The security guard is very rude, the whole place is a mess in terms of getting medical patients their product. No way should a medical patient who ordered online be forced to wait longer than most of the recreational people there. It is by far the worst order and pick up system out of all the dispensaries I've been too. What's the point of medical people ordering online for convenience when it isn't convenient at all to order online at oasis?
Absolutely ridiculous as a medical patient I had to wait over an hour with the recreational customers to get my Leafy order. We are suppose to be priority over rec.

Aside from usual opening day pains, the flower is mids quality and expensive at $50 an eighth. Tax is not included in purchase price. Also, the owner or whoever needs to put a mask on if he's going to be wandering around the store in close proximity to patients.
Long wait times, no care whatso ever, no urgency. Don’t even bother placing an online or leafly order, it doesn’t matter they will put you in the same line. And you can’t edit your order on the spot, which doesn’t make any sense. These employees lack customer service and general thinking.

Made a pick up order and was requested to wait 3 hrs before picking it up after its has been ready. As big medical professional recommendation this is not the location to go to, the line requires you to stand with recreational patients. Crazy Carlos Checking in here, to my 1500 medical followers please don’t use this location.

Bought an ounce of wedding cake on sale today got home ready to smoke then I open it and smell it and I don't care what oasis says this is not wedding cake this was a waste of my money and I will not shop here again bad flower I feel ripped off

Put an online order in and they replaced one of the strains with something else without notifying me. Didn’t know til I got home. It was a sativa and those give me crippling anxiety. So thanks guys. You should really clarify, especially since I’m MEDICAL, meaning this is medicine. A pharmacy wouldn’t do that so why should you? Better training is needed for sure.

Getting this out of the way. I enjoy the product at this store. I DON’T appreciate how they treat med customers like shit now. I can’t blame employees. They’re great. It’s the greedy ass owners who decided it was cool to lump med and rec deals together. This dispo used to have the best deal, but now they’re just like all the other trash dispos around the valley. Med customers made your business. That’s a fact. Throwing us off the the side and basically telling us to get fucked is bullshit. What’s the point of having my card if I’m treated just like a rec patient??

I'm in no way downing your dispo, but you came to Glendale with those high prices. there is no way I'm paying 50 plus tax. yall dont know ponderosa, Debbie's, WAM have the same medical but lower price. yall dont want nobody to visit I take it. the way the reviews looking, I'll never spend a dime here.

I do not like that calling in a medical patient order ahead of time to come pick up, you still have to wait in line. I was told 25 min even though I have an order ready for pick up. It took an hour to actually get Inside and pick up my order. Slowly but surely i am getting disappointed with the way medical patients are being treated. I used to love this place. They used to actually run my order out to me if I had it called in when I had my son with me. That was good customer service. I miss that. The customer service standards are gone. Another dispensary down the drains. Hope one day they fix their issues and realize the customers are the one paying the bills.

the manager Michelle says I was disrespectful. cause I yelled . well I am upset I wait 2 hours to be told u failed at filling my order. what is disrespectful is the manager oasis and whoever is in charge because they suck. they should close. this is completely bs and can't believe how I was treated.

I tried calling to see if something was in stock and was told to just go off Leafly I did and when I got there it wasn’t in stock anymore. I got referred $100 worth of product and when I got home they were all below top tier quality. Not worth the time and money

after their change to recreational, prices are unknown until u get to store, and their tremendously higher. their point system is rigged for the house benefit, their low end flower is garbage, high end is decent. this place is no better than anywhere else. if their locations closer, go there. I'm gonna go to a new place from her on out

Worst Dispensary in Phoenix, I don't even mind waiting in long lines, that's not the issue but when you have a order filled out for a med patient, already check them in, and THEN CLOSE you need to complete those orders for med patients. make your cutoff time for checking in patients sooner. and complete. the. patients. you. check. in!!

I’m a medical patient who has been going here for some time Tonight I made a express order and I was on the phone with a customer service rep asking question about what I ordered she straight up HUNG up the phone said “ okay bye”I was like hey I’ didn’t get to ask my question She said “ okay BYE”. Wtf kinda customer service is this ?! I cancelled my order I called back to let her know that I wanted to talk to another person and she was very rude and did not want to answer a simple question... I work in customer service and that’s one thing you DO NOT DO. I will never come back here again
