Sol Flower - Sun City (MED/REC)

Bartender was not knowledgeable about which products were Sol brand and which aren't. I went in for my ftp no-go. Was told kosher skunk is not a house shatter, which it is. I was going to get 14g of it but had to settle for others. Then when I asked her what type of other concentrate they have, she left out the fact they have live rosin. Kinda shirty because would have bought at least 10g of that. Seeing what I could have gotten I'm a little upset. Oh well just won't go back

Not a fan of their flower since it’s always dry, but they’re deals on carts are pretty good. First time patient deal was dope.

Everything is great but they need to do something about the pickup orders. Came in and sat for 30 minutes behind check in patients so not really sure what the online ordering is for.

I’ll start with the good, they put ice packs in my exit bag for my concentrates. Now the bad, the house rosin From Arae concentrates is completely trash harsh and taste like scrapping a pipe for resin. Got stuck with 5 grams from a bulk deal and every strain I got tasted horrible and burned my throat and left my banger black and dirty. Stay away from their house brand. It’s cheap for a reason. A deal on them isn’t for the kindness of their heart it’s because they need to make a quick buck before tossing it into the trash

Overpriced dried weed that doesn’t even seem like it matches what it’s THC percentage claims. Bought a jar of 22Red from here and even it was dried to absolute crap. A waste of *$55* which is completely overpriced, just like everything else in this dispo. Can’t wait til y’all raise prices even more! Good thing I get better flower elsewhere.

Love deals on stiiizy but their preroll quality is terrible. I have tried MANY different strains from this location, but they never seem to burn correctly even when repacked/rolled. I bought 5 on special and not a single one smoked correctly, they all had to be dumped into a bowl/ seemed to be filled with practically powder.

The best FTP (first time patient) deal ever! It was BOGO plus a free 500 mg cartridge and another cartridge if you bought a cup of coffee. It is in a very large, relaxed space. They have a classroom where I hope to attend some classes. Sol Wellness is different... in a good way.

Pointless to make online order doesnt get you service any faster, still have to sit and wait to be called back when my order is ready for me when i show up. Utterly useless to make online order.

The tenders need to learn how to read. Three times now I've ordered online then recieved the wrong items in house. Stop smoking in the parking lot and do your job.

I've been coming to Sol Flower since they opened and having made the rounds of all dispensaries in the area this is by far my favorite. The atmosphere is very comfortable and warm, the cafe and bar add so much! Every employee has been helpful and friendly. Every product I've gotten has been fresh and exactly what I needed. The service has now gotten 1000X better with delivery service!!! I tell all my medical friends to go to Sol.

Sol deserves their 4.9 rating. Personable bud tender, relaxed atmosphere, good quality for the price on Sol Gold.

Dollie was amazing! she was extremely knowledgeable and knew what i needed! i’ve never been to a dispensary where they actually took the time to understand why i was there. i have an epidural injury after having my son and DOLLY helped direct me to the edibles and strains that would benefit me. as a new mom we deal with stress and anxiety as it is, and miss dolly took all that weight off me and helped me determine my dosage, what times of the day i should take them, and what strains would benefit me most. i felt nothing but charisma and love from the moment i walked through the doors. thank you dolly you are the SOL reason i will be back. much love <3

I went on the opening day of this place. First impression is that it’s huge! Also has cafe, and yoga room. So pretty cool right? They offer discounts for when you order from the cafe. They also have a wide variety of flower, and cartridges to choose from. I would highly recommend this Dispensary if you’re looking for a different type of experience. Can’t wait to go back this Monday to try the coffee.

Patient Beware. Sol Flower does not honor FTP special listed. Leafly states:“1st Visit: BOGO on Copperstate Cartridges, Moxie Products, Good Things Coming, or Sol or Premium Shelf Flower.” Bottom and mid-shelf flowers was what I was allowed to choose. First impressions are lasting, will not return.

Nice location but two bus tenders on a Saturday. 8 people sitting on the couch waiting for medicine. That’s ridiculous!! 80 minute wait time for the 9th person. Stupid customer service. I’ve got into sold out concerts faster than that.

Been here many many times. Don't order from their website!!! Management refuses to honor deals advertised along with the link "ORDER TODAY!" Complained and they said it's an outdated deal. So be careful, their website is outdated.

I always seem to get screwed over here . Never get the proper deals just terrible now.

My new favorite dispensary! The house concentrates here are high quality which is rare to find when it comes to in house dispensary products. My bud tender was Judy and she was very informative, helpful, and patient which I love. Looking forward to my next visit. Also the strawberry and cucumber green tea is a must try from their cafe!

The location is beautiful! Seriously the best design in the valley! Desk employees are extremely helpful and pleasant to be around, but once you go through the glass doors into the dispensary, the service just goes down hill. This was my second time in, first time was terrible service with a female employee In the morning, I can’t remember her name. This time I decided to do express pickup since I knew I wanted dead breed flower and didn’t want to deal with crappy service🤨 the Budtender took me back, looked in my bag and then told me the total without even showing or explaining which product I had selected, he was too busy worried about his break at 5:30; I paid the total thanked him and went on with my day. In my opinion customer service should always be priority over anything else, the Tempe location has an overall better vibe right now and maybe it’s just growing pains and they’ll take criticism fairly and address the issues, but I’ve spent quite a bit of money here ($160+ within the last couple weeks). I still haven’t used my FTP because they won’t honor buying a “guest shelf flower” with their “gold” or “silver” tier flower. I don’t want copperstate flower, I only come to sol for dead breed, give me 20% off instead of the copperstate BOGO and I’ll be happy. I only came today because the Tempe location didn’t have dead breed on their menu. I’m sure I’ll be back in at some point this week, looking forward to better service.

Took advantage of the first patient deal, with some moxie carts however two days later I come to find distillate all over my dresser ruining it and two carts half way leaked out. When I called in to explain what had happened the receptionist had told me the manager would call me back What my issues was, reception. The face of the business, whose top priority should be customer service, seemed to rush me off the phone when I called about my carts, I understand that this is a busy industry but there is no reason I as a paying customer should be rushed off the phone when I was the one inconvenience with the leaky carts and a ruined dresser that I have to explain to my wife

Bought a gram of aeriz gmo tonight to come home and find out they only gave me .67 and the stuff is 50 bucks a gram why are they not even giving a full gram
