Sol Flower - Sun City (MED/REC)

SLAP IN THE FACE TO MEDICAL PATIENTS! First I absolutely love Sol Flower(don't get me wrong still loyal BUT), I have been going nowhere but Sol pretty much since they opened, recently tho they decided that recreational (SUPPLY AND DEMAND BLAH BLAH) was going to throw a wrench in us medical patients world, I budget a certain amount every month for my MEDS which I NEED due to extreme tourettes syndrome, now sadly I am scrambling to rearrange bills(I'm disabled) in order to afford my meds as the popcorn halfOZshave gone away, as well as bulk discount (REALLY GUYS?) Us medical patients have got you where you are today please show us the courtesy of at least pretending to care about us medical guys!!!!

place has really gone downhill

Terrible dispensary. I was promised could return and use my first time patient deal. But bc of rev they won’t honor it. Lame to not stand by your word. Also not giving me the patient info about myself is not a HIPPA violation. It’s literally MY info. So obviously REC sales are all they care about now so MED patients DONT BOTHER wasting you time for subpar product.

Came here all the time, now they can’t seem to keep their prices the same, keep going up and down, the product has also changed in a negative way since going rec, they only care about the money and the not patients who need it for medicine, definitely was my last time shopping there.

SENDING OUT TEXT BLASTS AT 1-2 AM IS NOT THE WAY TO EARN MY BUSINESS!!! I have received 2 texts in the middle of the night in the past week! SERIOUSLY! STOP!!!

This is the worst Sol Flower dispensary in the valley. The budtenders waare neither helpful or friendly. Actually they are nasty and stuck up. Made my experiences completely horrible. Go someplace else, these people are the worst.

Normally I love this place but seeing how I have SEVERAL friends who had the same problem it makes me never want to spend money here when we preorder then they cancel it on us horrible

These guys sold out and the flower is always dry AF. Shopping elsewhere for now.

Update: the second online order I placed on the SOL website today (first one was canceled for no reason, i asked when I got to the building) wasn't packed correctly. Had to prove what I ordered via the website on my phone to the budtender as they kept telling me that maybe I forgot to add everything to my order. Maybe don't give the customer a hard time when you get their order incorrect. Best to apologize & correct the mistake. Twice in one day. Not a good look, Sol. Original review: Ugh. When they force you to order via their website & then they cancel your order before you can even get there. FYI Some of us like to order in the morning so we can ensure you have what we need in stock but this way works too... insert sarcasm here. I sadly cannot recommend this place to anyone anymore.

Every time I think of coming back to Sol I change my mind! How are you go to consider yourself medical dispensary and yet sell products that only have 10% thc this place is home now since recreational came to Sol! The quality has gone way down hill and prices have gone way up! And it’s not a supply and demand because other dispensaries have products in the high 20% range and cost the same price! Save your money and look else where! I can guarantee you all the reviews are coming from people that are over 65 or older because anybody under the age of 50 knows better and all these people are probably recreational reviews none of them were medical reviews because if you look all of the medical purchases are all negative if you read them! #sollostitssoul

I've been coming here since they open my medical card expired a few months back so I've been going REC. SO I WENT IN YESTERDAY AND THEY TURNED ME AWAY BECAUSE MY ID DIDN'T HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE BUT ARIZONA DOESN'T HAVE EXPIRATION DATES THIS SUCKS 😑

This was my go to dispensary then Rec became legal. Prices have gone up and why did you take away the rewards program? Now you get nothing for being loyal. They claim you have a wallet that periodically sends you deals but what a lie. I signed up and to this date have received nothing. Before I used to get reward dollars actually saving me monies now I pay more. The other dispensaries have a rewards program, lower prices, and better quality product. Time to go elsewhere

Very upset about my interaction there this morning. I went right when they opened and I was assisted by a girl who could obviously care less about me as a patient and instead she was there to make her wage and go home. I researched ahead of time and had to know my deals myself because when I asked her about deals and such she was clueless, in fact!, I was planning on purchasing a 500mg cart of Pineapple Express and when she rang it up it was fourty-something and I was shocked because a local competitor had the same Timeless cart for 2 for $50. Well, I mentioned that and she was like “oh, yeah we have the same deal”. I was so frustrated with her already because she was totally clueless of her products and did not have a sales-bone in her body. I was just annoyed by her energy, she had the hole “I hate mornings”, and probably everything else at this stage in life, vibe about her. I have to admit I was annoyed on my first visit too because I got the same uninterested vibe then from another tender so I guess that’s standard quality satisfaction there and I won’t be back. I left and went to White Mountain, talk about night and day difference. I was being lazy and didn’t want to make the drive but sometimes quality, pricing, and bedside manner is worth the miles. I ended up walking out and telling her she didn’t deserve my business.🤬👎

deals were really good before rec. now they’re pathetic, they used to do $60 popcorn halves and they were actually good. now it’s $85 for some dark-looking suspect stuff in the 15-19% range. what gives? then they got rid of their point system, so now everything is super overpriced. what happened to taking care of the medical patients? i’d be better off picking up from the street smh so disappointing

first time there was a great experience and I was looking forward to coming back to take advantage of the new patient specials I was promised and check out other stuff they had. Unfortunately they mislead me and changed the new patient deal to nothing special. Just another over priced, misleading money hungry place looking to rip off the elderly that have no clue in Sun City. Theres 4 other med shops that offer way better new patient discounts, deals and meds in general less that 2 miles away from this place. And they keep there word when dealing with their patients, please look around before spending your money here.

New favorite dispensary. They have been open for less than a week and already have better quality product than most dispensary’s I’ve seen in Arizona. Definitely will be coming here more!

This place has not been doing good Since the Recreational part started The flower has gone in down in potency and quality. Sad this place is really nice inside.

since the rec change this place sucks for prices and has no consideration for medical users anymore the only time they say for medical purchase only it's the most ridiculous priced flower u can find 50$ for a 8th really wow wtf

i have been coming here since you opened. i have been buying the popcorn flower because it was affordable at $60 'for a half ounce and now you have rose the price by first $10 dollars to $70 but that wasn't a good enough gouge then hit us with 15 more dollars to $85. you my so called friends have just priced me out of your dispensary for good. here and i thought you people were trying to help us here in sun city. turns out just another money grab !

Not a fan of their flower since it’s always dry, but they’re deals on carts are pretty good. First time patient deal was dope.

Call the head of time to learn about the new patient specials was told I could get bug go on any flower when arrived was denied BOGO on the flower I wanted Trail all the way across Phoenix to come specifically why I called ahead to leave empty-handed probably won't be coming back to this dispensary

Love deals on stiiizy but their preroll quality is terrible. I have tried MANY different strains from this location, but they never seem to burn correctly even when repacked/rolled. I bought 5 on special and not a single one smoked correctly, they all had to be dumped into a bowl/ seemed to be filled with practically powder.
