I just received my medical card, and this was the first and only place I’ve visited so far. It was such a great experience! I was nervous walking in. I felt like I was going into a jail, but once I got through the two locked doors; it was calm, welcoming,and very clean! The woman who waited on me was friendly, and very informative! I didn’t really have to ask any questions.

Best dispensary I found in washington ,pa that were helpful for seniors, that may need help and I don't have to stand out on the street waiting to get in .

Well it’s hard to park. There prices are higher then some and they run out of my spray fast awake, balance

This is my go to dispensary in the Pittsburgh area. I fully support any independent business making their own policies and expecting them to be followed. I respect it more that they care about their staff + patients. I’ve never had a bad experience. They have great deals more so now would love to see a rewards program. I think that’s the only “negative” thing I could say. Staff is pleasant sometimes the wait can be 8-10 mins on busy days but they have seemingly staffed up more. Sunnyside is a great dispensary!

Im im tired of them not considering my time, they always have only 2 cashier's.

The line stacks up and it doesn't seem that the staff cares if it backs up. I don't understand pre-ordering and getting a text that your order is ready for pickup but when you arrive the folks in the back have in fact not gathered your order up. I've literally seen three people on register with a line to the door then one staff member leaves and goes on break without being replaced with a line to the door. They are the only dispensary in PGH that make u show your id twice which isn't necessary, they also don't put terp percentage online or allow u to touch the jar in store till you purchase it. Most of the people I know refer to it as the Nazi dispensary with all the locking doors and poor service.
