Very friendly staff, love the atmosphere. Only issue I had was my most recent visit I got double charged for somthing, which I didn't notice until I got home.

I live close to it and go there when I really need to but regularly go to gage in ayer way better service and actually have deals when your on a budget as patriot care goes I wouldn't spend time in the line if it's more than 10 people since they only call 5 people at once for another wait in the line inside that is another 15 mins.
Ordered online at 9:00am. Received confirmation order was received and confirmed. Shortly after received text order was ready for pickup. When I arrived at about 2pm, I was told 3 of the 4 items I ordered were not available and that some items couldn’t be substituted because they were a different price. Would have been nice if they had texted me and told me that as I drove several hours to get there only to get a small part of my order. Staff was friendly but I was not pleased no one had informed me most of my order was not available.

I liked the women Sara with the “pink hair,” that help me find the medication that was right for me. I was extremely happy with what she had help me choice.
Good. I like the smell of the store but I felt like I was being treated like a criminal with ID checks and security at the doors and thick glass partitions... chill out a little bit. :^)
Otherwise all good. :^)

I live less than 10 minutes away from this place and it's faster for me to drive to Gage in Ayer or Temescal wellness in Hudson than it is to wait in line in Lowell just to be dissapointed. Never go here unless they have 4 or 5 things you like because their supply is horrible. I only smoke Indicas, Sativa makes me dizzy and sick so specific strain is very important to me as I smoke for Insomnia and anxiety, not to just get stoned. They let you wait in line for an hour under the assumption they have multiple Indica strains just to tell you they ran out of everything besides sativa or CBD. Lines are always long, I've never been out of there in less than 45 minutes. I have stood in line for over an hour multiple times just to find out they ran out of every strain of flower besides CBD and that's after I looked at their "current" on site menu that has multiple strains listed. They don't bother to update menus or take a step outside to tell the 50 people waiting in line "hey btw we are out of anything with THC in it. I've been to every store in north eastern Massachusetts and this place is by far the worst. Everything about it is awful.
Good dispensary. Good service. Good customer service .

Would like to see a better display.
I wrote a review here back in June, but I am writing another as a medical patient (I usually go to a med dispensary in Somerville near where I work.)
Service and quality: The staff/POS reps are very nice and informative. Last time I went I was offered a surprise coupon deal (Monday wheel-spin!) and I had a good conversation with the cashiers working that day. Was fast and convenient. Product is fresh and good quality. I also really appreciate the double-sealed bags included with edibles––I don't have any children or dogs, but these safety precautions are imperative for patients who do have little ones and furry friends at home. The Somerville dispensary that I usually hit up has never included double-sealed bags with purchases.
Sustainability: I love that Patriot Care offers discounts as an incentive to recycle containers and double-sealed bags in-store. Again, the Somerville dispensary I typically go to doesn't offer any in-store recycling. Whether customers receive a discount or not, I think all dispensaries should provide recycling disposal for used containers. Medical and rec user friends of mine have expressed feeling embarrassed or unsure of how to dispose containers used for cannabis products. I just toss mine in my recycling bin for weekly waste pickup, but not everyone will necessarily feel comfortable with disposing their containers at home. I highly recommend (and hope) that all dispensaries will provide more sustainable options for patients in the future.
Accessibility: Delivery options should be made more explicit to create a more equitable and accessible treatment experience for all. Med patient access is relatively accessible, but I think Patriot Care would benefit from advertising medical delivery more explicitly. I am able-bodied and can access transportation to leave my house, so this has not been an inconvenience for me. However, this is a serious accessibility issue for patients and caregivers who experience limited mobility and access to their treatment.
Health and sanitation: Patriot Care staff should be more mindful of health and safety hazards that could harm patients. When I arrived here as a first-time medical patient (the week of 1/20/2021) the receptionist was polite and responsive, but there was an open Red Bull can sitting on the desk-ledge where patients sign paperwork. In the midst of the COVID pandemic, this is especially concerning for medical patients who may have underlying health conditions or are immunocompromised. Regardless of whether or not we are living through a pandemic, leaving out open food and drink containers is unsanitary and unprofessional.

I’ve been here few other times, my 1st experience I was helped by a young man whom was very helpful to me, & friendly, professional.
Yesterday I was picking up a ordered I had placed the day before, Whn I arrived at time I selected they were closed, I had to reorder my items I had placed day before, because they said everything was deleted from the system due to storm & them closing wthout evn notifying the customers.
I went to the dispensary the next day, I was waiting on by this woman whom was very rude,
No matter what I said or did, she was nothing but rude, telling me that using my cc as credit was against the law, lol Is she for real?
A Debit Card can be used as a credit or debit!!
She had no professional experience,
another Clerk had to step in to help me, Evn he realized she was ignorant, was no help to me, had no idea wht she was talking about!!
She was at the 1st window on the non medical side, I evn told her she was rude, unprofessional,& lucky to hv a job!!
This young woman should not be working with the public, because she’s rude, not friendly,& personality made me feel very uncomfortable
Thers other dispensaries in the area,
Because of my experience with this rude young woman, I will not return to Patriot dispensary

I ordered two things online using Leafly and one of them was not available at the store when I got there.
The store is redesigned and very nice inside. The staff are very friendly.

In these Covid 19 times I just had an amazing experience. Placed my order online at Leafly. Drove up and was instructed to go to bay 4. Came to my car validated name and order, paid by debit. In and out in 5 mins. This should definitely be the go forward model for this location. The lines outside here can be very bad in regular business.
