Won't honor 1st time bogo on certain products even though it says "any item". Bud tender kept pulling down his mask to talk to me. Most staff have no clue about most products it seems... Not sure how they got a job at a dispensary.

Budtender didn’t know the difference between live resin and sugar. I finally said fuck it and took the diamond-sauce I saw displayed. I asked for HighGradeAZ live resin and he said, and I shit you not, “Uh, well what grade are you looking for?”. Meanwhile, the other guy working the register 4 stations down felt the need to shout “OH NAH BRO THE BOGO DEAL DOESNT APPLY TO THAT” at me while I asked my budtender to get me 2 grams for a first time customer deal that was advertised literally on every wall of the store. When I explained that “oh no, you don’t understand, I’m a first time customer and it says right here that it’s BOGO on anything in the store for first time customers.”, he said “oh my bad bro — I didn’t know you were a first time customer.” So no, I would not recommend this to anyone.

Was so excited to go then I got the worst budtender. She missed part of my order, seemed to be annoyed or burdened by me. Said I prefer indica because sativa gives me a headache. When I asked what qualifies for new patient bogo, she said “oh you won’t like them, they’re all sativa or sativa dominant.” Btw this is BS - went with my friend and she got hooked up on exactly what I asked for. So I say ok, what kind of edibles do you have? Big sigh, didn’t seem to know, seemed upset that I asked. I had $200 to spend but after about $60 I was done. So uncomfortable, she made me feel like I was bugging her and she didn’t seem knowledgeable at all about flow in general or their own menu. Won’t be back.

friendly staff but Dont think I will be returning. Came in budtender super friendly and knowledgeable, however he made a mistake gave me the wrong flower that I did not want. Called in and explained what havened spent about 140 and when I called they asked didnt they go over the order or showed you what he was putting in the bag? I replied no he was talking to me about something else. she then continues to tell me that nothing can be done or offer a solution. I am pretty disappointed because if I am paying for something I would at least like to get what I ordered. I personally dont think I will be returning to this location

The female assistant manager is rude the attitude of the employees working under her are angry and don’t smile whenever she is there. It is such a shame used to shop here all the time but as long as she is working I will not return.

I purchased an eighth of Gelato from their gold tier and you would’ve thought I purchased an eighth of shake off their clearance rack! I will never purchase flower from this location again!!!

The dispensary is beautiful and they had an ok selection. The armed guard at the front door was a bit...off though. He just kept talking about how much he hated medical patients and that the people visiting the dispensary were assholes. He wasn’t really watching the door either, he was paying more attention to ranting about the customers. People were just walking in and out.
CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS. I am not even lying, 9/10 times when using this location, they have in some way or another messed up and forgot to give me a deal or didn't give me my change back or something.
I tried speaking to a manager about it and it was so condescending lol it was literally a waste of time trying to explain anything to him, no accountability.
Said that I forgot my change.. no sir, your budtender rounded up my debit card amount and didn't even tell me or ask me (even though I asked about the process so I could tip) so she kept that rounded up change then still accepted my cash tip. I get it, were all smokers but how is it that EVERYTIME I shop here, one of the budtenders forget something🤔
Thank God they got rid of that rude security guard they used to have!
I shopped here recently and bought 2 55$ 8ths from brand lot and I wouldn’t even give the weed away to a homeless dude that shit was so ass never again,I even asked the employee if she had tried and and told me it was very good and I would be happy,soon as I opened the bag it was dried crumble dirt weed,absolutely ridiculous I paid what I did for this
never felt a need to check a reciept till today. cheated on the change $10 I recommend customers check the receipt before they even leave and make sure it is 100% YOUR greedy employes cost you a customer. DO BETTER
The last time I went there a certain guy tried to over charge me by 20+ dollars. Then when I brought it up he tried to play it off like it was my fault . I like there products and deals but the customer service is horrible most of the time. I am really not happy

Make sure to check prices if you make an online order. I was over charged by almost $20 and didn’t catch it till I got home and looked at the receipt. I thought it seemed higher but thought maybe I read the online order wrong. Nope. Online order said it would be $42.54. In store they said it was $57.91. The item that was charged incorrectly was an item I was ONLY buying cause of the sale.
The blonde man was rude there was no one but security to check me in so I stood in online pick up line because I had an order and he went off literally on a whole rant about who was supposed to be there and what was supposed to be happening that wasn’t and offered me an application rudely and it was my first experience in this store and it was just very uncomfortable dealing with that guy

I come here at least once a week and I see that they got rid of the best employee there and the girl with braids is extremely rude. Told me to sit down when it hurts me to sit. I asked about delta 8 for my cancer, she did not even know what that was! I asked for melonie because she ALWAYS LOVES TO HELP me and I find out they let her go? Will not be back 😿😿😿😿😾😾😾😾😾😾😾💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔

Only writing this review based off one employee. She was harassed by a female customer for wearing something that she stood for and handle it PERFECTLY. As a person of color , it did my heart well knowing there’s still sane people on this planet who care about the next .

4th day they're open and already had to speak to a manager. I called in and was told they have all of these flavors for the 1000MG drip carts and was told to go look at the menu instead of them telling me what 1000MG flavors they for sure had on the floor. And then I go in and am told there are NO 1000MG drip carts, only 500MG which are more expensive technically. Really wanted the 3 1000MG for the 120 plus tax as to where 6 500MG are more expensive and still wouldn't honor the deal for the inconvenience of their false advertisement. Their Leafly menu is not updated and when you call in, they will tell you to just go look at the menu that is not updated at all. 4th day that this location is open and I am never coming here again. had bigger Hope's for you guys, but you guys honestly suck and should be reported to the better business bureau for false advertising

I’m so upset with this location, I was super excited for them to open but now that they are I don’t even want to go in. They are the only dispo that takes your temperature but then touches your property. And they have no shields anywhere in the building. Also it never looks like they are open.
