I placed an online order at 730 tonight. it said be ready between 830 and 930. I called at 830&915 and want ready said to ait for text. 5 mins before ten I call again to be told ny order hasn't been filled yet wasn't ready.. how can you not fill 4 grams of wax in 3 hours?? and they lady was rude basically said oh well gotta try to come tomorrow. said I should have just came in and they would have got it ready for me..WAIT WHAT I asked and yall told me wait for text. now its after 10 everywhere is closed i have no meds.. I AM A MEDICAL PATIENT FYI!! To me yall should have at least offered me the same BOGO I ordered for the next day cause 3 hours any place could have filled anything by now. Im just saying offer something not just hang up.. Yall be good!!

Dry expensive weed! Customer service sucks!

Fist time visit and will not be back. They took the two people that came in after me first then, the budtender that got my card didn't bother to get me like all the others did, and instead just yelled in a loud store. When I got to the counter I showed her what I was interested in and she told me that what I wanted was not part of the new patient special, I said cool show me what is....she then try's to get me to stand soo close to this giant man that we could exchange body fluids. I stayed back and instead of getting the hint she just started randomly yelling out the strains. Terrible, make your displays movable or ask people to wait so they can properly see what they are getting.

for my first time I was very disappointed cashier keep saying that there's no bogo kind treat me like shit..never shop here again

Been here twice. It's a tiny hole in the wall where the employees are present somewhat stoned, loud, unprofessional and just grungy. The first time I was there, the counter guy's eyes were glassy and I couldn't hear him other than when he mumbled "how can I get you high today?" Talk about uncomfortable and enbarassed. Seriously, I'm a medical professional picking up product for my disabled husband - not there to "get high". Such an unprofessional way to greet a client. Figuring it was just a one time bad experience, I stopped in again for one of their BOGO deals. The second visit was the same. Crowded, loud and unprofessional employees. Yelling and laughing back and forth to each other like they were in a bar on a Friday night. The product I needed was not in stock out front, so I politely asked if there was maybe any more stock in the back. She spoke some sort of word salad and stomped to the back with her thick matted dirty dreads swinging ... then came back up and clearly annoyed said to me "I TOLD you that we put all the stock out front - like I said, I TOLD you". I just looked at her and said "that may be what was rolling around in your head, but it didn't articulate out your mouth". My guess is she was trying to process the word "articulate" when I thanked her and walked out. Would never go back there .. reminds me of a 1970's drug den you'd see on tv.

Don’t spend the 100 dollar on the half oz of wedding cake, you can get 100 ounces at a different dispensary that’s the quality, I’ve never been so disappointed spending 100 in my life but now I can’t say that but everything else’s here I love little pricey but it’s Alright

This has to be the worst dispensary process ever. Save your time and go to Sol flower it’s 10 minutes away!! Small wait lines, a lot better service!

I have a great many dispensaries to choose from, but this morning, I chose Oasis. I chose Oasis because I found their sale price to be better than everyone else’s. I have only been here once or twice & have yet to be wowed by them. I purchased via Leafy 3x 100mg Baked Bros gummies for $13.09. I knew it was too good to be true, so I screenshot it for proof of the promised price. Weren’t they honor-bound to go through with the sale! If you promise me something to get me into your store, you better go through with it or give me something for my trouble. I’m very understanding & flexible. The real problem that I had is that my bud-tender had to be aware of the issue. So rather than being honest & fourth right & say something like, hey, I know that we messed up, so we’re willing to do this for you to make up for it. No, instead she wouldn’t make eye contact with me, wouldn’t participate in my attempts to make conversation & just rambled off 30 or 40 because there was nothing strange about a person buying 3 of the same items when they’re doing a Buy two for some set sale price. Why would I buy3? Come on! Right then & there, I realized that this store is all about the money & 0 interest in the people giving them the money. No thanks, there are many other dispensaries that offer a way more friendly & pleasant experience all around. I won’t be returning here. After only assuring me in a hushed tone that she could never sell 3 of these for that amount of money, I caught my losses, bought 2 for the set price & left. She only had to make eye contact with me & acknowledge that it was misleading & throw in a preroll or something to compensate me for tricking me into coming their way…but that wasn’t even on her mind. I was just currency that she needed to push though & out. Nope, I’ll head over to the ones that make me feel like a person that they have some genuine interest in. Luckily, there are way more of them than these scammy feeling ones like Oasis. I needed a shower afterwards. Seriously. Very icky all around.

