Rude yelling at people for using a cell phone. Why does no other dispensary not have this rule or yell at people? Because they want it to fee like home. This place doesn’t.

Wow folks talk about some bullshit here. After a year of doing business with them. A phama tech basically accused me of manipulating a cart to get over on them for 50$ . After Ive spent stacks in here over a year. Some bullshit I had to deal with at the dispensary. Been using their products mostly/ hardly every use other like GTI, Standard Farms. I get a bad cartridge, plastic housing separated from the base sending all my oil out the bottom ... I try to salvage what I can from broken cart and vaping off what was left. Meanwhile 500mg of the oil escaped. Now there is no way to get these carts apart. It is impossible to open Cresco carts. Here I prove in the video that they cant be broken open, even with tools. Yet I felt like was called a liar or like Im trying to cheat them out of 50$. Really. I spend how much here in a month? I don't give a shit about the money. The product is bad, I want it replaced, no excuses from a MILLIONAIRE BUSINESS. Period! And while it was resolved with the 2nd manager, the first acted like Its my doing. I'm 50 fucking years old. I was smoking grass before she was even born I aint got time for the dishonesty bullshit. And when dispensary tech treats me like some crackhead. I begin to wonder about their customer service training. Yinz sell 1/8s for 65$ .. I mean you think Im trying to rip you off.. Nigga please.

Please being back holding wax for people who call and reserve it. Sick of coming and spending $5 on tolls, $20 on gas, $10 on parking only for you to run out of what I needed. I need certain strains to relieve symptoms. Patients over profit

Am I the only one here in PA. that looks up a strain only to purchase it and it is nothing like the description? Why? Why are strains reaching thc levels in the twenties being sold in PA. at half strength? It seems that no one at any of these new store fronts can or wants to answer these questions. In my opinion they just want you to keep buying the more expensive products to reach a level of medical comfort. I understand that this is also a business but care and compassion should come first.

Staff was extremely rude at the door and not at all helpful. They did not even try to listen to what was going on with my card which was a mistake by the state which I had correspondence related to. Luckily every other dispensary in the area is more friendly and helpful and I am able to still get what I need. Choose anywhere else if friendly and helpful personnel is important to you. Here they treat you like a degenerate trying to scam the system. It's a sensitive enough process without some grumpy woman judging you at the door. After explaining in detail my correspondence with the state (regarding a system delay in updating to my married name which has been a non-issue everywhere else) she repeated verbatim the same thing she said when she initially described her issue with my card as if I was somehow unable to understand her the first time. She gave absolutely no regard to what I had said. I wish I could give 0 stars. I would definitely avoid if it is your first time or if you expect a person-first mentality in medical establishments like this one fails to be. They act as if they are selling recreational drugs to select consumers rather than medication to sick patients. Any place other than this will meet your needs for a high standard of care better. They understand the need for a person at the door is to be humanly helpful rather than an extension of a computer screening system. The woman at the door is a gross affront to the industry. They might as well just have a self check in if they are so unwilling to be helpful. It is such a shame that this is the type of representation CY has because I have really enjoyed their products and seemingly thoughtful representation for the wide range of patient needs. Obviously they are not actually the type of company that I thought. Maybe sensitivity training could help here. I know I will not be returning until there is evidence of dramatic change.

CY dispensary is awesome! They are friendly and are able to answer all questions you may have. I first went to the Butler location,but now that the strip district location is open I go there. They are closer to home. I definitely recommend them! They have changed my life for the better!

This situation happened to me more than once and also to other people. This chain of dispensaries treats us like an extremely unwanted patient or client or whatever CY views us as. I ordered online at 10:15am. My order wasn't confirmed until about 1pm. I go to pick up my order and I am told they were out of what I ordered online! How is that possible if I placed the order shortly after the CY opened? So someone else that didn't order online got what I ordered? Why have online ordering if this shit happens? The employees there handled this with ZERO professionalism by arguing with me and saying if I don't want what they have I should just leave now. So that day I did not get my medicine that I ordered online before I went in. Stay away from any CY dispensary. Corporate swine.

