Took advantage of the first patient deal, with some moxie carts however two days later I come to find distillate all over my dresser ruining it and two carts half way leaked out.
When I called in to explain what had happened the receptionist had told me the manager would call me back
What my issues was, reception. The face of the business, whose top priority should be customer service, seemed to rush me off the phone when I called about my carts, I understand that this is a busy industry but there is no reason I as a paying customer should be rushed off the phone when I was the one inconvenience with the leaky carts and a ruined dresser that I have to explain to my wife

After coming back my experience has been pleasantly better then my past. Management is impeccable and I am happy to continue taking my business here

I will no longer go here because of the wait times. ive waited up to an hour because there was only 2 budtenders to service an entire lobby at 5pm. Also ive seen employees smoking ciggerates outside of their establishment. this is also a really big turn off

im in here 3-4 times a month and love there products but im almost positive one employee has told me i had change coming back to me and just never gave it up, just hit me with a "have a good day" granted i probably would have just tipped the change, but that is my choice, and to just "forget" to give me my change back is not only unprofessional, it is morally wrong.
