When they were the only game in town, I think we all just assumed CY+ is how all dispensaries operate in PA and put up with the weird business, but as more dispensaries pop up i realize in hindsight how bad CY+ is. The online ordering system is flawed cause they don't actually hold the stock for you, so you might show up and get to skip the line but since you don't actually buy online they will sell it to someone coming in before you. Their stock is really quite bad. Not a huge selection and almost always out of dry flower. Their own products are usually cheaper elsewhere, but I have had some quality issues with Cresco for the price anyway so I kinda avoid it (though i do like their sprays). Customer service isn't great, my big thing was the staff here was waaaaaaay more stoned outta their minds than other places to the point where they seem sluggish. Like they will just stare at you and forget you asked a question like an old Cheech and Chong sketch or something and they seem kinda upset that they have customers. They DO have a parking lot, it just isn't obvious so the review saying they don't have one is incorrect. It's actually free with your patient card too. At the end of the day: there are now several great options for patients in the region with friendlier staff, more *helpful* staff, better stock, better prices (CY has weird daily specials where specific products price drops to what other dispensaries carry them for all the time) and a sense that they actually care about their current business. I think CY+ is just kinda drifting with senioritus until they are able to rebrand for the recreational market while others are setting a new standard and leaving them in their dust.

I have had multiple issues with this dispensary lately, but unfortunately they have the best selection in the area, so I am sort of stuck going here. I purchased a GTI Rhythm 500mg Cartridge and when i got home and opened it, I found it was already half empty. I called the store immediately about it, and they fed me some crap about needing to email GTI directly about it, when they should have given me a refund directly. The cartridge is half empty. I just bought it. What else is there to say? I emailed GTI of course and never heard anything back. Then the cartridge tipped over in the middle of the night, and the rest of the liquid leaked out until it was empty. So I got burned $55 on that one. The next day i had a 5 item order I called in at 4pm, the store closes at 6. NEVER got a text message that my order was ready. I realized what time it was and called them as I hurried down there, and they said they would serve me when I got there, knowing it would be close to the 6pm mark. I got there, and the security guard was so arrogant and rude, that he just sat inside behind the window, and didn't answer me when i came to the door, acted like he couldn't hear me. I held up my order number on my phone, and still nobody would take the time of day to speak to me. Someone then walked out of the dispensary, allowing me to put 1 foot inside the doorway. The security guard promptly got up to come meet me then, hand on gun, like he was ready for a fight. I'm coming to pick up a few cartridges, and this guy is acting like I walked in with an AK-47 to rob the place. Another person behind the register was argumentative and of no help either. The security guard also said "He didn't care who I talked to on the phone, and it doesn't matter." He wouldn't even take a moment. To let me speak, or for him to say "I'm sorry we are unable to help you today." or something that a professional employee would say. I spend A LOT of money and provide a lot of regular business at this dispensary, and lately i have been treated like complete garbage there. Also, instead of just holding the order until tomorrow, they just cancelled it completely, another middle finger in the face. That security guard has NO business treating anyone that way, and NO business putting his hand to his weapon for an issue this small. They need to hire someone a little more professional that doesn't think he's in the Secret Service. I tried to call a corporate office about all of this, but it just re-routed me to the branch office, the place that gave me trouble in the first place. So to sum it up, absolutely GREAT variety of products is the single good thing, and the only reason they got 2 stars. But multiple bad employees, unprofessionalism, and no attention to simple important details, like making sure the customer knows their order is ready AT ALL, let alone in a reasonable amount of time. How hard is it to do that, and not threaten them when they show up last minute to get it because of YOUR NEGLIGENCE in the first place? They have many things to work on, foremost, getting some of these bad employees out and some better ones in.

A lot better experience than I anticipated having been to Seattle and shopped in recreational retail bud stores. The Bud-tender who helped me knew his stuff. Everyone was kind. Just a little bummed they ran out of golden goat but hey...it’s popular stuff.

cy+ is absolutely the best. their products and especially the concentrates are above top notch. Selection is amazing and the staff are all the most wonderful and friendly people. I will also mention they filled my online order in less than five minutes! Go cy+! Keep on doing an amazing job! 💚

I’ve always had pretty decent experiences here. Most of the staff are friendly. There’s usually a pretty decent selection. And prices are on par with the other dispensaries...but they don’t seem to have as many sales as other dispensaries. And the parking is a nightmare compared to other dispensaries I’ve visited...but I suppose that is to be expected in the strip. Unfortunately, the parking discourages me from usually going to this dispensary but if I’m in the area anyway I’ll stop in. I LOVE that they offer the online ordering. Unfortunately, the one time I placed an online order there was an issue...but I understand these things sometime happen.

I must say that I am deeply disappointed in CY. Nothing went right with them today. I understand how it is to be busy but their performance was unacceptable. I called my order ahead and was told a half hour and it will be ready. I get there and was told it will take an hour to an hour and a half to be ready. The woman at the front desk was very rude, barely talked to me and pointed instead of speaking. No one apologized for the rudeness or hassle I went through to get my medicine. I am never returning to this place. My usual place is closed on sunday and monday and CY is the closest open to my home. I will gladly drive past CY on those days to get treaded with some respect.

This is by far the best dispensary I've ever been to! Great atmosphere and The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! They always have a nice selection in stock. They even do online ordering and it's super quick and easy! CY+ Pittsburgh is amazing! If you have a medical card-Go there!

As a newbie the staff took the time to explain my options & even double check my current medications for possible interactions. The products are quality & uber effective. The staff is knowledgeable & helpful. This is definitely my new favorite place.

Pricing is higher than every local dispensary, probably because of location. Had a couple people who work there, they probably shouldn't work anywhere, let alone in customer service. If you need something quick...maybe it's worth it, but I'll drive 10 minutes down the road to Lawrenceville, or heck, even up to Cranberry where pricing is soooo much better, especially if your Veteran.

Bought a vessel pen that has a warranty issue. Purchased on 12/31. Tried to use it on 1/7. Took forever to charge. Discharged in 2 min. Called Sunnyside. Has to go back to vessel. They only Return Cresco. If you are going to spend some dough on accessories, I suggest you do it elsewhere.

This was my first and last visit to to CY+ dispensary in Pittsburgh. The "300mg" disposable vape pen I purchased was half empty and didn't even work, so its useless. I have never had a problem with the Rythm disposables from other dispensaries who sold them cheaper.

New to the Med but long-standing smoker of the herb. My first visit and every visit since has been nothing short of great! All staff from CY+ On Penn are amazingly helpful, kind and very respectful. On average, with the online ordering service, you can be in and out in minutes. Everyone there is there to help to ensure you get the best medicine available. I recommend this dispensary to anyone new to medical marijuana, not just for the products but for the level of attention and care that the staff provide.