I dislike the Dispensary not knowing their own products they are selling. Especially something being promoted. Didn’t appreciate driving 20 miles only to end up getting an 8th instead of an Oz, because the workers lack knowledge about the product. Reason I called a ahead. If want your time wasted, definitely head down here.

It was a really nice place. I’m sure it was just chaotic because of the first day, but the employees didn’t really know what they were doing or their own items/deals. It said vapen cartridges were on deal everyday in bulk so I went to get 4-6 of them. When I asked my budtender if they had a deal on vapen he said they didn’t, just timeless. So I just got those instead to not make things more difficult for them on their first day. I’m sure things will get better and settled in the coming weeks.👍🏼

Disappointed with the budtender, I will never smoke Haze concentrate again such a waist of medication. Not happy at all feel like I wasted money and I'm still in pain. It's so disappointing when your budtender doesn't know his product.

Maybe the workers shouldn’t smoke before they come to work so they can give you the right shit you ordered everything is misleading they’re all flower turns out to be popcorn nugs Would not recommend this shop to anybody.

first time visit was pretty annoying, it says here on menu bogo on these select strains but i bought 1 and had to choose lower tier for 2nd half. none of thw new places treat you respect or regard. just another customer not patient.

They spiked their prices and obviously do not care about the regulars who have been shopping there since it opened. I recommend going elsewhere for better prices and better product.

The female assistant manager is rude the attitude of the employees working under her are angry and don’t smile whenever she is there. It is such a shame used to shop here all the time but as long as she is working I will not return.

nice staff but unfortunately the flower quality on their Diamond Tier is not up to par. Also the 1st time patient deal is a little tricky basically alot restrictions so be aware. Maybe once they grow and have more of a quantity of a selection it might be worth to try it out as for now I would pass. they had 2 indica dominant strains to choose from i got them both and they are not great based on the tier.

Should have learned my lesson the last time they pulled the bait and switch on me. 40% off drip but of course the two I pick are not included. Never coming back

Was so excited to go then I got the worst budtender. She missed part of my order, seemed to be annoyed or burdened by me. Said I prefer indica because sativa gives me a headache. When I asked what qualifies for new patient bogo, she said “oh you won’t like them, they’re all sativa or sativa dominant.” Btw this is BS - went with my friend and she got hooked up on exactly what I asked for. So I say ok, what kind of edibles do you have? Big sigh, didn’t seem to know, seemed upset that I asked. I had $200 to spend but after about $60 I was done. So uncomfortable, she made me feel like I was bugging her and she didn’t seem knowledgeable at all about flow in general or their own menu. Won’t be back.

I shopped here recently and bought 2 55$ 8ths from brand lot and I wouldn’t even give the weed away to a homeless dude that shit was so ass never again,I even asked the employee if she had tried and and told me it was very good and I would be happy,soon as I opened the bag it was dried crumble dirt weed,absolutely ridiculous I paid what I did for this

never felt a need to check a reciept till today. cheated on the change $10 I recommend customers check the receipt before they even leave and make sure it is 100% YOUR greedy employes cost you a customer. DO BETTER

The last time I went there a certain guy tried to over charge me by 20+ dollars. Then when I brought it up he tried to play it off like it was my fault . I like there products and deals but the customer service is horrible most of the time. I am really not happy

Honestly will not go here. I read their bogo special (which did not say strain specific). So in order for me to use the bogo I had to buy their $44 eights, which is their premium stuff, and it was the driest weed I have had at any dispensary (other than shake), I ground the weed with my hands... highly disappointed, will not be going back here.

just going to go and add some more to my review that was posted above after scoping out my other two eighths that I purchased I am now at a total of 26 seeds in a half ounce of flower total wow I got enough seeds to start my own farm not happy very disappointed this must be one of those corporate pot shops I will never be going back there again my business will be going to Sol, Debbie's and allgreens dispensaries. they also need to know the difference between popcorn nugs and buds because apparently they clearly don't the labeling is wrong this place is whack rip off
