The line stacks up and it doesn't seem that the staff cares if it backs up. I don't understand pre-ordering and getting a text that your order is ready for pickup but when you arrive the folks in the back have in fact not gathered your order up. I've literally seen three people on register with a line to the door then one staff member leaves and goes on break without being replaced with a line to the door. They are the only dispensary in PGH that make u show your id twice which isn't necessary, they also don't put terp percentage online or allow u to touch the jar in store till you purchase it. Most of the people I know refer to it as the Nazi dispensary with all the locking doors and poor service.

Im im tired of them not considering my time, they always have only 2 cashier's.
