Big girl working 9/24 330 pm at reception was absolutely rude and ignorant when asked why people were getting called back out of order. I’m med, with an online, no reason the person behind me in line should go back before me. Get better, while you do so I’ll be getting my product elsewhere. Experience starts with customer service and y’all failed that part so nothing else matters.

Every single time I order online, I go there and watch them scramble to find any concentrates I ordered. Every time I wait 5-10 mins watching the budtender search through the fridge and the back area for it. Get better Harvest. Have your concentrates in an easily accessible area for your employees. I normally tip but I will not until I actually come in and my order is legitimately filled.

Put an online order in and they replaced one of the strains with something else without notifying me. Didn’t know til I got home. It was a sativa and those give me crippling anxiety. So thanks guys. You should really clarify, especially since I’m MEDICAL, meaning this is medicine. A pharmacy wouldn’t do that so why should you? Better training is needed for sure.

Over price bud. At $50 an eighth I was expecting a lot more. I used my FTP BOGO so basically I paid $25 an eighth. That’s about how much I’d say those eights are worth. Dope ass people and frankly if the music is too loud you’re too old to be there. Stay in sun city. Lol. But most likely I won’t be back, if the $50 top shelf didn’t impress then I know for sure those $35 eighths might scare me.

While it was midtown roots i was treated with respect and my trip was always pleasant, now that it is curaleaf i will not be returning, use your ftp and get outta there. Horrible customer service. Decent quality, but for some reason every curaleaf location ive been to (3 locations at this point) they all have had rude employees.

Ehh, what can I say? When wax is dirt cheap what kinda quality can ya expect? Went for the deals for 420 and the 10$ grams that they usually charge 30 for (a joke) all sizzled in my banger and gave me fat headaches. All depends on the batch of wax sometimes its decent sometimes its trash.

greenhouse has good flower and tasty wax but imo a little too pricey. I've found dispensaries with the same quality or better for way cheaper. it's a shame since it's so close to my home. but I do admit when they have deals I always take them up.
