this dispensary has gone downhill since opening, the flower is trash as their own tenders have told people they are flushing the product to get it out to sale faster. Their security guard hates medical patients and regularly attempts to engage them in disputes so he can then 86 them. Management is aware and doesn't care. They only care about rec sales as they make more off sales tax. Customer service is unheard of and no accommodations for patients. I can't be I fought for trumed to send their product to this trash dispo, do yourself a favor and go Trumed, Herbal wellness center. Jars or literally anywhere but this place. I'm sure this review will be taken down as this dispo pays leafy lots of money to take bad reviews down and also to promote their dispo ✌

The lady who answers the phone is so damn rude , pathetic

My wife and I went in for our first time. Front desk lady rudely asked if we were going in together or separate. We asked what the difference is and she said "if you're just going to stand there I'll just put you in separate". If your front desk doesn't know or doesn't want to explain anything to first time customers, you don't deserve customers. Would rate as ZERO STARS if possible. Way too many friendly dispensaries to put up with their rudeness.

Only writing this review based off one employee. She was harassed by a female customer for wearing something that she stood for and handle it PERFECTLY. As a person of color , it did my heart well knowing there’s still sane people on this planet who care about the next . STOP ALLOWING RACIST TO SHOP AT YOUR STORES

The quality in the products is good but there customer service is terrible and had to buy drip for my first time patent deal cuz they had nothing I wanted even tho not worth the drive

Waited outside for 45 minutes.. slow service most likely won’t return

For y’all not even having a grand opening yet, things are coming together! The entire state is short on flower but you guys have tons, and good quality brands. Even during covid, you’re honoring FTPs and that’s LIT! People don’t seem to be giving you guys a chance. I was happy I didn’t have to wait outside in the heat like most dispos right now. Thank you for opening early for us patients to come take a peek. I look forward to the grand opening coming soon 🤘🏼

everything about this place is fantastic but the quality of the medicine I went in yesterday for a 99 dollar half off the gold shelf and after looking to see what they had I was disappointed dry popcorn nugs. even the cooperstate strain they had were bad glad I didn't waste 200 dollars here instead you should go just to the street a bit to reef! great quality meds and way better prices 168 for an oz off the gold shelf! I will never return to oasis. reef employees even consider oasis a "bad word" loooool don't waste your money at oasis they need to step it up in the flower department

They changed the FTP deal at the last moment at their new location. Just about every dispensary in the valley with multiple locations offers a BOGO at each individual location you visit. THEY DONT! Acura leaf is close, harvest is down the road, and debbies is in close proximity.

I would like to come in and be one of your patients, but literally all of the brands I'm interested in you put restrictions on for FTP deals.

No social distancing whatsoever. Lady was really rude when I didn’t want to be close to the corner register with 6 other people around it. Lady had her mask half way off and didn’t give me a name. Only took the temp of some shoppers. Also only gave me two options of flower and one of wax on the ftp. The flower was good but safety is more important

First time there. The security guard is cool. He was great to talk to while waiting in line. The Dosi (G4) was DRY AF!! There was a huge bud but it was super dry and dark like the room was too cold and it hurt the plant. The Sophie’s punch was ok but all the buds were small. Overall not a good experience

The lady at security! Plus she’s not very pleasant and she insists I handed her my phone cause my medical card is on it I don’t have a problem showing it then she has friends or family inside has problems with her(I.d) so security starts fussing w/ budtender security say she has her right id on her phone . Then she went back to door where 5 others walked in

Good service,good weed Not the best atmosphere

I can't give lower that 1 but I would. The Ice Cream Cake purchased on 5/21/21 was the worst batch of flower I have purchased from any dispensary in the time I have had my Medical card. It tasted like dirt weed, and was generally no bueno in all aspects! Sad to say because I loved the Ice Cream Cake cartridge I have had! I will say the service at this dispensary is always friendly and as prompt as they can be. It's not very convenient to now have to check in at one location and go to another building to purchase, especially this time of year.

Went in for my first time today, had a bad experience, not going back. - Why do you make first time customers fill out a clipboard of hand-written information like a doctors office? There are much better ways to do that in 2022. Bad customer experience. - My impression was that none of the employees wanted to work or to be there. Bad attitude, bad tone, bad body language, etc. Conclusion: there are dispensaries all over Phoenix FIGHTING for my business. This place seems like it doesn’t care. I’ll find a different place to buy my weed. (Note: the product is good, but can be found at other local dispensaries)

Told me to sit down when it hurts me to sit. I asked about delta 8 for my cancer, she did not even know what that was! I asked for melonie because she ALWAYS LOVES TO HELP me and I find out they let her go? Will not be back 😿😿😿😿😾😾😾😾😾😾😾💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔
