Trulieve - Deerfield Beach

Love this dispensary. Kim is the best. She always answers all my questions and I always leave happy. They are all very helpful and the place very clean.

In my opinion Trulieve is the best dispensary chain in FL., and the Deerfield Beach location is great! It is very well run, and their system of ordering online and picking it up there is easy and efficient even when they are busy. I have never had a problem parking, except for their grand opening day... which was mobbed. The staff know their product inside and out, and I get they impression they are very big on patient satisfaction. Very professional staff here; Cassidy is always very pleasant and very knowledgeable.

Coming to this location for the first time Ii was introduced to Joseph, He was extremely helpful and finally made it clear on how the levels work. Did not realize when purchasing the different Vape cartridges , they had levels that were stronger If you ever have any questions just ask Joseph he seems to know it AJ

It’s been a while since I have gone back to any dispensary. Done with pharmaceuticals and I have to give a big shout out to deerfield trulieve, And to Trevion, that man loves his job. Thank you for the direction and honesty my first time dealing with loose flower and an abundance of options. Great first experience with their flower love them all. Nice. Great for all my ailments. And functionality and yes, sleep! Comfortably. Adam is awesome, sweet, patient, and efficient. I made him a little crazy during a busy time and he gave me no rush feeling and was super helpful with strains and kind. Dennis....thank you for your help. Top notch patient services. Thank you very much. Means the world.

Stopped by this location for the first time because I was in the area, overall remarkable time procuring my favorite healing elixirs. The entire staff was helpful, courteous and a pleasure to interact with. Cookie, who was the lovely staff member assisting me, gave me very enlightening information and her advice on all of the products was first-rate. Excited to try out the Bbk with the Delta-8. Glad I made a point of checking out this location.

I absolutely love this location. Everyone there from the front desk to the back are so kind and knowledgeable. I haven’t been to another store since I found the Deerfield store. My favorite dispenser is Wilberto he has taught me so many things and is so patient. It’s such a pleasure going to this store

The quality of the products both vapes and flower is and has been very good and has even gotten a little better, since I first started using Trulieve two years ago, when medical marijuana was first legalized in Florida. Placing orders for pick-up or delivery though, can be a nightmare. When you place the order, items you've ordered are not removed from available inventory, until they are actually packed and ready for pickup. Because of this, many times, my items that I ordered hours and even sometimes days earlier, are sold to customers over the counter. When they finally get around to packing up my order, many times, they are out of stock and I get the dreaded phone call to tell me they are out of stock on my order. I usually can only order at the beginning of each month, since I am disabled and on a fixed income. When they sell my items I've already ordered to customers over the counter, while I wait for a text confirming my order's fulfillment, it's extremely frustrating. I don't blame any of the employees for this problem, they are gracious and helpful without exception, in my experience. I blame corporate management, for not having a computer inventory system that can remove items from available stock in their computer system, when an order is placed, rather than hours or days later when it's actually fulfilled.

What a great staff!! Special shout out to Hernando and Celeste for the service. They were informative and able to correct the problems that I had created for them with smiles. Now that we have so many options for dispensaries, yippee, it is starting to come down to great service verses good service. Trulieve has no worries if the can staff their all stores with more Hernando's and Celeste's
