I gave this company the benefit of the doubt thinking that they would do what is right. I was sadly mistaken! I spent $1300 at this dispensary in a short period of time. Because of the nasty, unprofessional and rude people who work there...I decided to try another dispensary. I have been dealing with the new dispensary for the past few months and I have nothing but praise for this company. That being said I had accumulated almost 1300 points from Trulieve and when I went to place an order...I was shocked to find that more than half my points were missing. So I did what any level headed person would do and I attempted to alert Trulieve immediately about this discrepancy. For several days I attempted to make contact with a representative through many different ways. Long story short, I received a nonsensical brief message saying they are sorry for my frustration and that the points were correct. I sent them proof that showed my bank transactions for this company. Bottom line, they are CON-ARTISTS!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS UNETHICAL DISPENSARY. KARMA IS A BEAUTIFUL THING TRULIEVE! P.S. SHOULD BE 0 STARS.

Great products and great service. Always been brand loyal to Trulieve and they never seem to fail. I had the pleasure of being served by William and William today who were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable bud tenders. Would recommend to anyone looking for clean quality cannabis products!

As a cannabis attorney, I know a lot about the industry. But like a doctor who is terrible at treating their own ailments, I was leaning on the staff to guide me in the right direction. I was just approved for my card this week, and decided to try Trulieve first. Josh G. was not only extremely professional and full of knowledge, he took the time to work with me to find what will work best with my life style. I really enjoyed learning about all of the new products, and his explanations on what he thinks would work best for my pain relief. I will absolute me back, hopefully to see Josh G., as he was beyond helpful!

Longtime Truliever, first time reviewing. Every time I go every staff member is kind, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. My first time ever at the Deerfield location, David showed me the ropes and took his time explaining everything. Since then I've had a lot of help, most recently from Josh, Don, and Nate, who, even though the store was busy, took their time explaining smokable for me.

Love this location , everyone is very helpful. Jovanie is very attentive to help and answer all questions i have. Every time I go There he informs me about new products and promotions the store has. In all very great service and great atmosphere.

I cannot say enough great things about this location. We went there today and they were extremely helpful and patient. We worked with Elizabeth, Ernesto and Yeslie and all were so nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend Trulieve and especially this location.

Bait and Switch.... Advertise on site one thing and sell other.... THIRD TIME THIS HAPPENED.... Wait 50 mins not to have what i ordered. False advertising, when i ask a manager, their answer is always... "It's a different batch... So % is different." Once again that's BAIT AND SWITCH.

Decent products, terrible service. There are only 2 reasons I keep coming back to Trulieve. It’s proximity to my house and the cheap concentrate syringes. I keep telling myself every time I leave their store that I’m never coming back but this time is THE LAST time I spend my money there. The amount of disrespect I have been shown there is unbelievable. If you shop here you can expect to be waiting for 2+ hours for an express pick up order, greeted by people who don’t seem like they want you to be there, treated like a child(I’m 25), and among a ton of other things, you’ll be robbed of your money(if they have any of the medicine you need in stock). Even the time I got my meds delivered, they were 4 whole days late from when they said they’d be there. Can’t count on them. Sorry Trulievers, but after you guys have asked me to give you a review on Leafly many times I finally felt as if I had to be honest, in order to save a ton of other people the frustrations. I am typing this after waiting out in my car for an hour and 45 minutes to pick up an EXPRESS ONLINE PICK UP ORDER. Overall I would never recommend

Product is top quality and most of the employees are phenomenal but certain Patient Care Coordinators lie about whether or not things are in stock. I have no idea why. This has happened to me at this location multiple times now.

quality is hit or miss, always advertising higher THC content than what you actually get, yet price doesn't change. Supply is also a MASSIVE issue. Stock is rarely correct leading to numerous wasted trips and gas money. Online orders are poorly managed as half the time the order is either missing or they wait until you get there before you find out they don't have the product. Maybe 20% of the time they call. Corporate greed is their game as they continue to expand without fixing any of their issues. They know they can keep operating this way without reprecussions because of the poor structure of the Florida Medical market.

Been here 3 times. The bud tenders couldn’t answer simple questions about the products, like do they grow with PGR’s? 3 of them had no idea what that was. Secondly, and most disappointingly, their cartridges are made with whatever strain oil they feel like using and then food grade flavor is added as “terps” I purchased a granddaddy purple cartridge and later learned the strain used for the oil was 9 pound hammer with some grape flavoring. How is this acceptable?

Very knowledgeable. Came back for instructions on warming chamber, and replaced a broken Trustik pen - very patient, friendly and helpful staff. Went to Boynton first, and went to the newest Deerfield dispensary. Remember to ask for discounts available - especially for first time visitors.

Dislike the wait time. It’s really bad, I guess staff or manager on site doesn’t have it together

Placed order online and got email confirmation. Dispensary was very busy, hr wait for pre-order. After waiting I got called in as a walk-in. They didn't have my order and couldn't find the order online. Budtender Melissa was very nice but left bad taste in my mouth.

Had a great first visit and experience. Thanks to Joshua for all his help and patience. Very happy. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, thank you to everyone.
