Ashley is almost always my bud tender when I go in the mornings, she provides great customer service and always remembers me when I come in.

I’ve had my medical card for almost 7 years and had never been here before. My first experience earlier in the week was fantastic, picked up Blue Gushers flower on the bud tenders recommendation and I absolutely loved this strain. I decided to come back today and try some more house flower, picked up some Grape Soda which is a purple pheno of Tahoe OG, again great quality and priced accordingly too, the 60-70 range for an 1/8 is a bit high for my personal preference. Overall amazing experiences first and second time, The Good Dispensary is my go to from here on out. Big shout out to Marcus for the amazing customer service! I start working for this company on Monday in their garden and without even knowing I was employed by them, the experience was better than almost every other dispensary in the valley. Highly recommend!

I can’t say I’ve ever been a fan of Curaleaf. But this location hit the nail on the head on all markers, great customer service, fast service and good product priced appropriately. Tori is great at her job, knew all the strains off the top of her head, definitely the kind of person you want as your bud tender! Thank you for making my dispensary trip less of a pain🙏🏽

Nice place, there’s still a lot of kinks to iron out though. First and foremost I waited almost 45 minutes in line with only two people ahead of me, when I got to the front of the line, the only bud tender they had at the time decided her shift was over and told me to hold on for another person..2 budtenders at 5pm on a weekday is kind of ridiculous? If you’re short staffed, why are you open? Second, both 1/8s that I purchased smell and taste like wet hay, an indicator that the weed was not dried/cured properly, I’m assuming because they wanted to get product on the shelves of the new dispensary....I’ve worked on and off in the industry for the last 3 years, I’ve grown,trimmed and done bud tending, this place needs to get a grip on how to conduct customer service properly as well as putting product on the shelves that’s actually smokeable. PS I’ve called, left a message and emailed, I’d like a manager to respond to my messages please.

This was my first great experience with a bud tender in the AZ industry. Justin B. Is extremely knowledgeable and has potential to be an owner or manager in this industry without a doubt. I’ve worked in cultivation for the last few years and haven’t found the right fit in terms of grow, it’s hard to find great companies let alone employees that actually care to educate themselves on how marijuana should be grown and consumed. Hype is hype, the real ones will prevail in the industry without a doubt. Highly recommend going to see Justin here, he’ll get you set up with exactly what fits your needs👊🏽🔥

I love this dispensary, my one complaint would be placing online orders and never receiving confirmation to pick up, it’s happened a few times, but I understand how busy this location is. I see a bunch of negative reviews on pricing when in reality their prices are the same as everyone else, with Tax at any other dispo you’re paying 48-55 for potent planet of tru infusion, tax is included in the price here, so the prices appear to be higher when in reality, they’re not. Stop complaining about prices, we have a high demand to grow and sell products to the dispensaries and because of the raised unemployment, everything flies off the shelves in a day, if you think this is bad, just wait until recreational weed gets put into place, 65-75 1/8s all day! Educate yourself before opening your mouth about pricing of products, because things will change very soon! Rant over...LOVE Emerald

Love this place! I picked up an OZ of Caps Cut MAC, the brand was labeled as Grow Sciences and the quality definitely matches...really hard to pass up a $150 full OZ...especially if it’s grown by GS, huge score!🔥

I really like this dispensary a lot. The customer service is phenomenal, products are priced right and the location itself is gorgeous. My only complaints would be the size of the parking lot and the tax is crazy high here. Overall LOVE this dispensary, I’ve been here a few times, really nice that I can walk here from my house!

I had a great all around experience, Seth is awesome! Made my experience the best I’ve had in a very long time. The wait times may be lengthy, but they’re handling it to the best of their ability. The facility is smaller and can’t fit that many people in the building hence why everyone is waiting outside. I haven’t been to a dispensary in the last month where the wait time hasn’t been over 45 minutes and with 420 right around the corner, everyone wants to have a good time In quarantine. My advice is to come prepared for a wait and don’t complain, wear a mask and bring something to read while you wait for the best weed or concentrate in Arizona!

I hadn’t been here in almost 2 years. I was really surprised by the service, they’ve improved significantly from the last time I was there. Don’t complain about the wait, it’s everywhere and these guys are banning out deals still. Thank you for the great service and hard work Desert Rose staff and management! Your hard work isn’t going unnoticed
