Horrible dispensary they false advertise their first time patient deal and make you choose from their most expensive flower. Worst one I’ve been too in Arizona by far and horrible customer service

I went in, ordered a great strain, noticed I was being charged 15 more dollars but hey tax am I right? went home to the wrong gram in my bag and was upsold the higher tier. so I was then prompted to call to ask about the mistake and if anything could be done to correct and was "put on hold" and hung up on. nice oasis.

All dispensaries should value original medical customers. All dispensaries should honor pricing and deals that were given to medical customers. Taking my business elsewhere. Recreational weed has ruined the business for patients.

Before this place became recreational everything was perfect. In and out no problems ever. Since recreation hit, there’s one long line mixed with both medical and recreational defeating all reasons to have your medical card. Waited over 30 minutes and not one person asked if anyone here was for medical. I am a medical patient in need of my medicine while these people are here for fun. Also due to recreational, all of my reward points are no longer useful because “they need product” which medical patients are “their main priority” clearly not. This place along with others have completely ruined it for the medical patients all for another dollar. Place used to be a good spot to go to but truthfully I don’t see myself going there anymore. Have completely turned me and plenty of other medical patients away.

Budtender recommend some Ice cream cake flower from BSL farm. It was boo boo, tasted like home grown trees. The 1/8 hut for 53$ and it gave me a headache, won't even finish the 1/8. On top off the boo boo, oasis can't find all my loyalty points.

Pretty frustrating everytime we come to this place they have changed the checkin process...keep it simple! Ready 3...2...1... Line 1 is for online orders express pick up! Line 2 MEDICAL PTS ONLY and Line 3 Everyone else! Pretty simple guys!!! Be consistent with your checkin process...its about to be Hot AF outside to be havin any folks standin in lines for 20-30 min!!! Yall got 2 suites!!! For what Use ONE for MEDICAL PTS/ONLINE ORDERS & the other for the rest!!! There ya go pretty simple! Bottom line KEEP YOUR MEDICAL AND ONLINE FOLKS YOUR PRIORITY!!!!

I'm a a frequent visitor of Oasis in Glendale and I'm supremely disappointed in the price hike due to the recreational legalization of marijuana like seriously you have 8ths that used to be $20 an now 30 buck everything ia 9 dollars higher than a few days ago...booooooooooooo and shame

Before recreational was introduced it was an easy process but now its like buying weed before we had dispensaries. You go to one house and put in an order and then wait like 30 minutes and then you can meet the dealer and then get you order for what feels like an hr later? You guys need a better process!

I bought have ounce of the gold tier and this is outdoor sooo dry no high at all and it was 150 for half o of some low grade outdoor greenhouse type bud. Dont go here if unless you want waste ur money.

The review I left yesterday was somehow deleted so here it goes again. Today’s visit was a nightmare. I’ve never had a rude budtender until today. Adam was extremely rude, dismissive, and walked away from me while I was inquiring about the pricing. I was beyond disrespected by Adam. I ended up requesting another budtender to check me out Adrian, the manager, was supposed to help with checking out by applying my discount. Once he was finished, my $269 ounce came out to like $290. He didn’t apply the $20 off $200 promotion for today or my 25% discount. When I asked where the 25% off is, I was told $8 was taken off. We all know 25% of $269 is well more than $8. I don’t know what’s going on but the new operation here is terrible

Just was in the other day, I was told I couldn’t browse around and look for what I needed for my chronic pain, I just wanted too see what they had. Instead I had a very unprofessional girl as a bud tender telling me what I can and can’t do? I will NOT be returning. Properly train your employees or your not gonna have business. Lady at the front desk broke my ID and they told me they weren’t at fault even though it was only slightly bent before, and she full on snapped it. They told me they’d still accept it if it was taped, as if that makes up for the fact that my ID is no longer valid thanks to them. So they’re willing to accept an ID that is no longer valid (illegal and unethical) to avoid any blame or issues? Yikes. They also lied to me about the product I was buying and told me it was on me, even though the budtender lied, when I called in with these issues. They tried to play it off like I didn’t understand what they were talking about (thanks for the condescending attitude). Customer service is terrible. They also lied and said if I signed up for the loyalty program that I’d get a discount on my purchase today. I gave them all my info and received no discount. I was hoping it was just the Chandler locations that were bad but it seems to just be the company culture as a whole. Will not be coming here and will continue to tell my friends to avoid at all costs. Everyone SEEMS nice until you have an issue.

I agree the flower is no where near quality of other shops in the area. I wasted half O of allotment on dry, tasteless flower. Aeriz and Grown 4 brands. Please consider hiring a qualified QC employee. Or visit other shops in the area. Beautiful building and friendly employees but the medicine is not up to par.

Smh another dispo not ready for rec. No COVID19 precautions nor different check ins for medical or online orders. This is why we should have had the prop revised a few more times before we passed it guys. Hey not all bad though! Your receptionist was really nice and apologetic when she didnt need to be. And thanks for the still having some deals during this time.

NOPE! The most easygoing place to go is NOT! I think my budtender was having a mental breakdown. Everything I said was met with 'give me a second' and a dirty look. I found her obvious rudeness off putting so I got louder and she got WAY loud. At one point she mumbled into the counter (loudly) perhaps cussing me out..not sure. So I asked what she said and she said 'nothing...to YOU!' So I mentioned that I would be calling someone when I left and she went OFF! Damn! She then screamed for her manager to come over. He took over and took her side while she stood behind him laughing. Thats right! Remember this was a busy store and this was all very LOUD! I paid and told her that I hope she feels better about herself and you guessed it...bi*** LOST IT. Im currently looking for a new store. 😳

This was an alright place when they first opened. Even when they had long lines, no security and limited products I was still coming. Went back here not only once but gave it a few chances and EVERY TIME I left pissed off. Now even with security present they still have it all in organized for medical patients. The other day they had the medical line in the street of the parking lot on the side of the rec line while it was raining. Unorganized but not a big deal. Then I go inside and every time I request just to look at the product I want to buy they get frustrated and throw a list at me. They got me with a bait and switch once so I want to see it now. Cresco Wax was gold in display and got home to some stuff that was black! She told me I should be caring more about the strain and the lineage of what I’m smoking rather than how it looks... really?? I could care less about the ancestry of the strain I just want the fire!!! Never coming back the management here is horrible and the staff is clearly strung out. Go back to McDonald’s budtenders!!!

Clerks are great, usually: Three times now I’ve gotten home & found an incorrect item in my bag. I should not have to check & make sure the clerk is giving me what they say they’re giving me. 50% of the time the THC content quoted by the clerk is NOT what’s on the container. If I pay for premium grade, I expect the clerk to tell me when bud is not high potency. Stop covering information like THC content with the stupid labels. I can only assume they do this so we won’t know. Not too hard to put it somewhere it won’t block info. I’m sure they know this but have dark reason for hiding it. 60% of the dispensaries I’ve patronized have a current menu that list, at the very least, THC content of selections. Many also include the terpenes. Not only is this information hard to find at this location, it’s usually unavailable. At this place, they slap your hand if you touch the displays to see the THC content. Very sophomoric. If I’m going to pay outrageous prices (double street value) I expect the same service I would get at a liquor store. They can tell you the alcohol content as well as what’s in it. Pot shops need to do the same!
