I had a really great experience at Trulieve with Will! He was super super helpful especially with recommendations for strains. I really appreciated our conversation and his help and I felt like he went above and beyond service I've received at other dispensaries!! :))

First time at a dispensary in Florida. Amazing service. My bud tender Andrey was great. She answered all my questions and made great recommendations.

All the people are very nice

Kim and Melissa helped me out and both were courteous and enthusiastic to serve and help me with my products. I was "in and out" and they made it a very easy experience. Thank you Kim and Melissa.

Adam V, and Phillip were great. They recommended the new acapulco gold and it's a hit! Thanks again.

I will never set foot in this location ever again. Unless you have an hour of your day to waste waiting for a order you placed online, checked in online (every other dispensary the area you're in and out in 15 minutes tops)...I waited patiently while the entire lobby cleared out and filled up again. I asked the gentleman if he forgot to check me in..."my bad, bro"...then 2 more customers go in that arrived after me. Horrible since my first time there and has barely improved. Go to other places in the area, unless you're time isn't valuable to you.

Love it ... people are nice but even if you get there at opening there is ALWAYS a wait and they don’t publish available menu on line and don’t have it any where u can see... so you might wait 1/2 hour and then not have anything you want.

Worst customer service on the face of this planet. I was also ripped off for 100 bucks by them on an exchange. Bought a Trulieve vape that overheated and cooked $100 worth of vape and they refused to replace the product even though the cart is full and discolored. I made no less than six phone calls to them requesting someone with management authority call me on several customer service issues. Got three calls back from six made to them. Promises were made and then someone else would get on the phone and say oh no we're not going to do that, the person you spoke too doesn't have that authority. If you call them to order anything be prepared to leave your name on a voicemail and wait at least four hours sometimes a day or more for a return phone call. Then they'll tell you what little they have in stock. There are plenty of other dispensaries around town to deal with that actually have some semblance of customer service. You don't need Truleveoverpriced merchandise and poor customer service. Postscript, sent 3 count them, yes 3 e-mail messages to the address "Erica" at Trulieve customer service provided in response to a poor yelp review. Did not get a single reply. Trulieve is total GARBAGE in my book.

Ok I have been going here for close to 2 years. I have seen many people come and go. But I have to say the staff that was there today was top notch From the bud tender Adam and the manager Abdullah . These two employees make your store operate perfect They are the ones that make coming to your store enjoyable Even when wait time is up Well have to say See you again soon and keep up the great customer service guys

What a great staff!! Special shout out to Hernando and Celeste for the service. They were informative and able to correct the problems that I had created for them with smiles. Now that we have so many options for dispensaries, yippee, it is starting to come down to great service verses good service. Trulieve has no worries if the can staff their all stores with more Hernando's and Celeste's

Everything from the moment I walked in was awesome. I was looking for minis and Hernando and Celeste definitely delivered. They had to search for the specific one I wanted, but they had no problem what so ever. They delivered amazing service and it was a pleasure.

Coming to this location for the first time Ii was introduced to Joseph, He was extremely helpful and finally made it clear on how the levels work. Did not realize when purchasing the different Vape cartridges , they had levels that were stronger If you ever have any questions just ask Joseph he seems to know it AJ

Another fantastic experience. Mar Ramirez was outstanding! She was extremely helpful and gave me some new info/websites for resources. Will definitely be looking for her next time I stop in! But the entire staff is exceptional and friendly. Great crew.
