I live less than 10 minutes away from this place and it's faster for me to drive to Gage in Ayer or Temescal wellness in Hudson than it is to wait in line in Lowell just to be dissapointed. Never go here unless they have 4 or 5 things you like because their supply is horrible. I only smoke Indicas, Sativa makes me dizzy and sick so specific strain is very important to me as I smoke for Insomnia and anxiety, not to just get stoned. They let you wait in line for an hour under the assumption they have multiple Indica strains just to tell you they ran out of everything besides sativa or CBD. Lines are always long, I've never been out of there in less than 45 minutes. I have stood in line for over an hour multiple times just to find out they ran out of every strain of flower besides CBD and that's after I looked at their "current" on site menu that has multiple strains listed. They don't bother to update menus or take a step outside to tell the 50 people waiting in line "hey btw we are out of anything with THC in it. I've been to every store in north eastern Massachusetts and this place is by far the worst. Everything about it is awful.

Patriot Care is a great place for both recreational and medical patients to purchase their products. While, in the past, there have been difficulties with keeping supply high for the demand levels of recreational users, I know this is more of a market and supply/demand issue than it is an issue regarding the specific location. As for supplying products and services during the pandemic, Patriot Care has been super helpful and efficient. They are working around the clock to provide safe, efficient, and quick curbside service to users and I am grateful for their patience and their hard work.

Left a bad review before, once again waited over 30 minutes for “curbside” service that resulted in me going inside in the end. And no it wasn’t busy, I saw about 10 people come and go during that time and I was the only car in the parking lot when I left. I do not recommend going for curbside unless you have the time to wait and patience to watch everyone else get served before you do. Inside was confusing, arrows on the floor do not make any sense and plexiglass barriers look unprofessional. Felt like I was walking in one of those life-sized maze rooms at the carnival. The flower is always decent though.

I went here today and been at the one in Brookline,Salem,East Hampton,North Hampton,Leicester and here. This one is probably in my top 3 so far. I am also looking forward to more places opening.

Unsure why I paid $78+ tax for a 1/2 gram cartridge but I did lol, great flavor, potent vape, just not worth the over-price imho. Only lasts about 7 days if you’re experienced & know how to care for them. Will not be back, as I’ll wait for prices to drop. Thanks.

I left this review but unfortunately because I gave the staff five stars my overall disappointment wasn't reflected in the star rating. (Bought some French Toast at the Lowell adult use location. I wish I could post a picture of all the dark green remnants of un-trichome sugar and sun leaf I have in a 2oz solo cup from this purchase. This made it taste like uncured low budget, first time home grown. Up to now I thought the higher prices paid were worth it, but being the second time in 5 purchases, I have a different opinion now.) basically this weed is almost unsmokable !!