I have been to several PA dispensaries and this location is by far the best experience I've had. Amazing knowledge by my consultant and the product selection was the just incredible in every method of medical delivery from the best pain cream you have ever used to top quality concentrates with many amazing tasty strains. I will absolutely go back to CY Pittsburgh!!

I've been getting my medicine from this location since their opening day. Previously I had been going to Solevo and CY+ in Butler. Penn Ave is much more convenient for me, and surprisingly the wait time is never long. The staff is friendly and helpful. I never feel rushed and usually am satisfied with their answers to my questions, but I also feel comfortable just saying what I need for my order when I am in a hurry or don’t necessarily want to chat about the medicine. Some employees are a bit more knowledgeable than others, but generally they know what they’re talking about and seem honest and nonjudgmental. I don’t feel pressured to spend more money or buy products I’m unsure about; in fact, they have made suggestions on how I can use the medicine more efficiently to reduce the cost. No, they do not always have what I need in stock, but neither do the other dispensaries. And yes, some of the products/growers are superior to others. Of course it is ridiculously expensive but again that is not exclusive to this PA dispensary. I took off a star for atmosphere; because phones are not permitted; it is difficult to communicate with my driver who can’t come in and has to park elsewhere being there’s no lot. That area of the Strip is busy and crowded and I don’t necessarily feel unsafe when I have to wait outside for my ride with my plain brown paper bag; there are cameras and of course a security guard inside. However, during one of my visits I was pestered for money upon entering and then again when I exited, by a man outside the door. All in all, CY+ on Penn is a great dispensary for my medical marijuana needs and I’m glad it’s there to improve the quality of my life.

No parking, horrible traffic and crowds of people make this an awful, inconvenient location. To work around the bad location, I use a caregiver to pickup my order. I’m sensitive to strains that cause anxious or paranoid, so I rely on Leafly. Unfortunately over half the strains at CY+ are not listed on Leafly and, no surprise, CY+ is not connected to Leafly. I do like the quality of the product and the prices are reasonable. Some customer service improvement would be very, very nice. Thank you.

I have visited this dispensary a handful of times because it’s literally about 5 minutes from my home. The facilities are beautiful and inviting. That’s about it. The staff here are not friendly at all, they are always high (totally understand your business, but I need accuracy & efficiency – smoke after work!). Often times they have no clue what they’re talking about. They’ll tell you one thing and then when you go home and research it, you’ll find a different answer. To top it off, the brand Cresco leaves a lot to be desired in regard to quality. This organization is in desperate need of leadership and customer service training. Are you in business to help people and create wellness or just to take advantage of people and their money? It’s noticeable, uncomfortable and I won’t be back.

will not allow any card holder out of state to purchase. even tho the law changed 1/16/19. employees not informed of current laws.

I absolutely love the staff. I stop here weekly and I am always in and out in under 10 minutes. I always order online and the order has always been accurate. The service is amazing and the selection is solid. Consistently good flower and cartridge selection.

I love the convenience of this location. The people at both locations are super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. But at this one you don’t have to stand outside in the elements waiting to enter. I have been to a few other dispensaries that didn’t feel very friendly or medical like these ones do.

Very good, friendly, great staff. First timer, so I didn't get that deep into the menu, but product quality is also A+. Be aware: No cellphones (cameras, etc) even in the waiting room, so you may want to bring a book/newspaper/magazine if you go during a busy time.

amazing staff and a consistent selection of great products. and they are only one of two dispensaries in Pittsburgh that give a full 10% veterans discount every day on every item. and they are the only dispensary open on Sunday. a very good place to get your meds.

Order online. 5 min later they text you telling you it’s ready. Breeze in and out with little to no wait. Best place ever!
