" and they made it a very easy experience. Thank you Kim and Melissa.

Saw Mitch the other day. Good guy. We had a good conversation about strains and categories and their effects. Another good experience. Quality products. I am starting to see more Indica strains, which is great. I would like to see more Indica concentrates. Good visit! Wait time is getting better.

Quite possibly the worst Trulieve in SoFlo and if not for multiple visiting being so traumatic I would not writing this. This staff is slow always a extremely long wait at this location my average over 5 visits is one hour and that’s with online order and online check in. The boy at the desk for check in is about as rude as they come and I hate to say it this time I left. Not often you leave a pot shop with no pot but this time I did. Corporate should secret shop this location ASAP. Sad

I went in and was pleasantly surprised by the help I received from Jessica. Very knowledgeable and willing to help a newbie. Will definitely be returning!

I don’t know how their “line” system works but it’s ridiculous and takes way too long. I understand they can only have a few people in at a time but there’re more people coming out than they are calling in. An unbelievable amount of people waiting.

I love the wide variety that Trulieve has. Everything isn’t always in stock but they can’t be blamed for this. This was my first dispensary experience. The bud-tenders inside were very helpful and also funny. This location has a nice lobby, with comfy chairs, that plays relaxing music as well.

I had Mitch as my bud tender and and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. In fact all of the staff is very friendly and this trulieve is my favorite.

I will never set foot in this location ever again. Unless you have an hour of your day to waste waiting for a order you placed online, checked in online (every other dispensary the area you're in and out in 15 minutes tops)...I waited patiently while the entire lobby cleared out and filled up again. I asked the gentleman if he forgot to check me in..."my bad, bro"...then 2 more customers go in that arrived after me. Horrible since my first time there and has barely improved. Go to other places in the area, unless you're time isn't valuable to you.

Love it ... people are nice but even if you get there at opening there is ALWAYS a wait and they don’t publish available menu on line and don’t have it any where u can see... so you might wait 1/2 hour and then not have anything you want.

Loved my experience at Trulieve in Deerfield with Louis (Lu)! Every walk-in visit has been wonderful, honestly probably my #1 favorite place out of all the dispensary's. Super-friendly Staff! Terrific Service! The atmosphere was phenomenal. I was impressed with the wide Variety of Products to choose from all at reasonable Prices plus first few times include awesome Discounts. Lu is my go to person and I personally recommend him. He has guided me through every visit and answers all of my questions. He's very knowledgeable and has the best suggestions. He is attentive and friendly, while remaining efficient and professional. Lu made me feel at ease and doesn't create any pressure at all. I'm a very indecisive person so I struggle making a decision sometimes but Lu understood me and has the patience of a saint. Lu is amazing and so is the place so I will be coming back!!

I had the pleasure of coming into trulieve Deerfield today and has the most amazing experience, from the start I was greeted with an amazing welcome and smile by check in and Jovanie, I then had the pleasure of meet dispensary techs Sam . P and George , they were so knowledgeable and so helpful, and assisted me with such patience and care . I salute management for having such an amazing team and store . Thank you Giselle L
