Been there multiple times and it seen like everyone is in a bad mood. Just the way the speak. Arrogant like you work at a dispensary you should be the happiest person in the world. You guess need to get tips on customer service and vibe from dracut RISE decent quality better vibes CANNABIST lowell better quality crap vibes.

Both times I’ve been here my order was wildly wrong, and you can’t even call them directly to have them fix it (instead, you have to leave a voicemail and they might get back to you). Very bro-y staff who didn’t pay attention to what I was asking for because they were busy talking to each other and messing around with the playlist.

Staff were very helpful in helping find a consumption style that works for me.
